Intro:
This fight has been brewing for a year since their first bout, Kaya Scodelario to say the least wasn't happy when Caity Lotz knocked her out in six rounds, since then there has been plenty of verbals, with things getting more heated in the past month when Kaya beat Caity's stablemate Emily Bett Rickards with Caity in Emily's corner, then Kaya was ringside at Caity's last fight two weeks ago, clearly both need to settle this score or at least add another chapter to a growing rivalry.

Before the bout both women were asked for an opinion by the FCBA Networks Layla Anna-Lee, she spoke to them at their stables gyms, first catching up with Kaya, with the English fighter talking to her in her bosses office away from the hustle and bustle of the training, Kaya sitting wearing a red sports bra, black joggers and sandals as she sits down with her stables assistant manager Melanie Sykes sitting at the desk, Layla forced to stand near the door.

The first question concerns the ill feeling Kaya has to Caity, with Kaya telling Layla "why do I hate Caity? Because she damn well shouldn't have beat me, look at our careers in the ring, I am a former bantamweight champion, I've fought in two organizations and I have damn well earned a reputation for being one of the best in this division, Caity has never been on my level, yet the record books will tell you she is better then me because of a fluke" Kaya getting heated as she folds her arms, staring hard at Layla.

Who then asks why it has taken as long for fight two to take place between them, Kaya replies "because I needed to sort a few things out, I have Taryn (Terrell) back as my coach, she understands how good I can be, Caity is f**ked now, she won't make it to the sixth" Mel gives Kaya a hard look, still looks like there's some drama over the coaching situation involving Kaya that plagued 2021, with Kaya falling out with her coach Hilary Swank over the year.

Melanie asks Layla if that's all, which Layla nods as she sees that hard look for herself, as Layla leaves the room it looks like Melanie isn't happy with Kaya indirectly calling out Hilary's training in public, raised voices can be heard before Layla, who not risking being blackballed by the stable waves her camera crew to move away from the door, even though she wants the scoop on the issues here.

Meanwhile at the Medallion Boxing stable gym, Layla gets to film a sparring session between Caity (wearing a red sports bra, gloves and short trunks, barefoot) and her stablemate Emily (blue sports bra, white trunks with blue stars on, blue gloves and barefoot), both working hard, pushing each other to the ropes, slamming away at each others toned bodies, when coach Eliza Duskhu calls time suddenly the intense looks on each fighters faces turn to big smiles as they have a sweaty hug.

Caity is given a few minutes to talk to Layla, whose waved into the ring, having to take off her heels as she steps through the ropes for the interview, Caity joking "want to go a round?" With Layla holding up her hands and waving them as she replies "no thank you" both laughing as Caity takes her right glove off and they shake hands.

Once the other glove is off Caity tells Layla "look I don't understand why Kaya dislikes and disrespects me so much, I honestly didn't care one bit about it till she beat Emily and made it personal for us, while I won't make excuses why I lost to Shay (Mitchell) at the last FNL event, fact that Kaya was there at ringside to try to upset me makes me pissed off, hell I'd offer her to come to this gym right now, no gloves or rules and we can sort it out but she wants the crowd to watch us; then so be it, she'll regret it when she is knocked out by me again" Caity making her feelings perfectly clear, Layla nodding as she understands that feeling of having Kaya not pleased at her for no reason, Caity tells Layla she better shower, Layla wishing her a heartfelt good luck.

Fight night, first through the curtain comes Kaya with Taryn and cut woman Eva Carneiro, she heads down the aisle wearing a black sports bra, black trunks with white stripes down the sides, black shoes, white gloves, hair tied into a ponytail, she steps into the ring with an ice cold look on her face.

Caity now comes out with Emily and their coach Eliza follow her, both wanting to see Caity beat Kaya, she jogs down the aisle with a focused stare aimed at the ring, she steps into the ring wearing a white sports bra, matching trunks, gloves and shoes, she climbs into the ring eyes locked on Kaya, bouncing on her toes as the fighters glare.

Brought together by the referee, squaring up nose to nose as the ref needs to nudge them apart, Caity telling Kaya "remember you desperately wanted this" Kaya replies "bytch" as these two simply don't like each other one bit, no glove touch as clearly no respect either, jogging back to their corners, ready when the bell rings to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Stepping out their corners with mean glares being exchanged, Caity is looking to pressure on the inside, Kaya swinging in short hooks when she tries, a cagey start as both know the others strengths, Kaya stabs a one-two combo through the mitts of Caity to finish the opening minute as she moves back when Caity swings in a right hook that finds air.

Kaya looks to have settled more as she is landing the sharper punches, moving more side to side, Caity is landing more to the body of the pair but is leaving herself open to strikes across her face when she does, needing to get to the inside if she wants to have more success.

The fighters trading more on the final minute, Caity muscles her way inside after landing a straight into the chest of her opponent, slowing down Kaya long enough to move in to work the body of the former champion, it was the body work that set her up for victory first time late, the bell rings soon enough with Caity nodding to Eliza, knowing she got off the blocks too slow there, Kaya looking at her from her stool with a contemptuous look.

Round 2:
Back out they come with Caity looking to be more forceful, both trading at midrange as they bang in straight punches to each others faces, Kaya stepping back when Caity moves in, landing a double jab to her nose as a warning, still Caity is looking to be the more aggressive.

Slipping a straight, Caity gets inside to land two short hooks to the body, forcing Kaya to retreat back as she swings a right over the top, learning not to leave herself open at the top as both crack each other with a right hook, Caity now holding the center of the ring, starting to get control of the action.

Kaya not where she wants to be, herded near the ropes where she can use her quickness over Caity, instead she is getting to feel the power of the blonde, hooks starting to come around the guard of the Brit to belt her to the face, as the bell rings it's a solid round for Caity, Kaya banging her gloves together as that certainly isn't what she wanted to happen, Taryn telling her to take a breath to keep cool.

Round 3:
Both are opening up more, trying to force their will on the fight, it's a hard fought start for them as they sting each others cheeks with straight punches, a deflected straight opens up Kaya for a counter as a straight knocks back her head, Caity bullying her back towards the ropes, working the body of Scodelario till she is pulled into a front headlock by the former champion.

Broken up by the referee, they go back quickly at each other, Kaya losing her temper and then being knocked back as a jab is followed by a right cross to the face of Kaya, who finds herself being worked back to a neutral corner, Kaya needing to hold again as she looks pissed off as the referee has to break them up again.

Final forty seconds sees Kaya starting to use her jab more as she moves around the ring, Caity stalking after her, both land stiff punches to the others chest, almost in spite it seems as they grit their gumshields to not let their opponent know how much it is hurting them, when the bell rings they bump shoulders as they return to their corners, clear hate between them as they sit on their stools with eyes full of fury for their opponent.

Round 4:
Striking more off her back foot as she let's Caity come at her, Kaya is having a little more success as she slams punches square into the face of her rival, feinting at times to help her create the openings she needs to land, though Caity is able to close the distance after landing a left cross, then shoving Kaya to the ropes at the end of the opening minute.

Again mauling on the inside till she is clinched, Caity looks at home on the inside, roughing up opponents, as they resume after being split up, she is having a harder time closing the gap, a cut opens up on her bottom lip from a left cross after a straight landed flush there, Kaya looking more controlled as she is seeing her successes growing.

But Caity isn't going to back off so easily, landing a one-two near the left eye of Kaya, Caity is able to force her back into a corner, swinging more up top this time as she sees Scodelario instinctively lower her guard to protest her body, sending some sweat off the brow of the Girls Friday fighter, who again holds onto her, a little dirty boxing coming as they slam away to backs of heads, referee warns them again before the bell rings to end a tightly contested round, both getting wiped down as the crowd roars for both of them.

Round 5:
Kaya seems to have found a style she likes against the terrier style of Caity, bashing her from the back foot, causing more blood to flow from the cut on Lotz's lip, not that Caity isn't have any success herself, stalking after Kaya where she is throwing in a good mix of punches to keep her on her toes.

Giving Kaya a shove into a neutral corner, the referee isn't too happy about it as she gets a warning but Caity has Kaya where she wants her, covering up as she swings away at the body of Scodelario, who swings back with hooks of her own to the head of Caity, when she misses with a right hook, Caity punishes her with a counter straight to her face, making Kaya hold onto her as some blood trickles from the nostrils of the Brit.

Less then a minute to go with Caity wanting to keep the heat on her rival, she misses though with a left cross, taking a counter right across her jaw in reply, Kaya steps in two dig two short lefts to the body, then a right cross back up top around the ear of the blonde, forcing Lotz to retreat back, Scodelario holds the center in the dying moments as they trade stiff single punches up till the bell rings, an intense stare between them has the crowd chanting for their favourite as the atmosphere is electric, referee needing to order them twice back to their corners before they finally return to them.

Round 6:
Pushing out their corners Caity is looking a little annoyed as Kaya is jabbing her square into the cut lip, moving back out of range as Caity swings in hooks, Emily is yelling at her friend to keep her cool as she can see Caity's eyes fill with fury, Kaya not helping matters when she lands a flush one-two combo into her face.

A missed right cross by Caity leaves her open to a counter left onto her chin, an uppercut follows to knock her back a step, like a viper Kaya suddenly is on a quick fire offence, just striking away through the guard of her rival as she sees weakness in her, Caity stumbles back to the ropes as now blood runs from her nostrils, A LEFT HOOK LANDS ON CAITY'S EAR, DOWN SHE GOES CRUMBLING TO HER LEFT SIDE!

"F**king come on!" Yells Kaya before she jogs over to the neutral corner, 1...2...3... Caity rolls to her back, arm under the ropes as a few people at ringside stand near in case she rolls out the ring, 4.....5....6... But Caity is groaning as her mouthpiece hangs out her mouth, 7...8...9...10 she doesn't beat the count!

Winner Kaya Scodelario KO Round 6

After:
Whether Kaya likes it or not, Caity seems a great foil to her in the ring, tonight though she gets her revenge by knocking out Lotz in the same round she suffered defeat, Kaya heads over to the beaten fighter, telling her "I told you I would beat your arse! You will never be in my league!" Emily rushes into the ring, pushing Kaya away as she protects her stablemate from any more punishment.

Taryn has to rush into the ring as Kaya squares up to Emily, both of them don't seem to need a excuse to have a rematch of their own battle from last month, Taryn herding back Kaya to their corner as it looks like the Brit wants to wage a one woman war against the Medallion bantamweight boxing core.

All as that is going on Caity is safely moved further into the ring after the ringside doctor checks her, Eliza and Emily help her onto her stool so they can patch her up, Caity wincing when being sponged down, certainly feeling this loss, maybe still taking this fight after a bruising encounter with Shay Mitchell just a few weeks ago wasn't the smartest thing to do.

Emily tells Caity "god I hate that arrogant bytch, I'll f**k her up next time she tries anything like that" Caity smiling, seeing her normally mild mannered friend go red cheeked, fists clenched full of fury as Caity pulls herself gingerly to her feet so she can give her a hug.

In the Girls Friday corner Kaya is washed down and patched up herself, she sees the embrace over the other side of the ring, telling Taryn "look at those sorry excuses, they'll never be a champion as long as I am around" Taryn smirks, then replies "well I hope you are as motivated hunting titles still, the division is moving on without you if you are focused on petty feuds" that makes Kaya look up at her shocked that she'd say that, if she was thinking of biting back she changes her mind and nods in response, knowing Taryn is right.

As Caity is helped out the ring, she tells Emily "I am glad you want to hurt her, but she is mine for now OK?" While Emily looks like she wants to argue, she simply replies "OK" as Eliza smiles, happy they have each others backs, though she probably hopes they look to a future of gold then she score, she knows from her own career that rivalry's take up a fighters mind and time.

In the ring Kaya gets her left hand raised in victory, she doesn't celebrate much more looking happy she made her point in the ring, instead she leaves it with Taryn and Eva, promising both that she has taken the mark off her record and now it's onward and upward.
