Intro:
We kick off this years International Cup, the undefeated Jade Rasif looks to start off her teams campaign to retain the cup as she takes on fellow prospect Debby Ryan, this is the first time that Jade is fighting outside of Singapore as we are here in the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Nebraska.

Heading into the bout both women gave their thoughts on camera, Jade first in the hot seat as she sits wearing a red dress, a glowing smile on her face as she nods when told she can start speaking now, she says "I am honoured to be selected for the team, I know I am not the most well known fighter on the team but I've worked hard to earn my spot, so to be here in America fighting means so much to me" an excited expression on her face as she brushes a few loose hairs behind her right ear.

She then adds "I can't forget about Debby, she has a lot more experience then me of course, it isn't exactly great experience from what I have seen on tape, so I have no fears going into this fight, I am ready for this" nodding that she is done.

Debby meanwhile gets in front of her teams camera wearing a white blouse, blue denim shorts and red cowboy boots, she grins as she says "why is it only now my name is on the team list, I should be representing my country in all these damn tournament or cup events" certainly showing she is proud to be American and confident she belongs in the team.

Debby then continues "oh and who the hell is Jade? Some f**king DJ! I hope she understands that she is coming to my home turf, she isn't fighting her local talent, this is the big leagues" she stands up blowing a kiss to the camera, not afraid to show her confidence going into this fight.

Fight night, first through the curtain comes Jade with her teams coach Davina McCall beside her, she steps down the aisle to a mixed response, that doesn't dampen her spirits as she jogs down to the ring, wearing a blue sports bra, a Singapore flag design on her trunks, blue boots and gloves, her hair tied into a ponytail, she gets into the ring looking more serious as she listens to her coaches advice.

Out comes Debby to cheers as she carries the American flag over her shoulders like a cape, her coach Claudia Schiffer follows behind her as Debby looks like a superhero jogging into battle, handing the flag off to Claudia as she is at the ring steps, Debby is wearing a red sports bra, boots and gloves, American flag design trunks, her hair is in a ponytail too as she gets into the ring, leading a USA chant as she cups her ears.

Soon as both fighters are ready they are waved to come to the center of the ring, both women getting the first real look of each other, Debby not looking impressed by her smaller foe, Jade not looking at all afraid of the three inch taller opponent, they do bump gloves with each other with a little respect to it, jogging back to their corners looking ready as the bell rings to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out they come to a loud roar from the crowd, both throwing single punches as they are up on their toes, looking for openings as they feel each other out, it's Jade who lands the first meaningful blow of the round by crouching under a jab, landing a left to the body that is followed by a crisp uppercut to knock back Debby.

The American looks a little shocked when Jade swarms her with punches, knocking her back to the ropes as the actress has to cover up, a shove creates an opening for Debby to move off the ropes, still she is finding out that Jade isn't simply going to bow down to her, with punches drilling into the body of the American to open her up to overhand shots as she can't land much in the way of a serious punch in return.

Late in the round Jade getting a little too wild with her success boosting her confidence, she misses with an overhand right, eating a straight square into her face, with a one-two following up to knock her back a step, Debby now seems to be getting her rhythm going as she forces Jade to fight at range, problem for Ryan is the bell rings to end a very strong round for the visitor, Jade smiling as she gets a pat on the back from Davina.

Round 2:
No excuses for Debby now not to know how her opponent is coming for her, she uses a double jab to create the range where she wants, Jade still proving somewhat elusive as the multi talented Singaporean is ducking along with bobbing and weaving her way inside, both landing some nice counters as they are warming up to the rigors of this battle.

A left cross catches Jade around her ear as they enter the second minute of the round, a straight knocks back Jade a step as Debby seems to have her in her sights now, working back the smaller fighter to the ropes, where Rasif hasn't the room to work in, allowing Debby to land what look the harder shots between these two beautiful women, Jade getting her head snapped back when Debby lands flush.

But Jade is showing her toughness to keep coming back at Debby, ducking under a straight to pound the body of the actress, Debby forced to shove back Jade to the ropes, earning her a warning that looks to fall on deaf ears as they slug it out, Jade being kept near the ropes though to her annoyance, at the bell Jade nods as she knows Debby isn't a pushover either, sitting on their stools getting advice from their coaches, though both seem focused more on each other as they lock eyes.

Round 3:
Back out the come with both trying to enforce their will on this fight, things getting scruffy as Jade keeps trying to close the distance between them, leading to an accidental elbow by Jade into the right boob of Debby, referee warning Jade as Debby rubs her sore tit, Jade saying sorry with her right glove out to show she means it, Debby slaps it aside not interested in an apology.

Debby looks to have lost her cool as she starts swinging more, giving Jade time to dodge then counter, an overhand left slamming across the face of Debby, knocking her back to her heels as Jade starts throwing in more combos, Debby now finding herself needing to fight off the ropes.

When that doesn't work she grabs onto Jade in a clinch, then shows how much this means to her as she uses her right to rabbit punch Jade behind her head, Jade not happy as they are broken up, cursing Debby in her native tongue, final moments of the round are scrappy again as they nearly clash heads trying to win the exchanges, at the bell there's a hard stare between them, referee needing to order them twice to return to their corners before they do so.

Round 4:
Trading stiff jabs to start, Jade manages to get inside to work the body again of Debby, who locks her into a headlock as the referee has to step in and warn her to keep this clean or points will be deducted from her scorecard, Debby not looking too pleased as they resume boxing.

Jade tries to step inside but Debby reads it coming, a clubbing right smacks across the cheek of Jade, causing a mouse to form under her left eye, Debby working back the smaller fighter again, when she can catch her clean she can bully her, with Jade taking several good shots around her forehead as Debby slams her punches downwards when Rasif tries to crouch down to get inside the reach of Ryan.

While Jade is still scoring some nice body shots, she is being knocked back now when Debby lands her own combos, several finding a home on the chest of Jade, who might not be so used to these tactics Debby is pulling out to win, a left cross opens up Jades guard for a straight to knock her back a step as it lands flush on her face, the bell rings with Debby tapping her chin in a taunt for Jade to try it, Jade shaking her head looking frustrated by Debby, these two certainly won't be enjoying a drink or two together after this night.

Round 5:
Debby is really starting to get a read of Jade, moving back when the smaller fighter tries to sneak to the inside, both digging in some nice punches, it's Ryan though outworking Jade in the opening minute with her punches keeping Jade at a safe distance.

In the second minute Rasif misses with an overhand left, Debby counters with a right cross that lands around the temple of Jade, who stumbles slightly, Debby doesn't need an invitation as she pounds in more punches that rattle Jade, back goes the DJ towards the ropes, BEFORE A LEFT CROSS FOLLOWED BY AN UPPERCUT SENDS JADE CRASHING DOWN TO HER BACK!

Crowd on its feet roaring! Debby smirks as she walks to the neutral corner flexing her arms for the fans, 1...2...3.... Jade is looking at the lights with a glossy look to her eyes, 4...5...6... Blinking to try to clear her head, 7...8.. But she doesn't seem to have the where with all to try to push herself to her feet, 9...10 instead she is on her back as she is counted out!

Winner Debby Ryan KO Round 5

After:
Debby was certainly on a mission tonight as she turns to the crowd, yelling "USA!" To get a chant going, the former prospect jumping up and down with her arms in the air, a big beaming smile on her face as she looks at the crowd cheering her on, her first win in a while to get the fans excited by what's to come.

Jogging back to her corner, Debby steps over Jade to show how little respect she has for her, Claudia staring daggers at her as she goes to help Jade, who needs help to sit up as she was certainly buzzed by those barrage of punches.

It takes a few moments for Jade to be able to stand with help, she stares hard at Debby, showing she won't be congratulating the winner, Claudia helping back Jade to her corner so she can be checked over and patched up, Jade shutting her eyes for a moment as the sting of defeat washes over her for the first time, certainly not a feeling she'll want again.

Especially as Jade gets to see Debby head to the center of the ring as she is still on her stool, the referee raising Debby's right hand in the air as Debby holds up the American flag in her left hand, after that the winner does a lap inside the ring holding the flag up to loud chants, Jade shaking her head as Davina tells her to ignore her.

Not long later Jade is helped out the ring, she has her legs mostly back under her as she heads to the back, looking motivated that next time she ventures to America that she'll be the one coming out on top of whoever is put in front of her, Davina beside her telling her not to let tonight get to her.

The winner meanwhile tells the nearest camera "the trophy is coming home" blowing a kiss to it, she then steps out the ring with Claudia beside her, Debby getting a few high fives by those nearest the ring as she walks around to the aisle, a big smile on her face as she has given her team the early lead, still a long way to go for them to bring home the trophy.
