Zara Holland (Kear's Kats) v Katya Jones (Unmanaged)

Zara really wants the BBU flyweight title back, and made short work of Mimi Perkins, but now the 27 year old beauty from Hull takes on the experienced 34 year old Russian Katya, who would also like a title shot sometime soon.

Katya looks fantastic tonight in a scarlet bra and panties set, but Zara isn’t outdone in her pink basque and knickers.

Round 1

Katya is making a good start to the fight, the older girl using her height and reach to thump Zara neatly and squarely in her face with a certain amount of ease, and the blonde is already backing away, very unlike her. But, as Katya gets in closer, Zara thuds a hard left hook into her body, follows it with a right, and another, so that Katya backs away now, not looking particularly hurt, but not keen to allow Zara to pummel on her ribs for too long, but she makes a mistake in trying to trade with Zara, who happily gives her a sweet combination of left cross and right hook, Katya backing off, fending Zara away using her longer reach.

Round 2

Zara comes at Katya, looking to punish her to the body again, but she’s not really come to terms with the Russian babe’s reach, and Katya’s peppering Zara’s face with right jabs, the former champion’s face gradually turning pink as Katya’s gloves graze her cheeks, and it’s maybe a surprise to see Zara being handed a boxing lesson right now, as Katya enjoys herself, just jabbing Zara’s face as and when she wants, then stepping and skipping clear of the blonde when she tries to retaliate, Zara already sporting a little lump on her left cheekbone, testament to the accuracy of the Russian girl’s punches, but she is getting a few bodyshots in in the closing stages of a fairly one-sided round.

Round 3

The sound of the bell restarts the fight, and Katya quickly settles into her routine, smacking right jabs into Zara’s face, whilst the blonde tries in vain to reach the taller girl, Katya being as evasive as she can, wary of Zara’s hard punching, and keen not to get into a slugfest with the former BBU champion. Katya’s pressing Zara backwards and into the ropes, but once she has her there, she does get sucked into an exchange because Zara punches her way off the ropes, Katya just a tad too close so that the Brit rips two nasty left hooks into her face, Katya hurt, then Zara bullies her, turns her round and lays into her body hard with a two fisted attack, Katya grunting and gasping as Zara’s leather slaps into her flesh, Katya’s ribcage looking rather red and sore by the end of a tough round.

Round 4

This continues to be a major contrast in styles as the tough Zara comes forward at the elegant Katya early in the round, and she’s getting her punches landing in Katya’s ribcage again, tries to find the older girl’s impressive abs with a left hook, but gets tagged with a neat left hook herself, this one landing beautifully on her right cheek, and Zara suddenly looks to be in trouble, taken off guard by Katya there, and the older girl’s giving her plenty now, Zara covering up, but Katya finds her way through the blonde’s defensive guard, works her to a neutral corner quite nicely, and in come the uppercuts from the Russian babe, Zara’s head being bumped up and backwards, her blonde hair dishevelled, and she’s in danger of losing this fight now, with Katya ending the round strongly, hitting her to her impressive body, raising her arms in triumph as she goes to her corner.

Round 5

Zara’s looking fairly bruised as she comes forward yet again, and gets sent backwards yet again, the blonde really getting found out tonight, as Katya whips in another pair of lovely face punches, this time a right cross and left hook combination, Zara backing into the ropes, tries to turn Katya, but the Russian girl absolutely nails her with a left hook, and Zara’s down! She gets up at 4, but she’s very unsteady, and maybe should have taken more time, because Katya’s straight at her, looking to finish her off, and landing another left hook, Zara on her heels, swaying around, Katya throws a right hook to follow, and that’s put Zara on her back! Katya raises her arms again as she watches a bloodied Zara roll over and push herself up, beating the count at 8, but she’s got a nasty cut to her left eyebrow, which Katya wastes no time in deepening with a series of great punches before Zara’s saved from taking any more by the round ending bell.

Round 6

Katya comes forward, firing jabs straight into Zara’s messed up face, her left eyebrow already dribbling blood after taking three right jabs, the Russian girl expertly finding her target, but Zara isn’t a girl to give up easily, and she’s making a kind of last ditch attempt to get back into this fight, taking Katya’s jabs, but now she’s busy, gets inside the older girl’s lead, and lands a hefty punch or two to her body, Katya not looking too worried, but she’s gone into her shell a bit, maybe a sign that she was hurt there, and she’s not looking as dominant in this round, Zara still working away in close, Katya covering, unable to keep the blonde at arm’s length, although as the round draws to a close she catches Zara with a nice left cross to her jaw, then unloads a right hook to her tits, narrowly missing her face with a left uppercut, following which Zara pings the Russian’s face with a double left hook, making her stumble as she shows her she’s still got her strength.

Round 7

Zara’s left eye still looks messy, but she’s coming forwards and landing punches to Katya’s body, the older girl beginning to look tired, that lack of management maybe proving a handicap, Zara showing her fitness levels to be high as she tears into the taller girl’s body, Katya getting bullied and worked over by the blonde, stepping back and back until she feels the ropes on her back, and she’s not doing much to get clear as Zara hits her, body first, and now her face, Katya’s head being swatted to and fro as the former champion batters her, cracks home a left hook on Katya’s jaw, and that’s enough to put the older girl on her backside! Katya gets to her feet at 7, doesn’t look too great, but Zara isn’t looking to finish her off just yet, preferring to thud those brutal hooks into the Russian’s body, the poor girl squealing as the punches land, and she’s not looking to raise her arms as this round ends.

Round 8

Katya finds Zara in her face as soon as the bell rings, lands a couple of jabs, but gets sent backwards when the shorter girl thuds another pair of hooks into her face, and it looks like Katya’s knees have gone! The Russian babe isn’t going to take much more, because she’s very unsteady, blood still running down Zara’s face to remind her what happened tonight, but the former champion seems to have weathered the storm, hits Katya hard to her midsection with a left hook, looks at her, grins, and finishes the job with a crashing right hook to her cheek, Katya on the floor, knocked senseless.

Result: Zara Holland knocked out Katya Jones in round 8

Zara has won her second fight after returning to BBU action – but this was tough, and she was exposed quite badly by the taller Katya, who really should have won the fight in round 6, stupidly allowing Zara to draw her into a brawl.

Zara has a message for BBU flyweight champion Jorgie Porter though, “C’mon Porter, you spotty bitch! Let’s fight!”
