BEFORE:
"I've been in against some of the top girls in this division," says Bar with a smile. "And, this girl? She's NOT one of those."

"I may not be among the elite of this division...yet," says a hard-eyed Kennedy. "But, I'm PLENTY good enough to beat Bar's a**."

ROUND ONE:
O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark' by Fallout Boy, and here comes the lovely supermodel, Bar Refa'eli!"

McCarthy: "And, while Refa'eli isn't exactly GREAT, she's definitely good enough to beat that FRAUD she'll be fighting!"

O'Dell: "Bar into the ring and helped off with the robe, and she's looking PLENTY good in that navy blue number with the white and purple splotches that we've seen before..."

Oh the shark, babe

Has such teeth, dear

Cassie: "Let me guess. It's a tragedy of justice..."

McCarthy: "YES IT IS! She STOLE MY SONG!"

Tess: "Truck, can you cue up one of the MYRIAD videos of us trying to explain to Mac that Wiz BOUGHT the rights to this song..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, WALMART!"

O'Dell (sighing): "Drink up, boys. And, of course, that song you hear behind us is 'Mack The Knife' by Bobby Darin, and that can ONLY mean that Kennedy 'Mack The Knife' McMann is on her way to the ring..."

McCarthy: "It should NOT...It CAN'T...I WON'T...SIRI, call my lawyer! I. WILL. SUE!"

O'Dell: "One more after this and then a bottle from Pointy's cellar. And, in case you're wondering out there in TV land, YES, it's in my contract. McMann into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and she's looking quite fetching in that lavender number she prefers. Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Kennedy. Mac?"

McCarthy: "SHE. IS. A. FRAUD! Refa'eli!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Here we go. Ladies setting up at gunnery range, working the jab. Bar has a bit of a reach advantage, but Kennedy doing a great job dealing with it, playing the geometry, getting off in combination. She's backing Bar up now, landing some solid shot as she gets rolling early..."

Tess: "McMann very aggressive right now..."

O'Dell: "And, she's got Bar on the back foot. Kennedy coming forward now, getting it rolling. She's backing up Bar over and over again. Refa'eli firing back only in spots, as McMann takes control of this thing. GOOD right from Kennedy and ANOTHER good right..."

McCarthy: "STOP BACKING UP AND FIGHT THIS FRAUD!"

O'Dell: "Into the final fifteen seconds now. Good combination from Kennedy. She's backed Bar into the ropes now, hooking some body, then back upstairs. Refa'eli not hurt, but she's taking much the worst of it right now. And, there's the bell. Not close in the first. McMann."

Cassie: "And, Kennedy takes the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:
O'Dell: "Kennedy looking to come forward, but Bar holding ground now, banging back and tossing the redhead onto the defensive. Refa'eli letting the hands go, and now she's the one backing up Kennedy! Complete 180 here, as Bar finds he range and makes with the heavy leather..."

McCarthy: "That's right! Take it TO the fraud!"

O'Dell: "Kennedy not hurt, but she's getting backed up consistently, thrown to the defensive. Refa'eli has the initiative and she's keeping it. McMann firing back in counter in spots, but that's all she's managing. It's Bar who's fighting lead, and she's the one piling up points..."

Cassie: "Impressive stuff from Refa'eli..."

O'Dell: "And, it's nothing we haven't seen before. Under thirty to go in the second. Bar another good combination. Kennedy lands a right hand counter, but Refa'eli another solid combination and there's the bell. Not close for the second round in a row. Bar takes the points this time."

Tess: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:
O'Dell: "Bar back to work, but now it's Kennedy holding ground. She's firing back in combination, and Refa'eli not going to push it. She's back to range and now both ladies are getting their respective boxes on. This is more of what we expected coming in here, ladies..."

Tess: "Sure is. Both of these girls are rangy and like the gun platform stuff."

O'Dell: "Good, back and forth stuff now, as both fighters are in rhythm. Bar using that long left poke, following on with right hands. Kennedy all about the angles, getting the geometry she wants and getting off in combination. Not much in it in this stanza, as both fighters are scoring well..."

McCarthy: "Get her OUT of there, Bar! She's a FRAUD!"

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in a very competitive third. SHARP exchange and then another. Neither fighter taking a step back. Both sitting down on punches as we approach the final bell. GOOD right from Bar and there it is. Very, very close, but Refa'eli gets the round."

Cassie: "And, Bar takes the 29-28 lead."

ROUND FOUR:
O'Dell: "Ladies at range as we start the fourth. GOOD right from Bar, and Kennedy lands one of her own. Some sharp leather being traded right now and MCMANN ROCKS REFA'ELI! Bar all wobbly butt as Kennedy goes all in, backing the older woman up with some hard shot..."

Cassie: "Looking to get her out of there, Jenny..."

O'Dell: "Yes, she is, and McMann has Refa'eli backed to the ropes now. She's going body, hooking ribs and tummy, looking to bring the guard down. Bar not having it. She's tying up, forcing a break. Getting off the ropes, but she's still plenty buzzed as Kennedy gets back to work..."

McCarthy: "That ref is BLIND! There were at least THREE low blows in there!"

O'Dell: "Just twenty seconds to go. Kennedy landing another solid right hand. Refa'eli giving ground, engaging in a bit of a fighting retreat right now. Ten seconds. Good combination for the redhead and there's the bell. It's McMann wide, but Bar rides it out in the fourth."

Tess: "And we're even at 38."

ROUND FIVE:
O'Dell: "Kennedy coming forward, Bar giving ground. McMann definitely looking to press her advantage. She lands a solid right hand that backs Refa'eli up another step. Redhead sitting down on punches in a BIG way, looking to do what she couldn't in the fourth and finish this thing..."

Tess: "Bar playing it smart, playing for time. She's shaken some of the damage, but not all of it..."

O'Dell: "Refa'eli popping the jab, looking to slow down Kennedy. McMann continuing to work forward, lands a SOLID right hand and then DROPS REFA'ELI with a three-punch flurry! Oh, what a shot that last one was, and Bar crashes to her back in the middle of the ring!"

Cassie (singing): "Turn out the liiiiiiiigggghhhhtts! The party's ohhhhhhhvvvverrrrrr..."

O'Dell: "McMann to a neutral corner. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. No movement at all from the blonde, who's in the Maltese cross position. Seven. Eight. Not going to happen. Nine, TEN! It's OVER! Bar down and out and it's OVER and your winner by KO5 is Kennedy 'Mack The Knife' McMann!"

McCarthy: "FRAUD! She's a FRAUD and she got LUCKY and I demand a RECOUNT!"

AFTER:
O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Kennedy McMann, and, Kennedy, that's a pretty big smile you're wearing right now..."

Kennedy (smiling): "She's no easy out. This was a big fight for me in a big year for me. I've got some momentum going, and I need to KEEP it going."

O'Dell: "You're in a crowded division at light, but there's been some talk about work at welter..."

Kennedy: "I'm up for it, if that's what management wants. I'm definitely up for it."
