BEFORE: There's no point to discuss Gemma Atkinson's record since she remains a crowd favorite on both sides of the Atlantic and she makes the most of her status stepping into Queendom duty in between her Diamond Boxing schedule tonight. Meanwhile Abigail Ratchford continues on her trial with the Lioness Club and hopes to establish herself as a genuine force within the usual JMDD contenders sooner rather than later.

Gemma Atkinson wears a light blue bikini set & silver gloves. Long blonde hair loose & straight. Abigail Ratchford wears a white one-piece swimsuit with a deep V-cleavage & black gloves. Long dark brown hair loose & straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Abigail fires several crisp punches into the blonde's jugs and is somewhat surprised not to feel any response from the Brit who is slow to react and allows the brunette to thump her around the area afterwards. This allows Abby to dominate the early action but she still doesn't put a full effort in making Gemma regret her laid-back start. Both women keeps driving single punches up the middle and bounce off each other's mounds but there's no real slugging value involved before a clash of heads stalls the phone booth action. Abigail recovers first to pummel more of the blonde's cleavage and she shoves her onto the ropes cutting a frustrated figure in the closing stages however she takes the round on points anyway.

Rounds 2 & 3:
Gemma finally gets going and heaves several juicy punches into the American's chest and fends off an immediate response by stepping up to blast the brunette in the exposed stomach as well. Ratchford's overall defense fails to cover up for the Brit's aggression so the older glamour model pushes her back onto the ropes and catches many of the Vegas fans by surprise as Abby loses the phone booth grip and has to soak up her jugs flying up & down as Atkinson grinds down on them with a head of steam. Gemma controls the standard uppercut route while Abby bounces off her forearms and has to seek a clinching respite in the final minute of each round but the blonde still breaks free to punish more of the obvious target leaving the American verbally upset but she's only got herself to blame.

Round 4:
Abigail tries to catch the blonde on the fly but only clips her jugs with minimal power and wobbles forward to meet a scything hook on the jaw that allows Gemma to flick more point-blank range juice in the process. Gemma packs a couple of head shots and rips a drilling shot on the solar plexus to fold the younger model into genuine spasms. Abby tries to clinch her foe in order to bide some time but Atkinson spins out of her grasp and WHACKS the exposed cleavage with another uppercut double TO DROP RATCHFORD ONTO HER KNEES amid a wild cheer from the Vegas audience. Uh-oh! The upset is very much on as Gemma teases the Lioness entourage while Abby slowly takes her time and embraces the knockdown damage. She gets up at eight but still cuts a shaky figure so Atkinson is right onto her tail with more furious uppercuts lacing up the brunette's cleavage. Abigail is duly pounded back to the ropes where she slumps on jelly knees with Gemma pummels her from each side and runs away with a huge round. No wonder coach Claudia Schiffer is close to boiling over in the Lioness corner...

Round 5:
Gemma thinks she's got Abigail right where she wants her and flies in with a slugging drill to set up another highlight session but the American finds an uppercut combo to fend off the looming disaster and takes off from there gashing the blonde from the south. She triggers a hectic jug muggin' series with both women going all-in here... Gemma gets sucked into the swarming drill but she's got all the advantage until Abby SMOKES her with a drilling double on the solar plexus and follows through with an uppercut shot on the jaw. Atkinson wobbles forward and gets stuffed with another vicious combo that opens her up for more point-blank range haze.... Abby comes back from the dead and spills the blonde's left breast into the open before another left/right combo FOLDS THE BRIT ONTO HER KNEES in a shocking turnaround!!! Uh-oh!!! Gemma ends up face down on the canvas and can only sit up on her heels when the count reaches eight and then it's too late to make a comeback... she wobbles down onto he backside and somehow, someway it's KO5 Abigail 'Queen of Curves' Ratchford!!!

AFTER: The Beevers' camp don't know what happened here and neither does Gemma who bursts into tearful spasms while Abby plants her foot on her chest and pins her down on her back before mounting her to perform another schoolgirl pin on the night. She traps the blonde's head between her thighs and squeezes Gemma's face red before sliding down to apply the 36DD smother while the Vegas audience performs a loud ten count. Gemma tries to kick out but it's a futile effort and she ends up motionless on the canvas around the eight mark with Abby yelling at the cameras in pure joy even though she was extremely fortunate to win this contest.
