"Abs of Mass Destruction" (also known as "AMD" and "AMD/D") is a type of specialty match found in the FCBA. Fought between two competitors, the primary objective is to trade belly punches, engaging in an "abs endurance" contest until one fighter is unable to continue or is otherwise knocked out. It is tradition in AMD match, the winner cements her victory by "tummy smothering" the loser.

The lineage of Abs of Mass Destruction can be traced back to Lookout! Boxing's Vanessa Hudgens for Flyweight and Bantamweight (entitled "AMD") and later in the Lightweight and Welterweight divisions (entitled "AMD/D") by the Queens of Absolution's Bridget Satterlee.

Although known by association with Vanessa Hudgens and Bridget Satterlee, the emergence of its association with the FCBA can be traced to Abs of Mass Destruction type matches cutting out a highly devoted niche in fans and FCBA fighters. Popularity of the Abs of Mass Destruction match type is on the rise. Such matches have also helped to bring to prominence and publicize more "athletic" fighters who have the "body endurance" to compete in these type of matches.
