Intro:
Top of the best fresh faces in the top contenders rankings do battle now, former FCBA lightweight title challenger Tasya Teles and the undefeated Lily James fight, the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas hosts this fight.

The fighters both were asked for their opinions by the FCBA Networks Layla Anna-Lee, with Tasya the first to be asked for her opinion as she enters the stadium, carrying her bag over her right shoulder, black dress with red stripes down the side, red heels, the American actress waves at Layla with a warm smile.

Asked about her thoughts on tonight, Tasya replies "I mean look at this place, you dream of acting in big theaters, boxing in a venue like this is an honour, especially fighting someone like Lily, I have a lot of respect for her but I need to win, time isn't slowing down on me, if I am to become a champion I need to motor on now" smiling warmly, Layla wishes her luck as Tasya bids her a goodbye.

While Lily speaks to Layla in the backstage area, Lily nods with a smile as she wears a blue blouse, blue jeans and matching heels, Lily telling the interviewer "this is unreal! I am so excited to fight here, especially against someone like Tasya, each time I step into the ring I feel so much pressure, each fight is a level up, I mean Tasya fought for a world title here" looking super excited, not realising how close her reaction to Tasya's is.

"I need to keep growing as a fighter, if I win tonight and go nine unbeaten in the FCBA, then I will be going deeper into the rankings, I am nervous but I will win, for myself and my stable" adds James, she takes a breath before getting a hug from Layla, both English girls nodding to each other as Layla wishes Lily good luck.

Fighting time, first through the curtain comes Tasya with her coach Nadia Bjorlin to her left, she walks down the aisle with a focused look, heard saying "I have this" as she psyches herself up, entering the ring wearing a grey sports bra with black trim, matching trunks and shoes, black gloves, her hair is tied into a braid as she looks at her gloves before tapping her cheeks.

Out comes Lily with her coach Angelica Bridges, she waves to the fans with her right glove, then jogging down the aisle with a big smile, she is wearing a navy blue sports bra, matching trunks and boots, red gloves, hair tied into a ponytail as she gets inside the ring, she nods to Angelica as she gets into the zone by shadow boxing.

Referee waves the fighters to them at the middle of the ring, both nod to each other but after that intensely stare each other down, while they could be friends outside the ring, inside it right now they need to deal with their opponent like they would anyone else, instructions are read out and fists are bumped, both return to their corners to loud cheers from the crowd, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
Stepping out their corners nodding to each other to show respect, then they get down to business as they feel each others skills out, dancing on their toes as they circle, drilling in their shots at any gaps they see, neither pushing the boat out in the opening minute.

It's Lily who grabs the nettles by the thorns, stepping in with a straight into the abs of Tasya, then landing a left cross over the top to the cheek of the American, that forces Tasya to take a step back, Lily opening up more now, outworking Tasya in their exchanges as she herds her around the outside part of the ring.

Tasya manages to slam in a good straight to knock back Lily, but her follow up left hook misses as Lily leans out the way, countering with a right hook to the jaw of Teles, James works her back to the outside part of the round, the round comes to an end with a solid start for Lily, maybe the rustiness of Tasya is on show already, Nadia massaging her legs to loosen her up.

Round 2:
Trading more stiffer punches now, Tasya parries a jab to land in a short left cross to the jaw of the English lass, a straight following to knock back Lily to her heels, Tasya stays in close as she works on the inside, looking more free now as she works around the ring, slamming her punches into the torso of Lily.

Getting a nudge back by a left forearm, Tasya takes two left crosses to her cheek, allowing Lily to move away from the ropes, slamming in straight shots to the face of Tasya, but Tasya isn't going to be pushed back as easily now, landing a straight into the chest of Lily before another left cross lands flush.

Lily finding herself being mauled back onto the ropes, needing to clinch up as her coach yells at her to not let her opponent in so easily, they are broken up and start trading more flurries in their exchanges, cheeks getting marked up as they pepper each others faces, the bell rings to end a hard round for Lily, she sits down nodding as Angelica tells her not to worry about Tasya yet, focus on doing what she does best.

Round 3:
Moving around the center, Lily now dips under a left to hammer in three short rights to the body, getting pushed back by a left from Tasya, Tasya landing a double jab into the face of James, both trying to enforce their will on their opponent in a hard fought opening minute.

Lily cracks Tasya across her chin with her left hook, a straight pushes back the Bonzo fighter to the ropes, Lily starting to bang away on the inside as she looks not give Tasya a rough spell, Tasya pushing back Lily with a short right cross following, wanting to fight her way back to the center.

A missed right hook by Teles leaves her open to a straight into her face, Lily lands a follow up one-two combo, looking to have found another gear as Tasya is forced to cover up, when the bell rings Lily shakes her right fist in the air as she steps back to her corner, Angelica smiles at her as she sits on her stool.

Round 4:
Moving her upper body more, Tasya is trying to adapt to the more aggressive nature of her opponent, drilling in several crisp punches through the mitts of Lily to her jaw, Lily lands a crisp left/right cross combo after using a feint to create an opening.

The second minute sees Lily pushing Tasya to the outside part of the ring, she swings in a left hook that finds air, an uppercut lands on her chin to snap her head back, A LEFT HOOK ON THE JAW FORCES LILY TO A KNEE AS SHE STUMBLES TO HER LEFT!

Jogging to the neutral corner, Tasya has a stone cold expression as Nadia is smiling in her corner, 1....2....3....4... Lily shakes her head to clear it, 5...6.. Looking at the referee, 7...8.. Lily pushes herself to her feet, Lily taps her gloves together before raising them, not looking too badly hurt.

Under a minute to go as Tasya hunts Lily around the ring, the English fighter is landing crisp punches around the cheeks of Tasya, who lands several punches around the chest of Lily to try to open her up to big hooks that just fall short, the bell rings to end a very strong round for Tasya, Lily is checked over by her coach, who doesn't look so worried as they chat.

Round 5:
Coming back out her corner dancing more side to side, Lily is looking to not let Tasya step through her, it leads to early success as she sidesteps a jab to crack in a right hook to the jaw of Tasya, a left hook then slams around the temple of Teles to rock her, A MISSED RIGHT HOOK BY TASYA LEADS TO AN UPPERCUT ON THE CHIN OF THE AMERICAN, SENDING HER DOWN TO ALL FOURS!

Lily jogs to the neutral corner nodding to her corner crew, crowd roaring as they getting plenty of drama here, 1...2...3... Tasya shakes her head to try to clear it, 4...5...6... Grabbing for the middle ropes, 7...8... But she slips and falls to her front, buzzed clearly as 9...10 that's it for Tasya! She is counted out!

Winner Lily James KO Round 5

After:
Another impressive win for Lily, who jogs over to Tasya to check on her, showing her class as she helps up her beaten opponent, the crowd applauding as they watch Tasya get back to her corner, Nadia thanking Lily with a smile and a nod for doing that.

Jogging back to her own corner, Lily waves to the fans as she thanks them for their support, Angelica grins and nods, telling Lily "you might be one of a kind, I'd have left her laying there" both laughing after, with Lily replying "Tasya is cool, I won't be doing that for everyone but for her I am happy she seems OK" with Angelica patting her on her shoulder as Lily sits down.

Tasya gets wiped down, blinking at first to clear her vision, she looks OK but disappointed after a few moments, saying sorry to Nadia for not being able to finish the job, they give her a hug to console her as they say "don't do that to yourself, once the ring rust is gone you'll be back fighting for titles again" making Tasya nod in reply.

Both fighters step to the center of the ring for the final result to be announced, Tasya claps as Lily gets her right arm raised in the air, both fist bump with a warm smile to each other, with Tasya stepping out the ring so Lily can have the spotlight to herself, with Tasya looking more relaxed then she did before.

In the ring Lily poses for her fans with her hands on her hips, smiling as she looks at the camera, she is looking like a real contender in the making, enjoying the love from her fans as Angelica applauds her, they step out the ring heading to the back, who will be next to try to take down Lily on her way to the top?
