Pre-match: Xenia wears a blue sport bra and black shorts, complete with red boxing gloves. Hazelle wears a red sports bra and black shorts, complete with yellow gloves. Let’s get it on!

R1:

The fighters meet at the center upon the bell and feel each other out with a few quick jabs. Xenia pounces on her foe but the fresh Hazelle fights her off, exchanging blow for blow. The pair interspersed their exchanges with brief “dancing” until the end of round one with Xenia making active offense. No major damage being done but it definitely sets the tone for the rest of the match.

R2:

Getting acquainted after round one, Hazelle steps up the tempo and leads with her chin in. Xenia jabs Hazelle under the right eye but takes a strong hook in return. Shaken, Xenia puts up her mitten to guard her temple, leaving her belly exposed for punishment. Hazelle throws caution in the wind and forges ahead, belting Xenia tummy with multiple hooks. Xenia tightens her abs in response and tries to lay Hazelle out with a few uppercuts but fails to land right. Hazelle takes the round wide.

R3:

Hazelle immediately puts Xenia on her toes in round three. Hazelle pressures Xenia into the corner and continues to punish her abs with a flurry of punches. Xenia lets out a painful mewl cause the ref to hop in and give her a standing 10-count. 1…2…3…4…5… Xenia nods her head, signaling to the ref that she’s able to continue while Hazelle pounds her gloves together, eager to knock Xenia out. The fights continue and Xenia tries her hardest to stay alive, giving up round 3 without any attempt to fight.

R4:

The sweat-glistened girls meet once more in the center. Hazelle goes for the head and misses three consecutive attempts! The sharpened Xenia hits back with a right hook, causing Hazelle to genuflect. Hazelle promptly recovers and hit Xenia with a double jab but her right hook flies over Xenia’s head and Xenia counters with an uppercut to the stomach! Hazelle is hurt! Hazelle retreats and Xenia is unable to follow up. The two continue to throw their leather mittens at each other, grunting one after another until the round ends. Hazelle stumbles back to her corner and it appears Xenia has narrowed the gap!

R5:

The girls are spent as seen from their heaving bosoms, but their exchanges continue to be intense with sweat spraying from their faces as leather lands. A strong right hook by Hazelle manages to bust Xenia on the lips forcing her to retreat! Hazelle chases but exposes her chin to a right cross! Hazelle falls badly and lands on her face!

WHAT A COSTLY MISTAKE!

Xenia leans against the corner, breathing heavily as the ref counts to 10! It’s over!
