BEFORE: This fight was scheduled to take place at the 'Season's Beatings' PPV last month but was apprarently delayed due to COVID-19 protocols at the Canadian border. This is an excuse Olivia Holt simply doesn't buy after it emerged that Jessica Lowndes was handed an unified flyweight title opportunity by the notorious Vanessa Hudgens: "How rude! Spare me the "I couldn't leave Canada" nonsense because it's crystal clear that Jessica was afraid I will knock her out and her title shot will be revoked! Guess what, bytch? You're a damn coward of the worst kind!"

"If I'm a coward, what the hell I'm doing here?", Jessica Lowndes offers a valid question now that this fight actually does happen under Celebrity Boxing After Dark banner. "Olivia had a nice little run but let's face it, she's NOT in my league at all. Allthough it bugs me to say this, she's not in Vanessa's league either! I hear she's gonna visit the Ice Hotel next month? Geez, they had to create another title for those B-league names to thrive? Like really?" (laughs).

Olivia Holt wears a light blue crop top with silver trim, matching hip-huggers & silver gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a braid. Jessica Lowndes wears a turquoise crop top with black trim, matching hip-huggers & black gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Both girls come out with a mission but Olivia does a better job of avoiding the brunette's furious jabbing rush as she moves much better on her feet and slips underneath several spirited attempts before cashing in downstairs to punish Jessica's midsection. She glues the Lioness Alpha to the spot and barges into her abs seemingly taking target practice before the AMD showdown vs Watson to run away with the shear production. Lowndes tries to push her off but has to apply the harpoon drive that meets a stubborn defense and Holt weaves around in supreme fashion before dropping an uppercut stinger on the jaw to maintain the upper-hand. Jessica cracks a left hook on the temple but still gets whacked on the boobs as Holt carries on with the shutout backing the Canadian woman onto the ropes where she belts her from both flanks to secure a big opener!

Rounds 2 & 3:
Jessica gets on with the head-hunting response and keeps Olivia in mid-distance funk long enough to settle down as the supreme striker. Holt gamely refuses to back off but struggles to make the body assault work and has to yield real estate when she gets knocked back on both temples. Jessica keeps the high-octane blast going but fails to land that big haymaker as the blonde always escapes at the last moment; the artistic impression remains the calling card alas the Odds & Ends entourage tries to taunt the aggressive Canadian into making one of these ill-advised mistakes. This doesn't happen though and Olivia cuts a frustrated figure when she gets banged onto the ropes with Lowndes pressing on with a late jug muggin' series to forge ahead on the cards.

Round 4:
Olivia fires back over the top and matches the brunette for shear slugging aggression but adds the gut-checking series to roll back the plan to the point where she can actually hurt the Lioness fighter. Jessica stays in the aggressive lane like she usually does (duh!) but gets outworked against the odds and wobbles to her heels when Holt nicks her with an uppercut stinger. Cue in a swift follow up and the buxom Canadian gets shut down in the corner with Olivia dropping more harpoons to dissect the low guard. Lowndes has to clinch the Tennessee native but almost gets shoved through the ropes as the blonde displays a sinister edge and blows a piercing shot on the solar plexus right at the bell.

Round 5:
More slugging dominance from Holt who beats Lowndes to the punch and sprays head shots like there's no tomorrow to cripple the Canadian foe in the center of the ring. Uh-oh!!! A couple of big shots on the jaw rattle Jessica onto her heels and she trips back over her own feet while trying to escape the heat... Olivia slams a left/right combo on the lips and loops a vicious hook on the temple that FLOORS the Lioness Alpha amid a wild ovation from the Las Vegas audience! Ugh! Jessica almost tweaked her ankle as she went down there and has to soak up a standard eight count before getting up! She gives the blonde a lenghty bytch stare thereafter but is pressed into quick action as Holt just lays it all out again and tries to knock the brunette's head off. Woof! Vanessa Hudgens must be loving this but the blonde's charge becomes too predictable to secure her a monster victory and Jessica still clinches her into safety come the final minute. However the writing appears to be on the wall at the half-distance mark already!

Round 6:
Lowndes in rare checkdown mode to start the sixth... all Holt pressing along the head-hunting lines but she still nicks a good body shot here and there to keep the older girl honest. Olivia beat Jessica while still below the drinking age limit back in 2018 and she's ready to revisit that success but comes up short as the Canadian's desperate retreat delays the ineviteable finish. Some fans begin to wonder if Vanessa Hudgens actually revokes the title challenge now as Lowndes gets clobbered onto the ropes late in the sixth and survives in highly qustionable clinching mode that makes LCA coach Eva Mendes verbally upset as well. Ugh! Another round lost and Jessica's bytch stare looks awfully fake right now.

Round 7:
Olivia remains the quicker of the two but she needs to put the ailing opponent away... she tries to smack a couple of head shots in there but eats a follow through on the nose herself and suddenly loses the head-hunting precision as the brunette's somewhat desperate attacks allow her to stay afloat... until she cuts Holt under the left eye and drills another hooking shot on the nose. Ugh! Olivia wobbles to her heels and loses her footing at the worst moment; she allows Lowndes to clobber her onto the ropes and the swarming drive dwarfs her into an earmuff cover with Jessica screaming out in delight as she pancakes the cleavage as well. It's her turn to almost shove the other girl through the ropes and Holt applies the clinching brakes for the first time tonight to see out the clock. Blonde still leads on points but...

Round 8:
...a booming right cross on the nose renders her stunned seconds into the eight and Lowndes fires a left/right combo on each temple before piercing the solar plexus for a good measure. Olivia staggers back onto the ropes and dekes the wrong way to meet a right hook on the nose again... she wobbles forward and tries to clinch the Canadian again but this time she meets a brutal uppercut on the jaw that makes her cry out in pain and lifts her off the canvas in the process... DOWN GOES HOLT!!!! Olivia bounces off the ropes and crashes face down at the brunette's feet in spread eagle formation! And she stays DOWN during an otherwise slowish count!!! Forget the scorecards, it's KO8 Jessica Lowndes in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: The Odds & Ends crew doesn't quite know where it all went wrong for the two-time flyweight champion. Did Dove Cameron really steal that blonde thunder away from the Tennessee fighter? Jessica barks at O&E coach Kelly Carlson and tells her to forward a special message to Demi Rose and Samara Weaving but she quickly rubs the all-important extra delivery for the one & only Vanessa Hudgens: "We're back to our dance meeting, bytch!!! I might as well call Dove Cameron already because she's my #1 target! Get ready to lose that belt, cow! Game on for showdown number Ten!"
