Intro:
Clash of Sports Illustrated models now as Hilary Rhoda and Hailey Clauson share a ring for the first ever time, the fact that both are seen as top Contenders in the welterweight divisions around the world along with the intercompany battle adds intrigue to who win emerge the top dog.

Going into the fight both fighters gave interviews, Hilary spoke to the FCBA Networks Alicia Atout outside her stables locker room, Hilary wearing a blue sports bra, black shorts and sandals as she smiles, after pleasantries are exchanged, Hilary tells Alicia "I can't wait to fight Hailey, we've always had a let's say friendly rivalry, these younger models think they rule the pages but people come to see the best like me" posing hands on her hips to show off her tight body.

"When we start trading punches I will happily give Hailey a taste of a champion, I've heard people claim she is a champion in waiting, her fans could be waiting a very long time for that to come, especially after I am done with her" Hilary says before she is called back into the locker room by her stables owner, giving Alicia a pat on her left shoulder before she walks away.

Hailey is wearing a red silk robe as she talks to Alicia at the locker room door, joking "this isn't only fans guys" putting her arms across the front of the row with a wink, making the interviewer laugh as both share a lighthearted moment, before she tells Alicia "don't worry all the fans will see what I have in store for them, time I show the world what the best damn model in Sports Illustrated history can do" blowing a kiss to the camera as she looks in a great mood, heading back into the locker room to get ready for the fight.

Fighting time, first through the curtain comes Hilary with her coach tonight Taryn Terrell and cut woman Eva Carneiro behind her, she marches down the aisle with a fired up expression, tapping her black gloves as she steps into the ring, she is wearing a black sports bra and short trunks, her hair tied into a braid as she bounces on her toes while staring at the aisle.

Out now comes Hailey with her coach Henry Carvill behind her, Hailey cups each ear as she takes in the cheers of her fans, heading down the aisle looking relaxed after her win in the BBU to start the move, she is wearing a red sports bra, red trunks with her surname in gold letters on the waistband, red boots, red gloves with gold thumbs as her hair is tied into a ponytail, climbing into the ring Hailey flexes her arms as she stares at her opponent, giving her a view of the test ahead for her.

The fighters soon walk to the center of the ring, eyes locked as they put their hands on their hips, an intense stare down as the referee goes through their final instructions, they thud their gloves into their opponent's set, then jog back to their corners as the crowd cheers both beauties on, the referee signals for the bell to ring to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell both women look to start behind their jab, testing each others reflexes out as the crowd is mixed to who they want to win, Hailey clearly sees something in Hilary's guard she can exploit as she makes the first big move; feinting with her jab, Hailey crouches down under a straight from her opponent, burying in two short digging punches to the abs of Rhoda, driving her back towards the ropes as she shows off some of her power.

Hilary needing to push off Hailey, it isn't long though before the bosom blonde pounds in a left cross to the cheek followed by a straight to her lips, knocking back Hilary again near the ropes, Hailey looking strong as she boxes on the inside, testing out the abs of the former champion to the delight of her coach.

After a bad opening two minutes, Rhoda uses her left forearm into the chest of Clauson to open up space, landing two sharp cross punches to her opponent's face, Hilary starts to move away from the ropes, peppering the cheeks of Hailey as the younger fighter looks to remind aggressive, getting too open though as she takes the cleaner shots all the way up till the bell, no matter as Clauson smiles to her fans on the way to her corner, knowing that was a great start for her.

Round 2:
Realising she will need to set the pace of this contest, Hilary is starting to fire out more punches in bunches, Hailey finding it harder to close the distance between them, though the beautiful blonde is still managing to land several crisp punches into the boobs of her opponent to force her back a step.

Second minute sees Clauson making more headway as she starts timing her attacks better, drilling in more punches around the torso of the older fighter, maybe trying to sap the energy out her rivals legs, Hilary landing a few cuffing punches around the ears of Hilary when she does, needing to shove off Hailey to create space.

A double jab lands square into the nose of Hailey, forcing her to cover up more tightly as Hilary moves more up on her toes side to side, not landing a lot flush due to Hailey's staunch guard, her best punches are those slamming into the chest of her California born opponent, making her hiss out, the round comes to a close with Hailey jogging back to her corner not looking worried, Hilary meanwhile taps her gloves together looking keen for more now she is sure she is on the judges scoreboard with a solid second round.

Round 3:
Back out both women come with intense expressions, slamming their jabs through the others mitts as they open up, Hailey is back on the inside after deflecting a jab, landing a short left hook to the ribs of Rhoda to make her hiss, a short right cross slams across the cheek of the raven haired fighter to turn her head.

As Hilary is being driven back to the ropes by a well drilled body assault, she pulls Hailey into a front headlock, referee breaking them up with Hailey smirking at her rival, that smirk disappears when a flush one-two combo lands into her lips, Hilary moving back when a right cross comes flying across her jaw, instead she lands a short right into the face of the Clauson.

She slams more straight shots into the top of Hailey's head, keeping her on the outside as they fight around the center of the ring, Hailey not looking as happy boxing at range, slamming punches square into each others faces as the crowd roars them on, at the bell they share a tense stare for a moment before walking past each other to their corners.

Round 4:
Slinging in more punches now as they exchange, cheeks are starting to redden up on both fighters, Hailey dips under a jab to hammer in two short lefts to the body, along with a right hook into the ribs of Hilary, forcing her to back off as Clauson looks to reapply the pressure like the opener.

Things getting a little more scruffy as there are little nudges from both women, Hailey lands a short uppercut to the body of Hilary to make her groan out, a short left cross turns her opponent's head as this is better from the blonde, Henry is cheering her on as she drives Rhoda into a neutral corner, pounding the body of the older fighter with more hard digging shots till she is clinched.

Less then a minute and Hilary is catching Hailey again coming in, maybe too much aggression from Clauson, who eats a clean one-two combo into her forehead to snap her head back, final moments sees Hailey basically bullrush Hilary into the ropes, ending up holding and grappling as snarls can be heard, at the bell the referee has to try to break them apart, finally they do split up with a shove to each others chests as things are heating up, both sets of coaches needing to try to cool off their fighters.

Round 5:
Looking determined as they trade harder shots, neither wants to lose this fight as they seem physically very similar, just opposite styles, Hailey again gets inside to work but her right arm is trapped by Hilary's left, several rights from the older woman lands before they are broken up, a warning for Hilary to keep the fight clean.

Back at it they go with Hilary now starting to take control, hammering in her punches to the face of her rival, Taryn all smiles till she sees Hailey charge Hilary in a slap of sweaty toned bodies onto the ropes, it isn't pretty but is effective as she uses her left to push Hilary's head back over the rope, while thudding her right into her abs, referee this time warning Hailey as they are broken up.

Tempers are definitely playing up now as both trade at midrange, sweat flies off as they plant their feet, getting into a grappling match when both glance a right off the others cheek, a few choice words being exchanged as these two are certainly living up to the classic blonde versus brunette stereotype, the round ends with both telling the other to watch it, both being warned by the referee to keep within the rules, they nod to the ref but it'll be interesting to see if they do as told.

Round 6:
While things have settled down somewhat, both are still planting their feet more, leading to both picking up a bloody lip as they hiss at each other, the world seemingly narrowing for each to them and their opponent judging by the intensity on their faces, hard to separate them through the opening minute.

It's Hilary who breaks the deadlock as she parries a straight to land one of her own into the face of her opponent, followed by a short left cross that sends some sweat flying, Hailey finding herself being knocked onto the ropes, Hilary starting to swing in more hooks till she is clinched, this time both break when the referee tells them too.

As they resume with less then forty seconds to go, a straight goes over the head of Clauson, who slams in two short uppercuts to the body of Rhoda, forcing the former champion onto her heels as she now powers her into a neutral corner, whacking away at the body, Hilary is gasping as she has to grab onto Hailey, broken up as the bell rings, both women look a little sore, more so annoyed that they haven't broken their rival yet after more hard fighting.

Round 7:
Returning back to the center, they trade more meaty punches, not much defense to kick off the round, a misses jab by Hilary leaves her open to a right hook under her ribs, that makes her wince as all that body work by Clauson looks to be paying off now, another hook there has Hilary backing off as a red mark forms near the spot she was hit.

Keeping Clauson off her with her jab gives Rhoda some breathing room, an overhand left though crashes across her chin, Hailey lands a straight into the bloody lips of her rival to force her to the ropes, WHERE ANOTHER NASTY RIGHT HOOK SLAMS UNDER THE RIBS OF HILARY! DOWN GOES HILARY TO HER KNEES HOLDING HER BODY!

Hailey heads to the neutral corner with a smile as her fans chant her name, 1...2...3.. Hilary spits out her gumshield as she sucks in air, 4...5... She tries to push her to her feet, 6... But groans out as she gets back to her knees, clearly in trouble, 7...8...9...10 that's it for Hilary! She is counted out!

Winner Hailey Clauson KO Round 7

After:
What a closely fought fight but Hailey wins this war of attrition, she turns to her fans with her arms in the air, taking in the cheers as her supporters show their love for her, Henry applauds her as he gets onto the ring apron, as soon as Hailey jogs to her corner there's a kiss between the two which might not go down so well within her own stable.

Meanwhile Eva is in the ring with an ice pack for Hilary, Taryn places her right hand on the shoulder of her fighter, telling her "nothing to be upset about tonight OK, you'll get her next time" though Hilary doesn't look in the mood to talk, fighting back tears as her body is racked in pain.

When she feels a little better Hilary leaves the ring, head down as this is a second defeat in a row now, though losing to Karen Gillan and Hailey Clauson isn't exactly the end of the world, Hilary must be wondering if her time as a title contender is coming to an end, she has had multiple title shots that have ended in failure, maybe it's starting to become time a new era of welterweights took over the division.

One who certainly would love to is the winner, Hailey getting her right hand raised by the referee, she blows a kiss to the camera with her left hand, telling the crowd "I'm the best Sports Illustrated model around" to cheers from her supporters, that might get a bit of a push back by others from the magazines front covers history.

Leaving the ring with Henry, Hailey waves to the fans with her right hand, her left is around the back of her coach, maybe there's more in mind for those two when it comes to celebrating this victory, either way this is a big win for Clauson as she looks to earn a future welterweight title shot.
