Before:

The bantamweight title match tonight promises to be a top tier fight as Elizabeth Olsen defends her title against Alyssa Lynch. The two girls met twice previously and split the two previous fights, with tonight’s bout having higher stakes. Both girls are confident in their changes before the match.

“I took Lizzie down before, I will do it again,” Alyssa promises, “I’ve never had a losing year, and I am going to prove my superiority tonight. The future of the FCBA is not Olsen. It’s me.”

“Lynch may have beaten me the last time we fought,” Elizabeth acknowledges, “But what happened since we met? I went on a streak and won the bantamweight title. Alyssa didn’t. I’m going to prove why I am the one wearing the belt.”

Lynch is the first girl to make her way to the ring, the actress removing her robe to reveal a pink sports bra and matching trunks and gloves for the fight. Alyssa doesn’t wave to the crowd, the challenger closely watching the entrance. Olsen makes her entrance moments later, the Avenger raising the bantamweight title belt to the applause of the crowd.

Round 1:

Olsen and Lynch step out of their corners and start circling, feinting at the other girl. Alyssa uses her reach to land the first clear blow, but Lizzie takes the punch and connects with a right cross in response. Lynch staggers backward and Olsen follows up with a left to her body, steadily working the girl backward as Lynch covers up. Alyssa drops out of Elizabeth’s range and the two girls start circling. Alyssa again uses her reach to land the first strike, but Liz shifts right and sticks the bigger girl with a left to her mouth. Lynch recoils and puts up her guard and Olsen goes body, working the younger girl into the ropes early. Alyssa clinches and the ref gives the break, pulling the two girls apart. The bell rings and the two girls go back to their corners as Elizabeth takes the first round on points.

Round 2:

Lynch takes one step backward and Olsen shoots out a right – but nobody is home. Alyssa lines up a left-right combo that staggers the champion and Elizabeth is covering up! Lynch landing big rights and lefts into Olsen’s body and she works her back into the ropes. Lizzie keeps her guard up out of the break and blocks a right from Alyssa and the champion counters with a right-left combo to the VIXEN’s ribs. Lynch takes a step back and the two girls start circling, both girls feinting at the other. Olsen lands a right after feinting left, but Lynch comes right back with a left to Olsen’s jaw. Lizzie strikes out with a right as she looks to keep her momentum, but Alyssa counters with a right of her own that knocks the Avenger backward. Lynch is quick to follow up into Olsen’s torso and ribs as Olsen covers up. Alyssa finds an opening and drills Elizabeth’s face with a right, and the champion clinches to force a break. After:

Lizzie Olsen retains her title and smiles to the crowd, the actress raising the title high. Lynch is helped to a rope, and Olsen goes over to her shortly afterward to embrace the defeated challenger. Alyssa regains her senses and makes her way back to her feet, and Elizabeth raises her hand to the applause of the crowd. The two girls embrace one last time before they go to the back.

“Alyssa is a tough fighter,” Elizabeth tells the press. “She will hold the belt one day but it was not going to be today.”

Lynch talks to the press later, the younger actress disappointed by the loss, “I thought I could take her and had her early. But Lizzie has been nearly unstoppable. I will beat her in a rematch though. Just watch.”
