Michelle Keegan (Beever's Babes) v Helen Flanagan (Kear's Kats)

Two former Coronation Street actresses are ready to tuck into each other now, with 34 year old former flyweight champion taking on newly single 32 year old former bantamweight champion Helen for a second time, having knocked her rival out in the 8th round of their fight in 2016.

Both girls look fantastic, Michelle in a black leather outfit, with Helen in green lacy lingerie, both posing for photographs before they’re summoned to fight.

Round 1

These girls don’t like one another, and that’s obvious as they stalk each other early in the opening round, wary not to get caught with a big punch, sneering at each other, then they start to fight properly, and Helen takes the advantage as she thuds a right hook into Michelle’s body, Michelle clinching, then Helen pushes her away, her face looking like she’s just been touched by a tramp, and she hits Michelle with a good straight left to the belly, Michelle quickly responding with a left jab and right cross, both punches finding Helen’s waiting face, Michelle looking good again now, thudding a hard left into Helen’s body, then one to her jaw, on top of her game at the bell.

Round 2

Michelle comes at Helen quickly, attacking her fine body, but Helen blocks as many punches as Michelle lands, and hits back as well, giving Michelle a left and right hook combo to her face, Michelle stepping back, Helen coming in at her, but Michelle clinches, and on the break she uses her experience to make sure she hits Helen firmly in her face, then she follows up with some good body punches, Helen wincing, gritting her teeth, then fighting back as she bats Michelle with that left hook, right hook combination again, and Michelle didn’t enjoy that, comes forwards anyway, but Helen picks her off, beating her to the punch as they both go for straight left jabs, both girls finishing the round with reddened faces.

Round 3

Helen makes a strong start to the round, and she hits Michelle hard to her ribs then her gut, loosening her defences, then she gives her a right hook to her jaw, followed by two firm left crosses around her cheek and eye, and Michelle tries to clinch, clearly hurt, but Helen has the strength to keep her at bay, and thuds a couple more good shots into the older girl’s face, looking dominant as she moves Michelle around the ring, gets her backed into the ropes, and unloads a lovely left hook, then another, and Michelle’s knees seem to quiver, Helen giving her some more headshots, Michelle’s right cheek bruised, but she does what she can to fight back, and hits Helen with a good jab to get out of trouble, tries to turn her but can’t and gets clipped across the lips with a right hook on the bell.

Round 4

With Michelle’s right cheek swelling, Helen has a nice, ripe target to aim for, and she thuds a couple of neat left jabs right on it straight away, Michelle wincing, but she’s giving Helen some retaliation as well, her right glove smacking into the centre of Helen’s face a couple of times, then she and Helen exchange hooks to the ribcage, Michelle coming off better there, and Helen backs off, Michelle content to keep her at bay, not wanting to risk the younger girl teeing off on her swelling cheek, but Helen’s at her again, thumping her face with a left hook, then giving her a right hander to the flank, Michelle landing a good right to Helen’s ribs, then another to her jaw, Helen now going into reverse, Michelle following this time, looking to give Helen some punishment once she has her trapped in a corner, Helen responding though, and she hurts Michelle with a deep straight belly punch.

Round 5

Helen’s breathing hard, but she’s looking confident, and immediately lands on Michelle’s damaged cheek, the older girl wary of Helen’s accurate left hand, so she works on Helen’s body, trying to slow her down, Helen taking her medicine and fighting back once more, and now she hurts Michelle with a lovely right cross, the older girl stumbling backwards, Helen closing in, hits her again with her left, then her right, Michelle’s head turning side to side, then Helen whups in a lovely left hook, and Michelle hits the canvas, sitting on her backside as the referee counts to 7, when she gets back up again, Helen looking disappointed, but she gives Michelle another couple of stunning left and right hooks, Michelle now bleeding from her right eyebrow, Helen desperately trying to finish her off, only to find Michelle crushing a couple of heavy punches into her body as she comes back in the closing stages of the round.

Round 6

Helen attacks Michelle from the opening seconds, deepening that cut eyebrow, but as she tries to follow up with her left hook, Michelle catches her with a solid right cross, and that’s hurt Helen, who staggers backwards, trying to clear her head with Michelle coming after her, drilling punches into her body, solid shots that drain Helen’s energy, making her grunt and gasp, the younger girl in difficulty, and clinching to try to stop the beating. Michelle taking full advantage, pushes Helen away, and hits her face with a couple of hefty right hooks, then she gives her a left to her liver, and Helen’s getting taken apart right now, her mouth open, Michelle thumping away at her abs, Helen’s corner relieved to see their girl still upright at the bell.

Round 7

Helen doesn’t look happy, and Michelle works her backwards to her own corner, where she gives that lovely body some more punishment, Helen unable to get clear, the older girl hitting her with two hard right hooks to the gut, then a cruel left to her liver, and that’s got Helen sinking to her knees, rocking onto all fours as the referee counts, but she gets to her feet at 8, her face showing the pain she’s in, the girl barely able to raise her gloves to protect her face, Michelle driving her backwards with two straight punches to her belly, Helen’s gloves coming down, and Michelle whips a right hook over and into her cheek, sending Helen down again, and she’s not getting up this time, because she’s counted out!

Result: Michelle Keegan knocked out Helen Flanagan in round 7

Michelle is jubilant, having knocked out a rival she really doesn’t like – but Helen looked to be on top until she got hurt in the sixth, and there may well be a rematch for these two girls sometime soon!
