While Cougar and Jaguar matches have existed for the entire duration of the FCBA, the official Divisions were catalyzed and launched by the Inaugural Jaguar Tournament held from September 2022 - November 2022. Jennifer Garner emerged victorious and was crowned the Inaugural Jaguar Champion in a 16-woman, double-elimination tournament. Her first official defense came against Stana Katic, who de-throned the Hall-of-Famer in a stellar 9-round contest. Katic proceeded to defend the belt six times, including victories over Krupa, Strahovski, Hurley, and Brook.

In June 2023, the Inaugural Cougar Tournament followed. Kate Beckinsale emerged victorious in a 16-woman tournament. After winning the belt, Beckinsale relinquished the belt to Jenny McCarthy and stepped down as Champion for her retirement.
