Intro:
We have a comeback match here tonight as Tatiana Maslany returns to the ring after being out of it since 2019. The "She-Hulk" star is certainly not taking it easy as she faces the former BBU flyweight champion Ivana Baquero. Who is after a shot at the title again in the future after losing it in March of last year.

There is also a rumour that over the Christmas period that a few text messages were sent between two rivals. Ivana and Tatiana's stablemate Jenna Louise Coleman simply hate one another. A few gossip magazines had stories about the feud reigniting between them. Making it curious that Tatiana is the one getting in the ring with Ivana here instead of Jenna.

Tatiana is interviewed backstage by the BBU TV reporter Anna Woodhouse. With the first question being about why this fight is happening. Tatiana replies "well I am after making a statement on my return. Jenna has told me about Ivana's weaknesses. I feel like I have the tools to take her down." Hands on her hips as she stands in a black dress and heels.

The subject about Jenna and Ivana then comes up to her. If maybe Jenna had an influence in this fight happening. Tatiana shakes her head as she answers "this is all me. I made the challenge to Ivana. Jenna has been helpful with my training of course. Sparring and such. Beyond that though as I said this is about me being written off for too long." Anna nodding taking the answer at face value.

She manages to catch Ivana heading into the BBU Arena. The Spanish beauty has a red dress on with matching sneakers. Black gym bag over her right shoulder. She stops to chat to Anna with a little smile. Maybe hiding some annoyance at being blocked from going to her locker room.

Anna asks her about how this fight come about. Ivana smirks as she answers "go ask Jenna. I suddenly had Tatiana calling me out to fight. When me and her have never really orbited each other. Yet I have had Jenna telling me how she wants a go at me. Funny that is it?" With Anna not answering. Trying to keep her opinions to herself.

"See Jenna if you want to get your hands dirty, then it should be you in that ring against me again. Trying to soften me up shows what a coward you are. I proved I am better then you when I kicked your ass the last two times we fought. Tatiana is just going to be a pest." Ivana nods to Anna that she has made her point. Walking past her and off to her locker room mumbling something in Spanish.

Fighting time. First through the curtain onto the aisle comes Ivana with her coach Taryn Terrell. She has a mean look on her face. Especially as she sees Jenna in the front row. Taryn having to tell her to ignore her as Ivana looks ready to rush her rival. Instead she does step inside the ring. Wearing a red sports bra with yellow stripes down the sides, matching trunks and shoes, red gloves, while her hair is tied into a braid. She taps her cheeks to focus herself on the actually fight ahead of her.

Tatiana now comes out with her coach Nicole Ritchie to her right. Tatiana gives waves to a few of her fans at ringside. Hugging Jenna as she goes the long way to her corner. Walking past the Girls Friday corner to nasty glares from them. Tatiana then steps into the ring wearing a lime green sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, with her hair braided as looks like she wants to channel her inner "She-Hulk" for this fight.

The referee brings the fighters together. Where both women lock eyes with hands in their hips. Ivana glances at Jenna outside the ring a moment. Tatiana hissing "hey bytch. Your fight is with me. Not her tonight." Giving Ivana a slap with her left glove. Ivana snarls out as she shoves Tatiana to her chest and the referee with coaches look to keep them apart for now. Ivana has eyes of fury as she is led back to her corner. Tatiana with a little grin, maybe part of their tactics tonight in the Lookout corner. Once things cool down enough. The bell rings to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out like a raging bull comes Ivana. Tatiana dancing around the ring on her toes, thrusting out her jab at the head of her opponent. Sweeping hooks coming from Baquero, but not many land beyond a few glancing punches. She isn't coordinated so far. Allowing Tatiana to outbox her in the early going.

After a hard opening minute for her. Ivana does finally pin down Tatiana after a shove to her chest. Getting a warning from the referee, Ivana doesn't care as she barks in effort working the body of her foe. Tatiana clinches up with her. Landing a few rabbit punches behind the head of her smaller opponent. Referee breaks them up warning both to keep this clean.

Still after that Ivana is not setting her punches up well. Getting caught with cleaner punches back at her. Tatiana looking relaxed in the face of these charges. Bashing back the younger woman when she lands two punch combos through her mitts. At the bell Ivana has a mouse under her left eye. Taryn yelling at her to calm the hell down. Ivana taking a deep breath. Nodding as it works like she has gained back some control.

Round 2:
Tatiana starts off well again with a crisp jab. Ivana though is starting to land her own. Aiming it under the chin of her Canadian rival to start. Dipping down under a jab to rifle in a hard right to her belly button. Tatiana grunts as she grimaces, not expecting that. She would have expected what happens next as Ivana gets right into her grill. Whacking away at the body of the older woman. Driving her back to the side of the ring Jenna is seated. With Jenna watching Tatiana's backside flex with each hit her body takes.

Pushing off Ivana, Tatiana lands a crisp double jab back into her face. Moving away from the ropes as she has to find another gear to match the intensity of Baquero. Both trading hard punches around the middle of the ring. Ivana not enjoying getting clipped around that swelling. Allowing Maslany to get a few moments peace.

But here comes Ivana in the final moments of the round. Landing a sweeping overhand left to the chin of Tatiana. Ivana uses the opening to muscle her opponent into a neutral corner. Landing some punches close to the waistband of opponents trunks. Referee warning her to watch those punches. Still when the bell ring Tatiana is not best pleased by those punches. Shaking their head at the referee before walking back to their corner.

Round 3:
Ivana seems to have regained her laser focus. Landing several crisp punches out the gates under the chin of Tatiana. Pushing her back to the outside part of the ring. Tatiana still gamely fighting hard as she throws out her own combos. Leading to several fiery exchanges between them to the delight of the crowd.

An uppercut lands on the chin of Tatiana to reel her into the ropes. Where she shells up as Ivana comes in whacking away with hooks. Grabbing hold of Ivana to stop her assault. Tatiana can hear Ivana hissing "getting all you wanted out of this bytch?" Making Tatiana snarl back as both women are feeling every bit of their blood boiling.

Broken up by the referee. Tatiana boxes more defensively as she still has her back towards the ropes. Catching Ivana more coming in with straight punches. Ivana getting her face marked up as she tries to get her way back in closer. Landing several clean body shots. The round comes to an end with Tatiana nodding to herself. As if taking in that she is in a hard fight now.

Round 4:
Back out the fighters come with hard shots being exchanged by both to the others face. Ivana getting clipped by left hooks when she tries to dip down to fire upwards. Tatiana clearly taking advice from her corner. Adapting to what is in front of her as Ivana finds it harder to bully back the older woman.

Especially made worse when a right hook opens a gash under her left eye. Ivana crying out as Tatiana smiles blood in the water with another hook landing around there. Back goes Ivana as she now shells up. Tatiana stalking after her, knowing that Ivana can suddenly spring out her guard as if playing possum. So she rifles several punches around the torso of the small fighter to look to open her up at range.

Ivana does manage to dip down to whack in more hooks around the ribs of her foe. Tatiana pulling her into a front headlock. Dragging Ivana back with her to make it more uncomfortable as the referee warns Maslany when they break them up that next time a point is coming off. Ivana not looking best pleased when the bell rings. Ending a bad round for her to say the least. Taryn is working on patching up the cut as Jenna is laughing outside the ring at her misfortune.

Round 5:
Fight resumes with Ivana a little more cautious. Tatiana mocking her to bring it on. Clearly hoping to play off the emotions of Baquero. Who does swing in with a hook that just misses. Instead another right hook lands on that gash. Causing more blood to trickle down the cheek of Ivana. Who finds herself being knocked back to the ropes by a follow up jab/straight combo.

The once green gloves of Tatiana are starting to be stained red. Ivana covering up more tightly. Looking a little worried as she wouldn't make a good poker player. Tatiana picking her punches as she looks to break down Ivana. The Maslany supporters smell a big upset here as they cheer her on to really lay the hurt on Ivana.

The former champ is holding more. Looking to slow down Tatiana. Who grinds her right forearm around the cut when the referee can't see from the other side. Ivana howling like a wounded animal. The fighters are broken up with evidence on Tatiana's forearm. But the referee can't deduct a point for something they didn't see. Even as Taryn roars at them to do their job. At the bell it's been a horrible round for Baquero. Sitting on her stool with swelling around her left eye. Taryn and the Girls Friday corner team working hard to patch her up. Across the ring Tatiana looks confident win number two is on its way.

Round 6:
Coming back out to engage. Ivana is having to try something a little different to protect her left eye. Feinting more as she moves side to side. Tatiana trying to jab at that damaged eye of Ivana. Hunting after her as she has a cold expression now. Wanting the win at all costs.

But Tatiana is struggling to land that big power punch. Stepping in with a sweeping left hook. It finds air as Ivana ducks under it. Landing a hard left hook under the ribs of Tatiana. FOLLOWING WITH A NASTY RIGHT HOOK THAT LIFTS THE RIBS OF TATIANA! WHO DROPS TO HER LEFT KNEE WITH A WHIMPER!

Ivana looks ready to strike again with the referee holding her back. Telling Ivana to go to the neutral corner. 1....2....3... Tatiana fights back tears as she rubs her left side. 4...5... Spitting her gumshield out to help her breath as she looks in serious pain. 6...7...8.. Tatiana tries to stand but groans and collapses to her knees. 9....10 it is all over!

Winner Ivana Baquero KO Round 6

After:
As soon as the bell goes to end the bout. Ivana has her gloves pulled off under her arm pits. Sliding under the bottom ropes next to the corner she was in. Making a beeline for Jenna as both swing a few punches that don't land flush, before they have each others hair in their hands. Screaming insults as they engage in a tug of war. Jenna trying to pull Ivana over the guard rail into the crowd as security tries to pull them apart. Taryn screaming at Ivana to stop it as she worries about her fighter after a gruelling bout.

Finally they are dragged apart with strands of hair in their fingers and some on the floor. With those around them shocked at the evidence of how much they hate each other. Screaming threats at each other as Jenna is led by security away from the crowd. Getting thrown out the building as tonight she is a guest after all.

In the ring as all that commotion broke out. Nicole placed an ice pack on Tatiana's left side. Praising her efforts tonight as she had the former Champion hurt. Tatiana nodding her thanks as she wipes a few tears away. Clearly still hurting though as she fights to stand up. When they see Ivana is entering the ring again. Nicole helps Tatiana out of it. Knowing that Ivana looks on a rampage. Getting out of Dodge before they are in the firing line.

Ivana screams "get me a contract to fight that c**t!" To Taryn. Who tells her "once that eye heals I will get you that fight." With Ivana stomping angrily around the ring. Wanting to punch something but all those she'd like to hit are gone. The referee even gives her a lot of space.

Nodding to Taryn after she cools down. Ivana tells her "you and Harry better get that fight or help me God I will resign from the stable and find that bytch on the streets to settle this grudge. She has f**ked with me for the last time." With Taryn crossing her heart and telling Ivana she promises she will get the bout sorted.

Once Ivana is cooled off. She points at her left arm. Signalling to the referee to raise it. Taking a moment to realise what is happening. The referee can be seen saying "oh" and then rushing over to lift her arm up. The Ivana supporters applauding and whistling her. She still has dried blood on her left cheek and a puffy looking left eye.

Leaving the ring with Taryn to her left. Ivana and Jenna are on a collision course once again. Question is how many people could get caught in the cross hairs as tonight has shown that they can't be left anywhere near the other without chaos.
