ABIGAIL BRESLIN VS DANIELLE ROSE RUSSELL

Results: Lookout Writing: Archer

Abigail: 25 YO, 5’1 (1.55 m), 11-3-0, 11 KO since 2017, Free Punchers

Danielle: 22 YO, 5’3 (1.60 m), 8-7-0, 8 KO since 2019, Foxfire Boxing

Before: Clash of busty young petite beauties. Abigail is undefeated since coming under the wing of the Free Punchers organization (5-0) in September of 2021. First fight in 2022 saw her get a TKO5 on Girl Friday’s Maisie Williams. Now Abby and the FP look to take on Foxfire Boxing’s prize flyweight prospect Danielle Rose Russell.

“I am working my way through the division and I am chewing them up. That’s no brag, that’s a simple fact,” says Abby bluntly, “and Russell is going to be the next to fall. Again, I am not bragging, I am just stating a simple fact: I’m better than Danielle Rose Russell.”

DRR cool in the face of these galling assertions: “The only thing you’re better at is blowing your own horn. Toots, I went 3-0 last year and I am not about to start 2022 with a loss. You may thik you’re hot stuff, but I’ll be cooling you off real quick once I can get you in a ring.”

“I see you need convincing of my superiority. You will get—very soon,” Abby replies as sure of herself as ever.

Two head for the ring and soon enough they are facing off . Abigail in black one piece swimsuit with silver gloves (black laces) and black boots (silver laces). Blonde hair in a braid down her back. Danielle royal blue one piece with black boots and gloves (blue laces) auburn hair in battle braid. Ring instructions are gone over quickly. Fast tap f the gloves and fighters go back to their corners. The bel rings…

R1: Dani crowds in close to Abby early on. RRR brings stinging hooks into those impressive hooters, but Abigail giving it right back to Russell’s rack. Jug action for a solid minute to the delight of JMD fans, but then Dani puts her hooks into Abby’s stomach and rib cage. Abigail again answers in kind with whacking counters to Dani’s belly and ribs. Intense action that stays even until late when DRR gets enough extra into her hooks to the stomach to send Abby in retreat all doubled up Just as the bell sounds. It was a close one, but judges give it to Danielle Rose Russell.

R2: Danielle again challenges Abigail in close. This time getting at her toe-to-toe to pump in short rights and lefts to Abigail’s body. Abby responds to the body as well and it looks like this is going to a round much like the opener. However Danielle suddenly, but smoothly shifts gears to attack Abigail to the chin. Abby’s get hit hard to the chin and stumbles back with her gloves up around her head which allows DRR the chance to work over Abby’s body with only a few counters to interfere with her washboarding of the Breslin torso. Dani looks to be herding Abby towards the ropes, but Abigail able o steer clear. Bell sounds and DRR steps back as the crowd cheers. Abigail looks sweaty and winded as she goes to her corner. Danielle Rose Russell wins round wide.

R3: Abigail now the one attacking in close as the new round begins. Abby fast out of her corner and immediately starts pounding Danielle’s big puppies. Dani knocked back on her heels seems angered as Abigail just keeps hammering Dani’s juggs and lashes back at the Breslin boobs with straight rights and lefts. Abby not faltering as Dani’s jugg mugging continues, she’s much too busy driving her gloved fists into Dani’s melons. JMD fans in the crowd whooping the boobs busting action on. It seems to be turning into a test of strength as Abby and Dani strive to make the other back down firs, but neither is budging. Mammary massacre continues right down to the bell. Only then do the two stagger back from each other and wrap their arms around their aching racks. They stare at each other in wonderment, you can almost hear the thought: “How dd she do that?” They turn away and make their ways to their corners. All that effort and the judges rule it amounts to a DRAW.

R4: Fans are buzzing with excitement all during the break. They are expecting more “up close and personal” action. Danielle Rose Russell certainly seems to be as she comes charging out of her corner and heads straight for Abigail Breslin. Abby on the move too but she lungs forward and clouts the incoming Dani was with a big, solid right uppercut under the chin. KA-POW! DRR lurches back, legs trembling and eyes blinking blankly. Abby’s builds on her new tactics by smashing home rights and lefts to the reeling Danielle’s jaw. Dani floundering backwards towards the ropes, pawing at the attacking Abby and then BAM! Another Breslin right uppercut to the chin and DRR;s butt bounces off the ropes. As Dani stumbles forward Abby adds a right/left combo to the jaw AND DOWN GOES DANI RUSSELL. Dani crumples forward and flies there sucking canvas as Abigail stands over her with a big smile before hastening to the neutral corner. Referee moves in and starts counting. DRR trying to push herself up off the canvas, but can only get to a kneeling position as she hears:

“NINE!...TEN!...YOU’RE OUT!”

Danielle rose Russell hangs her head as Abigail Breslin raises both arms.

THEWINNER: ABIGAIL BRESLIN OF THE FREE PUNCHERS DEFEATS DANIELLE ROSE RUSSELL OF FOXFIRE BOXING: KO5!

After: Happy Abby Breslin can’t wait to get her gloves off and swoop in to drag Danielle Rose Russell off her knees for a Walk of Shame. DRR mortified at this treatment, tries to maintain a stoic attitude, but tears come rolling down her cheeks. Abby notices and gleefully says:

“Let the record show that Abigail Breslin made Danielle Rose Russell cry!”

This is just too much—Danielle pushes Abigail away, Abby trips and falls. Danielle stands over her and hisses: “I hate you Abigail Breslin! You’ll pay for this! I swear you will!”

For a moment it looks like the fight might resume, but Foxfire trainers Virginia Madsen and Danielle Fishel intervene to lead their fighter away. Abigail has gotten back on her feet.

“Cry baby!” Abby snaps (Danielle and Virginia have to struggle to restrain DRR) and walks away.

Later Abigail tells the press: “Actually Russell is tough one, but she got too focused on my juggs after that 3rd Round. I was looking to see if she would try to start up it again in the 4th and when she did, I nailed her coming in. It was all as simple as that. OK, maybe I rubbed it in a little when she started blubbering, but, geez, how could I not notice? As far as I am concerned, she’s way behind me in this division and I now have more important targets in mind.”

Says Dani Russell: “She only thinks she’s leaving me behind. I’ll be watching and waiting for my chance to pay her back. This has only just begun between us.”

Fans will just have to see if Breslin/Russell develops into a serious rivalry or just fades away as time passes. Interesting fight between two similar body types. The JMD action was certainly pleasing to JMD fans, but, it seems evident that Abigail was using it to distract Danielle and so was able to lower the boom on the Foxfire flyweight in the 4th. Shrewd effort on Abigail’s part as she seemed to teach the younger Danielle a lesson in ring generalship.
