BEFORE:
Lots to like in this rematch as Bella Thorne hopes to score redemption against Naomi Scott, with the latter having KO’ed her back in February of last year and stolen her Bantamweight title, to boot. Thorne doesn’t look too worried, however, coming into the press hall earlier that evening in a white singlet, jeans, and black leather jacket, and a three-fight winning streak to her name.

“Yeah, Naomi is a pretty good boxer. She got me once and stole my title. She's not getting me again,” Thorne says from the press table. “I'm still f*cking better than her and everybody knows it. I'm a TWO time bantam champ and I’m bigger and stronger than ever right now. For me, tonight is all about getting Naomi out of the way and taking another step towards my 3rd championship. I'll f*cking stomp her."

The illustrious Scott of course won her first ever title last year, and what a run it was, defeating contenders like Chloe Bennett and Kira Kosarin before finally relinquishing the golden straps to one Elizabeth Olsen. There’s no doubt in anybody’s minds that the HISC starlet wants that title back and wrapped around her waist, and this fight with Thorne might just be the best way to show the current champ they’re both ready and up to the challenge.

“I only have nice things to say about Bella’s boxing ability: she’s a fighter and one hell of a determined young lady. It’s her attitude I cannot stand. Part of my motivation for stripping the belt off her waist was because I wanted to bring a little class and gravitas to the title. It was nothing short of trailer trash when it was around her waistline,” Scott says next, drawing loud gasps from the audience at the cutting words. “I beat her, and I beat her soundly. If she thinks tonight is going to be much different, well…I guess we’ll have to fight and see. Packing the pounds doesn’t only make you stronger, it also makes you slower, Bella. Hope you can keep up with me in there.” Naomi ends with a chuckle.

Things are not sitting well for Thorne either upon hearing those comments. Later on at the podium, both women almost get into an all-out altercation when Thorne decides to stick her finger almost right into Scott’s face as she stares her down and gives her a piece of her mind, but gets quickly pulled away by the perceptive and alert ring staff before things manage to get too out of hand.

Ladies are quickly separated, with Naomi sending her opponent a parting air kiss and smooch as they head back to their respective locker rooms. Bad blood threatens to overshadow this PPV match with title implications, and will the Doll find her vengeance or will Scott position herself to be next in line for the throne once again?

Fight time and Scott enters first, bouncing on her feet as she acknowledges the crowd with a big wave. The Consortium starlet has had a mixed bag in recent months since dropping the Bantamweight title to Demi Rose: she recently defeated Minka Kelly, which snapped a three-fight losing streak for the demigoddess. Tonight, she’s wearing a simple laced black bra corset and white short tights, complete with a pair of orange gloves.

Up next comes the most decorated Dollhouse fighter, Bella Thorne a two-time JMD AND two-time Bantamweight champion as she looks to take another step towards her next title reign tonight. She enters the arena full of energy, jumping left and right on stage with individual roars to different sections of the crowd. She’s dressed in a purple bikini and that can barely contain her new curvaceous figure to the delight of the crowd, who are surely not complaining one bit as they go wild for the redhead hottie as she confidently makes her way to the ring followed by Kristanna Loken, Carmen Electra and the Dollhouse team.

In the ring, the referee calls this match to order, getting the nod from both women in their respective corners. There’s the wave of the hand and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Bella knows first-hand how dangerous Naomi can be. After all, it was those powerful hands that knocked her out cold last year. Could be why Scott is the one smirking as the two ladies stride forward to meet each other in the center, though Bella is clearly staying at a smart distance so as to not get caught by an errant hook. First minute sees the Doll lay the smackdown on Scott’s arms, throwing jabs left and right and straight down the middle to begin breaking down her defences. Scott’s absorbing, keeping calm and confident in her power to knock Thorne off her feet given the right moment, mixing in her speed to shock the Doll to the arms whenever possible. Bella will need to establish even more distance if she wants to keep herself safe, though Naomi’s speed means the Consortium starlet is also tagging her repeatedly on the face with return jabs and crosses of her own. It’s a one-sided round for Naomi Scott, who employs good defence and offence to take this one wide.

ROUND 2:
Despite Bella’s best efforts to keep herself safely away, she’s not going to win this fight if her punches are only hitting the arms and not the actual face or body. Bella tries to remedy this with even faster bursts of energy forward and towards the side, trying to outflank Scott and overwhelm her with ammunition. For a while, it works, as Scott lets out a grunt or two as Bella’s gloves stun and sting her on the nose and lips. Scott begins to lose her cool as she takes premature swings back at Bella’s head, intending to pay her back with a surprise hook to the forehead, but they’re mostly harmlessly avoided by Thorne's leap backs or swerves. Last minute and Thorne ducks under another wide hook overhead before sinking a left-right combo into the Brit’s ribcage and body, earning a dull grunt from Scott’s lips. Then, the Doll scoots and scatters back out of the way, confident in her ability to win this round wide and even the score for now.

ROUND 3:
Back to squaring off from a distance as Bella attempts to repeat her process: rushing in early and then hounding the British starlet with plenty of shots to her head in an attempt to blast her head back. But Scott has other plans, and instead of falling back on her firepower, decides to shoot her own jabs back into Bella’s face, and the two women end up too close for comfort as they squeal and scrunch each other’s cheeks in for a good thirty seconds. Naomi comes out on top however as she ends one of the numbers with a big straight hand to the chin, which shoves Thorne back with a loud grunt. And here comes Naomi, eager to score an even earlier win compared to before! She hammers Bella to the side of the body before going up high again with a big hook, with Bella having to absorb the first few that crash into her arms before finally managing to save herself and scoot away. The Doll’s shaken but not stirred too badly, however, earning some points back for herself in the final minute when she pestered Naomi’s face as she came inwards to brawl once more. Close round still goes to Scott, who might have to be content with this small margin of success.

ROUND 4:
Thorne plays it safer than before, for the first minute alone barely coming within striking distance and only firing her jabs forward when she’s quite sure they’re gonna land on Naomi’s face. Occasional thump to the body has Scott reeling and her frame jerking, her raised guard getting exploited by the faster, more accurate Bella Thorne, who rips another lunging uppercut into her stomach after sending a lasting flurry into her nose and lips. Naomi might be slowing down here, but it’s still too early to call this fight, not when Scott flies into action yet again down the line, suddenly breaking into a charge and aiming for Bella’s head with powerful overhands and hooks. None of them connect well, however, as Bella firms up her guard well enough and leaps back into jabbing distance. It might be all part of the Doll’s plan to have her foe expend most of her energy this early in the fight, and it seems to be working! Bell rings and Scott is heaving ever so heavily, barely putting on a smile as she heads back to her corner.

ROUND 5:
Thorne on the other hand looks like she can go another ten rounds for now, bouncing with plenty of energy forward and looking ready to throw hands with the bulkier Brit again. Her punches are still sailing in fast and dangerous, scoring a couple of hits on the nose as Scott plays catch-up with her defences. The Consortium star gets her head snapped back by one, two, three shots to the kisser before her arms are raised high enough to matter. Then, Thorne simply goes south to bash a hook into her toned stomach that further drives her towards one corner of the ring. Scott ain’t yet in trouble, however - let’s not forget this is a pair of former Bantamweight super starlets who don’t know the meaning of the word ‘quit’! Scott manages to rock a hook into the side of Thorne's head in the final seconds when Bella tried to finish her off prematurely, but doesn’t have much time to capitalise as Bella again goes running back towards the other end of the ring to save her skin. For now, Naomi has to contend with two rounds lost in a row!

ROUND 6:
A shocker to the arms changes all that in the sixth as Bella had hoped her opponent was on her last legs but was apparently mistaken. Thorne came in hard and fast at first, both arms up and loose, ready to target Naomi’s face for the eventual knockdown, instead got herself caught by a sudden swing to the top of her temple, another hook bashing into the side of her ear to throw her off in multiple directions, all at once! OUCH indeed! Thorne looks a little flabbergasted by the sudden treatment, goes careening off to the side but gets saved by the ropes in the nick of time. But Scott is already upon her as she whips back around, and Thorne lets out another grunt as an uppercut thumps hard in the pit of her stomach, with Naomi trying to close ranks and brawl with the Doll - it’s how she won their last fight, and she has no reason to think it going otherwise. But Bella manages to hold on for now, keeping Scott contained with a clinch or two on the ropes before shoving her foe away and maintaining distance for the remainder of this round. A big scare right there for Bella Thorne, but the important thing is she’s still standing!

ROUND 7:
Naomi on the other hand looks seriously gassed at this point. You can’t keep making those rushes forward and expect to come out of it unscathed! First minute and Scott is biding her time, trying to steady her breathing. Bella also chooses to keep herself away, too worried about getting caught by another big number that might send her down to the canvas. But as the second minute rolls around, the American actress realises she should be pushing in to exploit, when the first couple of punches land on Scott’s body and face without much resistance. It’s Bella’s show all of a sudden, as the Doll decides to press her advantage! Scott’s the one getting pushed towards the ropes as she feels the full wrath of Bella’s increased punching power, trying to protect her face and body with a haphazard guard that doesn’t do any specific portion of her any justice! Thorne nails her across the forehead with a hook that sends her spinning into the ropes, and it’s Scott’s turn to suddenly whip around at the last second only to get folded over by a double-series of hooks to the body, which primes her wide-open for a final WHOOSH across the chin! AND DOWN THE CONSORTIUM STARLET GOES, Scott getting spun about on her heels before hitting the canvas face-first!! It’s a better-late-than-never KNOCKDOWN in the final minute of the seventh!! Could this be it, ladies and gents?! Thorne certainly knows so, confidently striding back to the corner with a nod and smirk on her face - she’s done more than enough in this fight to put lesser girls away, and Scott is also showing signs of trouble when she pushes herself up to all fours too slowly, barely making it to her knees when the referee hits the final count of 10!! That’s it! He waves his arms overhead for this fight to be OVER!

Official Decision: Bella Thorne defeats Naomi Scott via KO7!

AFTER:
Bella all smiles, high fiving her team as the bell rings before turning back to face Naomi, calmly walking towards the downed Brit which gets the crowd roar in anticipation. Naomi clearly hurting on all fours, with Thorne now towering over her and considers her options.

Bella stares down at the groggy woman underneath her, casually places her boot on Naomi’s side and PUSHES the HISC starlet down to her side on the mat with her leg. The redhead then plants her foot on Scott’s side and strikes a dominant victory pose - one arm flexed, tongue out and huge cheers from the fans as Naomi accepts her fate tonight, too weak and groggy to fight Bella off this time. She’ll probably save that for their inevitable rubber match down the road.

Bella leaves the ring soon after accompanied by her team, stopping to sign some autographs and take selfies with her fans along the way. When asked for a comment on tonight’s fight by reporters, she’s short and to the point - “I came here to get Naomi out of the way, and she’s out of the way. Thanks to my awesome fans for supporting me through my bad times. I’m f*cking back though. And Demi Rose… you’re next, b*tch!.”

Thorne continues her return to form tonight, with this impressive win over Scott marking her 4th win in a row against high-level competition and it seems like this bigger and badder version of Bella Thorne is finally back to take her place at the top of the division. We’ll know for sure if this is the case when she faces the great Demi Rose at the end of next month, a fight that promises to be a showdown for the history books between two hated rivals in the Odds & Ends 10th Anniversary Beach Extravaganza!.
