BEFORE: Mollie King is ready to follow up on ex-bandmate Vanessa White's punchout of former champion Ewelina Lisowska in order to reboot her own championship campaign which has slightly stalled since she fell to Holly Hagan eleven months ago. Beating fan favorite Ola Jordan was a mere stop-gap appearance but the Surrey blonde claims she's the best flyweight yet to hold that divisional belt and she needs another signature win to throw her hat in the ring again!

Mollie King wears a purple bikini set & silver gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a braid. Ewelina Lisowska wears a crimson red bikini set & black gloves. Long raven-black hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Ewelina moves in to set the early tone and she does it through some quick jabs into the blonde's face, Mollie covers up well but struggles to land the counter shots and gets pounded around the center of the ring with the brunette juiced to inflict as much damage as she can. She bumps Mollie onto the ropes and keeps working the aerial assault to dominate the action outright while the fellow singer has to fend off the barrage with a stubborn high-guard. However Ewelina still lands her shots and drills through the blonde's mitts to make her gurgle in visible discomfort come the final minute. Nowhere to hide for King here and she takes a wide loss on the cards but escapes physical damage as she stares down the former champion after the bell.

Round 2:
More of the same in the second, Ewelina comes in hot and runs the slugging route to cash in with her punches but Mollie finds a better recovery over time. Both singers blast each other from the hole going all-in on the offensive front until Lisowska lands the better combo on the chin to slump the Surrey singer on soft knees. Ugh! Mollie eats more power shots here and struggles to escape the brunette's wrath which leads into her being pounded back to the ropes again. Ewelina barks in her efforts and urges King to show some... the taunting still doesn't result in a productive response from the embattled blonde who soaks up more punishment when Lisowska cleans up her midsection in the closing stages of the round.

Round 3:
Mollie finds her slugging rhythm and finally drops a proper bomb into her opponent's face but the action remains back & forth thereafter as she's unable to really hurt the former champion from Poland. Ewelina soaks up the initial heat, taunts the blonde some more and fires a right hook on the jaw that staggers King onto the ropes. Ugh! The blonde is too slow to raise her arms after that thump and takes a brutal shots across the nose which cuts her up on the spot and slumps her behind a desperate earmuff in short order. Ewelina cranks up the jabbing volume and takes it from there thumping more leather on target to leave Mollie slumped on soft knees come the bell. Ugh! The Saturdays championship plan is all going downhill here as Mollie shakes her head in frustration at the bell.

Round 4:
Ewelina rallies to catch Mollie off guard with a rare midsection pounce and drives in several quick shots on target before working upstairs to blast an uppercut combo on the chin. Ugh! Mollie slumps into more spasms and gets battered around until Lisowska shoves her onto the ropes where she maintains the hot pursuit to land clean hits on the blonde's swollen face. Mollie leaks too many of these shots now and descends into almost punchbag mode her ex-bandmate Frankie Bridge would be ashamed of. Just nowhere to hide and the bell finally comes to the rescue with King sporting a nasty shiner under the left eye. More shakes of the head incoming...

Round 5:
Mollie tries to land some one-timer to turn the tables on the Polish singer but finds thin air and gets caught on the jaw from the inside instead. She staggers onto her heels and eats immediate uppercut combo before Ewelina SMOKES her with a left hook on the ear that finally DROPS THE BLONDE FOR THE COUNT!!! See ya later as it's truly a bad one. Mollie shrieks out her pain and stays down on her back while the otherwise slow-ish count eventually passes her by. What a performance from the former champion! KO5 Ewelina Lisowska!!!

AFTER: Some pundits said Ewelina might be done as a serious force in the division following back-to-back losses to Inna and Vanessa White but it's anything but official after tonight's beatdown of Mollie King! Meanwhile the new hot topic is whether Vanessa White is truly the best flyweight both The Saturdays and Double A Boxing have to offer right now? Mollie storms out of the ring to have the facial cuts addressed in the locker room while Ewelina claims she can travel to Japan for another edition of the International Jewels as she tries to ignore the prospects of Zara Holland rising into championship status again: "We've had three fights in 2021 already. I don't need to fight her again and maybe Jorgie Porter takes her out anyway?" (winks).
