BEFORE
Angelina is at the mic. Charlize, as usual, in no where to be seen. Angelina “You expect me to say something bad about Charlize. Well you are going to be disappointed. We are not friends. I really don’t know her. We have only met a couple times at awards ceremonies and exchanged a few words. She has always been friendly and gracious (That’s actually Theron’s version of the relationship) We are supposed to be rivals, but we actually aren’t. Twenty years ago, I was the number one female action star with the Tomb Raider films, She was still eye candy on someone’s arm. Now she is the number one female action star. I know she has trained for over six months learning martial arts. She does her own stunts. She is a brilliant actress. I hate to say it, but she may be the best actress going now. About a rivalry, about the only one is, she played an evil queen in the Huntsman movies and I played an evil queen in the Maleficent movies I will let you decide which of us was the more evil. I was doing OK fighting in the FCBA but then I got into doing charity work across the world and I fought occasionally. but was never is fighting shape and I have a little losing streak, but I am ready now. I fought Charlize way back in 2000. It was my second fight. She had already held titles and everybody knew she had the stuff to be great. I didn’t last two rounds, Well I always wanted to fight her again and she recently agreed. I have trained hard and spared with girls who have fought her including her arch enemy Cat Bell. I think I am ready. We will just have to find out.

THE FIGHT
Angelina is in the ring. She is wearing a black bikini with black gloves and boots. Her hair is shoulder length. Charlize always likes to enter the ring last. She comes down the aisle surrounded by the Nascar corner team. She’s wearing a plain back robe with the hood pulled over. There is no music. Theron has put her foot down. She is not doing it. As she enters the ring, she sees her arch enemy Cat Bell sitting ringside behind Jolie’s corner. She disrobes revealing the usual red bikini, boots and gloves. Her hair is in a pony tail. The referee gives them the usual instruction. Instead of touching gloves, they hug each other showing the respect they have for one another.

Round 1. At the bell they both move to the center of the ring. Jolie expects Theron to start the fight with her usual right jabs. Instead Charlize catches Jolie with a left hook to the jaw knocking Angelina back a couple steps. Theron follows up with a right cross. As she starts a follow up left and Jolie overhand right lands in her face. Jolie follows up with a left and then another right to the head as she drives Theron toward the ropes. Charlize stops Angelina with a right to the chin and the two are now toe to toe. They are swapping crosses to the head. Neither backing down. Finally Theron goes to the body with a pair of hooks to the stomach that stop Jolie’s attack. A Theron right sends Angelina back to the ropes. As Charlize closes. an overhand right to her face staggers her as the bell rings. The two have signaled the fans are in for a slugging brawl. In Theron’s corner, Upton tells the great blonde that she won the round, but she should have ended it in two minutes. Jolie isn’t going away. She needs to put her away early. Angelina’s corner tells her she needs to take Theron’s legs away

Round 2. Charlize is out of her corner swiftly wanting to slug and put Jolie away early. She cuts loose with a left cross that barely sails over Angelina’s head. Jolie quickly seizes the moment and land a left and right hook to Theron’s bra that stuns the Goddess for a moment. That’s all Jolie needs. A big left hook to the chin sends Theron stumbling back to the ropes. Jolie stays with her and another left hook to the chin has Theron hurt, but her guard, is now up protecting her head. Jolie is in close as she starts pounding away the the blondes body. Punches ravage Theron’s midsection. Hooks sink into her stomach with occasional uppercuts to her bra. Finally, an uppercut to the jaw has the blonde. glassy eyed, Jolie pours on the punishment. She’s in close. Her head is on Theron’s shoulder working on her midsection with one hook after another. Finally Theron manages to get her hands on the shoulders and push Jolie away as a left uppercut punches the blonde’s head back.The bell rings saving Theron from further punishment. In Theron’s corner Upton is raging. “That was a great round Good strategy. Let her punch herself out while trying to stay conscious. You barely made it. You do that next round and we will peeling your scraggly body off the canvas.” Jolie’s corner is upbeat,

Round 3. Jolie is out of her corner looking to pour more punishment on her bigger opponent. Charlize is moving parallel to the ropes. The blonde’s legs maybe a little slower now, but they are still working. Charlize wastes a minute moving in and out, one way then another as Jolie us frustrated trying to close. Suddenly, it’s Theron who gets in punching range. Theron surprises Jolie with an overhand right, then a left cross and a right. Jolie fights back with a left hook to the chin and the two are toe to toe again. Theron is getting the best of it and she drives Angelina back to the ropes. Theron is not going to the body, She looking for a knockout. She rattles Angeline with a big left hook. but a Jolie catches Charlize left to the solar plexus as the round ends. Upton is telling Theron “that she was better. but you know the way you are fighting reminds me of Pausini No I take that back. She fights better than you are tonight” The comment brings a stare from the great blonde

Round 4. Both fighters are slow coming out of their corners. Charlize heads straight toward Jolie signaling she is going to carry the fight to her opponent. Charlize lands an overhand right to Jolie face. Then a left and right to her head drives Jolie back to the ropes. Charlize starts punching away. Lefts and rights land on Jolie head. Jolie’s guard is up protecting her chin so Charlize goes to the body. She lands punch after punch in Jolie’s midsection Jolie manages a left jab to Charlize’s jaw that stops the pummeling only to have Charlize start again. The referee is watching, but Jolie manages to land often enough to keep him away as Charlize, who now is in a punishment attitude, lands punches but doesn’t go for the big one. The bell gives Jolie some relief. “In Theron’s corner Upton is not shy about showing her disgust, “You had her hurt. You had her on the ropes, You could have ended it, but what did you do? You played patty cake.

The way you are fighting you couldn’t beat Prejean. Remember her or has your memory been beaten out of you, Now are you going to fight or sit it out?”

Round 5. Charlize is ready to end the fight. She moves out quickly. The two meet and the Goddess preps for the famous deadly right. They meet and both launch uppercuts. Charlize’s misses by inches, but Jolie’s land squarely on

the blondes chin. Theron’s legs buckle and she staggers back. Jolie follows. Left cross, right cross, left upper, right cross, left to the body, Jolie is shredding Theron’s defenses Jolie is punching away at will as Charlize leans back into the ropes just taking and taking as Jolie’s gloves slam into her face or dig into her tummy, The referee is now watching the blonde, but Charlize manages to land a punch or two which do nothing to slow the beating down. Charlize is just laying against the ropes. Hands dangling by her side. Charlize appears a helpless blonde mess as the round ends. Theron wanders back to a corner, not sure which corner is hers. Upton yells “where is the ammonia? She’s out of it” Neve turns to Kate. “I run this corner, we know what to do. You need to shut your f—king mouth. Charlize is getting the s—t beaten out of her and all you do is criticize her. You keep telling her how bad she is. You’re making her feel like a loser. She’s lost perspective. She needs help and advice not criticism so either you do your job and help her with some good advice or get the hell out of my corner and don’t come back” Kate is speechless after the rebuke.

Round 6. Theron is on her feet looking fresh, like the last round didn’t happen. She’s out of her corner and going on the attack. Jolie isn’t playing that game. She is in a crouch as she lets Theron get close. As Theron gets ready to unleash Jolie comes out of the crouch with a right uppercut that sends the blonde crashing back into the ropes. After a couple uppercuts, Jolie goes to Theron’s chest. Lefts and rights with plenty of forearm crash into the blonde’s chest. She has the blonde on the ropes She keeps it up as she sees tears streaming from Theron’s eyes which now appear glazed. The savage beating has Theron ready to go. She’s sagging in the ropes, Jolie steps in and guts the blonde with a savage punch to the solar plexus. THE GODDESS IS DOWN Charlize’s mouthpiece dribbles out of her mouth as she drops face down on the canvas and rolls over on her left side holding her tummy. The referee starts the count. Charlize reaches out for the ropes with her right hand and starts to pull herself up. At five, she has one knee off the canvas. At eight both knees are off. At nine, she is up, leaning back in the ropes. The referee looks at her eyes, asks her a question and then gets her mouthpiece, washes it off and puts it back into her mouth. Theron is just leaning back into the ropes waiting on her fate when the bell rings. Neve has an ammonia capsule broken and waving it under under Charlize’s nose. Robbie has a cold towel over Theron’s head and is massaging her back while Scerbo is busy working on Charlize’s legs. Kate taking Neve’s rebuke, tells Charlize. “They think they have you ready to go. They expect you to run this round. So you go on the offensive. Surprise her with a couple crosses to the head and she will be ready for that big right.. Jolie’s corner thinks it all useless as they watch Theron’s Nascar corner work. They have Charlize up at the bell for the seventh round,

Round 7. Jolie thinks she has Charlize ready to go. Charlize is about two or three punches away from a knockout. The crowd is now urging Jolie to finish her bigger blonde opponent. They want to see the Golden Goddess humiliated. Jolie comes up with a round house right cross, but she was too far out and the punch sails in front of Theron’s face. Jolie is off balance as a Theron right lands an overhand right in her face. A left hook picks up her jaw and a right cross send her into the ropes, The roles have been reversed. It’s now Theron who is on the rampage punching away at the smaller brunette. Theron looks into Jolie eyes and yells “how do you like this” and she slams a left-right to Angelina’s chest. She see’s Angelina’s eyes light up with pain. Theron is in overdrive and she pastes Angelina with one punch after another. Jolie is rolling one way then another as Theron crosses land. The referee is now watching Jolie as her legs threaten to give way. He starts in, but the bell saves Jolie. Upton looks Charlize in the face and asks “Why did you wait until round seven when you could have done that in round two, You wasted the whole corner’s time. You need some serious training. I guess it’s up to me to pound some sense into you.” Neve heard the comment.” I told you to either help her or hit the road. Your are about to be gone”

Round 8. Two tired and beaten up fighters meet in the center of the ring. It’s now apparent that the roles are reversed. It’s Jolie, who is punches away from a knockout. Neither can last much longer. Theron knows she has a chance to end it and can’t let it slip away. It’s probably now or never. Theron lands three straight left jabs to Jolie’s face and the right hand drops down and comes up as her body twists. It lands with Theron’s 125 pounds behind it. Jolie straightens up and then collapses on her back. ITS OVER. Charlize knows it’s over and she turns and walks to her corner Upton greats her with a big hug “I knew you were going to do it” After the count is over Charlize walks over near Jolie’s corner where she is being looked after. She’s looking for Bell. She has a few words for her, but Bell is no longer there. Her seat is empty.

IN THERON’S DRESSING ROOM

Neve approaches Kate “We need to settle this now. If you want to be the Charlie’s corner you have a job to do and it’s not to make her feel like a loser. She’s supposed to be your good friend, but all you do is run her down. She’s the greatest of all time, but she is getting old for a fighter and sometimes she needs advice. We take care of the body. Your job is to take care of the mind. We really don’t need you, but she wants you in her corner. I have no idea why”. You don’t know this but what goes on in the corner between rounds is recorded so we can review what we did and try to get better. I play your comments for her and she will not be happy. I know she doesn’t remember them in the condition she was. Now either you decide to help or you’re gone, It’s up to you”

Kate: I’m sorry and you’re right. It just that she is a very good friend and I know from experience how good she still really is and when I see her bumbling around like someone getting beaten in their first fight it makes me angry. I shouldn’t have said the things I said tonight and I apologize to you and I will to Charlize. I will do what I supposed to do, suggesting things she could or should do. I really want to stay. Are we good”

Neve “That’s what I wanted to hear. Yes you can say we are good, but you know the corner is a very small place. I hear what is going on. Don’t evert forget that”

AFTER.
Both fighters are there. They both are barely recognizable. Jolie speaks first. “I really wanted this fight. The first time we fought I lasted less than two. I came this fight a big underdog. Few gave me a chance. I came close to knocking her out. Now I don’t want you to think that I made Charlize look bad. I would rather you think that I looked good. I had Charlize beaten in the fifth and sixth but the old saying that as long as Charlize is on her feet, she is dangerous and tonight was proof that saying is still true. We will probably never fight again. It’s our age and our schedule. Charlize has four films in line to be done. I’m just as busy. Charlize, I think we gave the crowd a good fight”

Charlize: ”Well I can’t speak for the crowd, but I got more than I wanted by a long shot. I was lucky to survive the fifth and sixth, but my great corner was responsible for keeping me in the fight and (looking at Kate Upton (with a big smile on Theron’s face) even though I had to listen to Kate mouth off I don’t remember what she said, but but I could hear that voice. If we ever fight again I am going to have Kate in your corner, but I agree we will probably not meet again at least in the ring. My regards to you and your family”
