BEFORE: Two former ACB lightweight champions clash on the V8 SuperCars undercard and playing second fiddle to paddock heroine Tahan Lew-Fatt isn't what both Mallory Jansen and Jennifer Hawkins have signed up for without admitting something has gone wrong with their careers in recent times. One can argue that former Miss Universe Hawkins will not get any younger however Jansen thinks she ought to be duking it out with heavy-hitters like Miranda Kerr instead of settling for "has-been" opposition. Green & Gold's Sarah Cumming kindly reminds everyone that Hawkins is still a front page celebrity coming off two good wins over Pia Miller and Rachael Finch last season so let's see if Jansen actually backs up her questionable comments and earns that desired fight at Miranda's stablemate expense! Mind you, we're in Jennifer's home town so she has all the local support and then some!

Mallory Jansen wears a red bikini set & white gloves. Long dark brown hair loose & straight with bangs. Jennifer Hawkins wears a white & pink themed bikini set & pink gloves. Long blonde hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Mallory blasts out of the gate and tackles the blonde to the body, the initial attack cripples Jennifer who clearly didn't expect such a rapid fire start from the younger model and she gets backed onto the ropes where the brunette laces her with more venom. Jennifer tries to swing back but bounces off the top of Mallory's forehead and has to soak up more body blows before she finally clinches the charging foe. Mallory shakes her off though and rips a left hook on the jaw before pounding away downstairs again to the point Hawkins cannot stop scowling in pain as Jansen bashes her midriff into a mush and leaves a great impression after the opening round here!

Round 2:
Jennifer realizes she has to get going and she answers the slugging call tearing it down with the younger model to open the second round. Both women lock horns in the proverbial phone booth much to the crowd's delight and the former Miss Universe gets it done cutting Jansen up across the nasal ridge during a hectic head-hunting exchange. Uh-oh! Mallory dominated the body assault script before but she loses that grip when trying to knock Jennifer's head off and gets backed onto the ropes by more aerial haze as the older model keeps working the high-octane drive to dish out her revenge. She nails Jansen on the chin before adding a brutal double combo on each temple to sign off with a vicious shot across the breasts that spins Mallory onto the turnbuckle right at the bell.

Round 3:
More back & forth slugging in the Newcastle paddock where Mallory resumes the gut-checking attack and drills right through the blonde's midriff to stuff her in the center of the ring before a wild hook tags the chin and drops Hawkins on her heels. She tries to swing back from there but Mallory beats her to the punch and drives another vicious hook on the jaw to SLUMP JENNIFER DOWN ON HER BACKSIDE amid a loud roar from the audience. Uh-oh!!! Jennifer claims she slipped here after getting up at five but nobody buys her story and she's too slow to react when Jansen rails her from the inside moments later. More high-octane swinging from both women but Mallory carries the momentum to blast the ailing foe back to the corner where bell saves Hawkins from more trouble as the brunette was ready to knock her head off after all. Woof! That was close.

Round 4:
Mallory brutalizes the somewhat pedestrian opponent to the body and Jennifer really took several hard licks in the previous round. She cannot keep up with the brunette's pace here and eats more ruthless leather both high & low before Jansen freezes her in the center of the ring following a well-measured chin-checker. Ugh! Jennifer slumps on her knees but still wants to hit back at the Melbourne guest only for Mallory to blow her up with a quick counter from the inside. Another double on the chin and Jennifer cannot handle it anymore... she stumbles to the side where the younger model SMOKES her with a hard right hand on the ear. DOWN GOES THE LOCAL GIRL and she's not getting up anytime soon... face down on the canvas and mumbling all the pain out while the merciless count duly passes her by. Wild KO4 Mallory Jansen!!!

AFTER: Some travelling mechanics still give the Melbourne model a solid ovation but the New South Wales locals are less impressed seeing how the hometown Miss Universe got worked right over! That's a bitter pill to swallow for Jennifer who remains a great gatekeeper addition as she approaches the wrong side of forty but it's rather improbable she mounts another championship campaign anymore. Meanwhile Mallory is still upset over the nasal gash and later admits to Sarah Cumming she got somewhat lucky breaking Jennifer down in pure slugfest circumstances.
