Before: Ever since fans noticed cool glances being exchanged between Demi Rose Mawby and Kelly Hall during a ring girl gig both shared in March 2023, the Reddits for both fighters exploded with speculation as to what would happen if they met in the ring. Things went up a level when an OnlyFans fan leaked a private conversation with Kelly, “I know guys will have their personal favourite, but in the ring, I could take her [Demi] -easy.”

It was then only a matter of days before media pressure forced both girls’ management round  the table to hammer out a deal for a bantamweight bout. The only sticking point to negotiations was whether the bout would take place on the beach, Mawby’s favoured setting, or whether the commercial potential of the fight would force a big stadium setting.

Demi Rose does the first ringwalk, and has chosen a black bikini with tie side thong and black mitts. Kelly then enters wearing a white bikini and is also sporting matching gloves. Both girls have their tresses down. Both fighters get warm receptions from fans in the Cardiff stadium. The start of the fight is momentarily delayed whilst each girls’ corner inspects the other’s bikini halter. The insurers of both women’s breasts have insisted these are padded to reduce the chance of injury to the assets.

Round 1
Hall comes out fast, shooting a jab and throwing a right, but Demi Rose ties her up. The referee is being involved early here as the girls wrestle on their feet. Demi Rose shoots a jab to the body, before tying Kelly up again. To be honest, both girls look nervous. A world title is not on the line tonight, but reputations and bragging rights very much are. The referee is again involved to cut out some grappling. Kelly flicks out a triple jab. Demi Rose replies with one to the body. Everything is a little short here. An overhand right from Mawby misses. Kelly is grappling now, prompting a talking to from the referee. Both girls seem to want to titfight here. Demi Rose shoots a right to the chest. There's some whip on that thing- don't let anyone lie to you that there isn't. Kelly with more jabs. Not a lot are landing but she is keeping her opponent on the move. Demi Rose shoots a right to the body, but Kelly gets away. A jab to the body from Demi Rose is returned in kind from Hall before she charges forward with a good flurry just before the bell! Kelly might have stolen the round there.
Hall 10-9

Round 2
Kelly gets lazy with her jab, and is caught by Demi Rose's Sunday punch. Mawby is trying to box a bit more, her nerves settling, before Kelly gets back to her own jab. Neither girl now wants to fight inside, let's be real about that. Demi Rose with a counter hook. Overhand right from Mawby, now more holding and Demi Rose draws on her experience to use her head in close. Both girls fire right hands, but not much is landing clean.

Round 3
Mawby gets right in Hall's chest and tries to apply more pressure and punches. Hall doubles up left hooks to the body. A left hook from Mawby cleanly lands to the head. An uppercut lands for Hall. Right hook lands down to the body for Mawby. Hall lands her own body shot. Stiff jab lands clean for Mawby. Double left lands for Mawby, then a body shot. Hall holding and hitting a bit at close range. HALL GOES DOWN FROM A COMBINATION. She gets up quickly and Mawby tries to dial up a left hook but the bell rings.

Round 4
A right hand from Kelly starts the fourth stanza. Kelly is moving more, flicking that jab out again. Mawby on a straight line tries to cut her off. Demi Rose to the body with the jab, a favourite tactic of hers. Demi Rose backs Kelly down a bit, but then Hall lands a shot, and Demi Rose lands one back. A jab from Hall. Another, and then one from Mawby. Right hand from Hall. Very tactical. Kinda sloppy tactical, but tactical, not WILD wild. Kelly landing little shots and makes Demi Rose miss one. Kelly controlling this as it settles down a bit. But Demi Rose's overhand right is still there. Not landing though. Hall lands a right after another one from Mawby misses.
Hall 10-9, 38-37

Round 5
A lead left hook comes from Mawby, and Hall wants to respond in kind. Mawby turns southpaw and tries a combination but doesn't have much success. Left hook from Hall makes partial contact upstairs. A left hand from Hall partially lands. An uppercut lands well for Hall but now MAWBY LANDS A BIG SHOT THAT HURTS HALL AND DROPS HER AFTER A FOLLOW UP ASSAULT! Hall gets up and wants to continue. She looks like she's still compromised. Mawby wants to jump on her but is missing her big shots.
Mawby 10-8, 48-45

Round 6
Mawby with a left hook early. More holding. Uppercut from Hall and she's bouncing around again. Now she's back to keeping range and comes in with a left hook which doesn't land clean. Demi Rose trying to jab in now. Kelly holds again. Mawby now being deducted a point. For the record, this referee is routinely awful. Stiff jab from Mawby catches Hall walking in wide open. Body shot and a right to the head from Kelly, but Demi Rose clips her with one up top.
Hall 10-9, -1 to Mawby, 56-55

Round 7
Hall coming out strong and throwing punches this round. She wants to take the momentum back. Kelly landing some right hands now, getting more aggressive. Demi Rose holding again. Demi Rose with a little combo in the final minute, then loads up the right but it's telegraphed and Kelly clinches and gets back, goes back to the jab. Demi Rose looks exhausted, honestly, and Hall looks very comfortable. Demi Rose hit on the back of the head late in the round, but it wasn't on purpose, Demi Rose turned herself that way.
Hall 10-9, 65-65

Round 8
Mawby starts off in closer proximity than the last few rounds, and she's working it to her advantage as A BIG HOOK KNOCKS HALL DOWN!! Hall up and smiling, but she doesn't look very fresh. Mawby presses, but Hall ties her up and tackles her into the ropes. Hall got just enough rest and recovery to throw big punches back, and we're trading in the middle of the ring! Crowd warming up, but Mawby is throwing right back. Mawby looks fresher and better than she has in several rounds, cornering Hall and unloading hooks to the body. Hall is hurt from one, and SHE'S DOWN AGAIN! He took a knee voluntarily because of the body punch... AND THE COUNT GETS ALL THE WAY TO 9! Hall is back on her feet but looks unsteady and the bell saves her as Mawby closes in for the kill.
Mawby 10-8, 77-75

Round 9
Mawby fully happy to let this get rough if Hall will let it, but Hall is trying to not take it there. Hall’s jab has been pretty sharp, and even when not landing super clean, it tends to control portions of the fight. Both girls have shown some good head movement, there are frankly a lot of missed punches. Right to the body from Mawby after a left misses up top. Right up top from Mawby, not a lot on it but it landed. Hall back to the cocky jabbing, shooting that left hand from the hip. And it's working to reset it back where she wants the fight. Letting the right go behind it, some good work there from Hall. Uppercuts from Hall getting through the guard! She's grooving right now in the final minute. More good shots from Hall.
Hall 10-9, 86-85

Round 10
Mawby stalking a little bit to start the round and MAWBY LANDS A BIG RIGHT THAT DROPS HALL! Hall gets up and wants more. Hall leaps in with a left hook that misses. Mawby comes after her and lands several hard shots that has Hall in dangerous territory. Another hard shot from Mawby scores but Hall absorbs it. Referee taking a close look as he may jump in to stop it. Hall is not on steady legs and Mawby forces the stoppage with Hall on the ropes.

Demi Rose Mawby beats Kelly Hall with a tenth round stoppage.

After: Demi Rose Mawby: “What a wild match. It ain’t over till its over, right? I guess I just wanted it more than Kelly. People will say lots of things, but history will also say I won and we move on. I try and provide for the fans. I know who they want and it's me. I don't know what's next for Kelly - I've heard a rematch with India Reynolds. But, for me, it's whatever and whoever I want. After this match, the sky is the limit!"
