Intro:
We kick off tonight with the third installment of the Caity Lotz/Shay Mitchell rivalry, Caity is looking for her first victory over Shay, with the Little Pretty Puncher scoring two wins over the Arrowverse star, their first fight taking place back in 2015 with a referee stoppage in the eighth round, last year she knocked out Caity in the seventh.

Heading into the fight both women posted on their social media accounts about the fight, Caity said on hers "I am ready for this, Shay is very talented but I need to grab my career with both hands and make it a success, that starts by knocking Shay out" posting a photo to go along with her post.

Shay responded on her account "I guess you don't take defeat so easily Caity, I respect your drive but I have proven twice before you aren't at my level, I am going to make it three times before I move my way back up towards a title shot" with her own photo to show she was working hard for this bout too.

Fight night in Las Vegas's Allegiant Stadium, first through the curtain comes Caity Lotz with her coach Eliza Dushku, she pounds her white gloves together as she stares at the ring, jogging down the aisle looking focused, her eyes catch onto an unwelcome guest for her at ringside, her PPV opponent Kaya Scodelario is in the front row waving at her with a cocky smile, Caity scowling at her before she steps into the ring, she completes her look with a white sports bra, trunks and shoes, hair braided as she paces in her corner side to side.

Now out comes Shay with her coach Nia Peeples behind her, Shay looks around the stadium with a look of awe, then stares at the ring with an excited expression, wearing a black sports bra, black trunks with her surname in gold letters on the waistband, black boots, gold gloves and her hair tied into a ponytail, she climbs into the ring bouncing on her toes in her corner, waving to the crowd before shadow boxing.

Jogging to the center of the ring, they lock eyes again, looking into a face they know very well by now, bouncing on their toes before they bump their gloves into their opponent's set, nodding as they seem to have gained a lot of respect for each other, back in their corners, both also look ready to batter the others lights out, bell ringing to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Knowing each other from their first two fights, it isn't long before both are throwing in combos, trying to dictate the action, Caity dips under a left cross to bang in a counter right to the body, followed by an overhand left to the cheek of Shay, she then shows her strength to give Mitchell a shove with her left forearm to knock her closer to the ropes.

Working on the inside, Caity is forcing Shay to move around near the ropes, digging in short punches, Shay needing to give Caity a shove to her face, drilling in stiff jabs to the top of Caity's face to keep her to the outside, Shay gets her rhythm going as she dances on her toes.

Heading into the final thirty seconds, a feint by Lotz is followed by the real right hook on the jaw of Shay, a left cross lands to turn the head of the Pretty Little Puncher, finding Mitchell driven into a neutral corner moments later, the bell rings with a strong finish to the round for Caity, she looks fired up as she returns to her corner, giving a quick glare out the ring to her future PPV opponent.

Round 2:
Drilling in more punches around the chest of Caity, Shay is looking to neutralize the smaller woman on the outside, Caity landing a few crisp straight punches back into the face of her opponent, both boxing around the center as they are staring hard behind their gloves at their opponent.

Caity misses with a left cross, Shay leaning out the way and counters with a right across the cheek of Caity, she then pushes back the smaller fighter with a flush one-two combo into the face of Lotz, Shay now holding the center of the ring, outworking Caity as the "Legends of Tomorrow" star covers up more tightly.

Landing a double jab into the lips of Caity, with Shay landing a follow up uppercut, looking great now as she has Caity under wraps going into the final moments of the round, soon enough the bell rings with Shay nodding to herself as she returns to her corner, maybe thinking to herself that was a much better round for her.

Round 3:
Back out they come with more intensity, Caity looking to push the pace after being kept back too easily for her liking the last round, Shay forced to exchange more at midrange, both finding more gaps through the others guard as they open up.

Landing some uppercuts on the inside, neither woman is holding back as they look to hurt each other, Caity lands a cuffing right around the ear of her opponent, then forces her onto the ropes after a short left to the body, testing the abs of Mitchell as they grind heads, Shay needing to hold onto Caity to force the referee to break them up.

Resuming fighting, Caity isn't giving Shay much room to breath, both landing around the others face, marking them up, SHAY GETS A LEFT FOREARM INTO HER CHEST, A RIGHT HOOK FOLLOWS ONTO HER CHIN, THEN A LEFT HOOK SENDS MITCHELL TO HER BACK!

The fans of Caity are roaring as she raises her right arm in the air as she heads to the neutral corner, 1...2....3... Shay shakes her head as she looks out the ring a moment, 4....5...6.. Getting to her knees, Shay nods to the referee, 7....8.. Getting to her feet, Shay raises her gloves, ready for more, maybe luckily for her the bell rings, stopping Caity having a chance to finish this, Eliza telling her "good job" as she tries to stop her feeling any frustration.

Round 4:
While Shay doesn't look in too bad a shape after the knockdown, the momentum is behind Caity, she drills in more punches as she steps in, forcing Shay to the outside part of the ring, Shay boxing more defensively as Caity looks to batter her into submission.

A double jab smacks Caity to the top of her head, Shay showing her skills to start controlling the tempo again, till Caity times her attack, deflecting a straight to hammer in her own on the chin of Shay, who grabs onto Caity when the Medallion fighter starts whacking away at the body.

Broken up again, Shay is starting to hold more, slow down the momentum of Caity, who looks annoyed as she forces her head into Shay's, referee warning both women as things are getting scruffy, the round comes to a close with both women staring intensely at their rival, walking past each other to return to their corners, Shay looking to the heavens a moment as Nia tells her to refocus herself, Caity meanwhile staring intently at her, wanting that first win over Shay badly.

Round 5:
Snapping out jabs as they box around the center, Caity is the one swinging in power punches, not being rewarded though as Shay is moving back out of range then quickly landing a counter through to the face of Caity, sweat starting to come off both women as they fight.

Caity manages to get inside to work the body of Shay, clearly hoping to take some of the spring out of her step, Shay showing some of her strength to nudge back Lotz with her right, landing a left hook on the ear of the smaller woman to send more sweat into the air and make Caity retreat back, Shay drills in a double jab/straight combo into the face of her opponent to force her back onto her heels.

Tables are starting to turn as Shay is now on the front foot, Caity trying to land a power shot to turn the tables, her timing is off as Shay lands crisp punches through her guard, a short right hook causes a mouse to form under the left eye of Lotz, the round soon comes to a close with Shay looking more relaxed, she needed that solid round for herself, Caity sits on her stool wincing as her corner crew work on the swelling.

Round 6:
Pushing off their stools coated in sweat, punches smack through gaps in both fighters guards, Shay leans out the way of an overhand right, landing a double jab into the forehead of Caity to snap her head back, a right hook lands around the swelling on Lotz face to add to her troubles.

Shay is definitely getting a handle on this fight, maybe some desperation showing on Caity as she seeks that big win over Shay, missing more now as Shay dictates the range, a right hook catches Caity around her chin, an uppercut follows to send Caity reeling as Shay is putting her punches together beautifully, ANOTHER RIGHT HOOK LANDS ON THE CHIN OF LOTZ! SENDING HER DOWN ONTO HER RIGHT SIDE!

The Shay fans can now roar for their girl, she raises her arms in the air as she stares down at Caity, referee nudging her to a neutral corner, 1...2...3... Caity turns to her front, blinking to clear her head, 4...5...6... Caity is trying to push herself back to her feet, 7...8... She stumbles back to her right knee, 9...10 only can look at the referee as she is counted out!

Winner Shay Mitchell KO Round 6

After:
Shay gets the comeback victory over a motivated Caity, she understandably looks relieved as she raises her arms in the air, then sportingly jogs over to Caity, helping her up as she puts her right arm around the waist of Caity, who puts her left over Shay's shoulders as she is helped back to her corner.

There's a nod between the rivals before Shay jogs back to her corner, the winner greeted by an embrace from Nia, who tells her "that's why you are one of the best around, your fighting spirit is amazing" Shay smiling warmly at her coach, thanking her for her teaching and support.

In the Medallion corner it is a look of shame on the face of Caity, she had a chance to finally slay the notice that Shay is her bogey opponent, instead here she is again feeling sorry for herself at the fists of Mitchell, not helped that Kaya Scodelario outside the ring is grinning like a Cheshire cat, enjoying seeing her rival not be able to beat the count.

Both fighters get patched up and head to the center of the ring, Caity applauds Shay as the winner gets her right hand raised, big beaming smile on Shay's face, the fighters embrace, Caity can be heard telling her "maybe I should give up trying to beat you" with Shay joking "what? Stop us having fun like this" winking to Caity as both show that the rivalry is now just in the ring, outside it they are cool with each other.

Caity steps out the ring with a little help from Eliza, she ignores Kaya even as the English actress mocks her "really Caity? That punch stopped you? Wait till you get the best me!" Caity clearly not in the mood to deal with Kaya, she'll save how she feels about her for their rematch in two weeks.

While under the spotlight Shay poses at the center of the ring with her left arm around her coach, right index finger raised to tell the world she is the number one, if Shay keeps building on wins, she could very well be back in the title scene.

Leaving the ring moments later, Shay thanks the fans as she blows kisses to the crowd, waving with a cheeky smile as she heads to the back, Shay just seems such a loveable person as she heads to the back, maybe finally putting an end to this rivalry once and for all.
