Leah Francis (Frankie's Foxes) v Joan Smalls (Girls Friday)

Joan Smalls was once considered likely to remain BBU Welterweight Champion for a long time – until see got knocked out by Bo Krsmanovic, since when she has hardly featured, and seems to have been hand picked for the English Welterweight Champion Leah Francis to try to showcase her talents.

In the ring, the tall, slim Joan oozes class in her red lingerie, whilst Leah oozes something else in her blue leather outfit.

Round 1

Big, busty and feisty as ever, Leah comes forwards from the opening bell, and she’s giving Joan a testing time, thumping some meaty punches into the taller girl’s body, Joan stepping back, not looking too sure how to deal with the blonde girl at this stage, and unhappy not to be receiving some degree of respect from her, but Leah isn’t bothered, and she’s giving the haughty former BBU champion plenty to think about as she presses forwards, Joan stabbing out a stiff left jab into Leah’s face, but the shorter girl seems able to absorb those shots right now, as she pours forwards, does what she can to pin lovely Joan to the ropes, only to find that the Puerto Rican babe has the skill to free herself and turn things around in the closing seconds, her lovely straight hitting bearing some fruit as she sees Leah’s head rocking backwards, the Brit taking punishment as she starts to run out of gas.

Round 2

The round starts well for Joan as she picks off the advancing Leah with her solid jabs, and it’s becoming clear that she is mor than capable of using her extra height and reach to give the Brit more punishment than she wants here, lets the rather stupid blonde come at her, then repels her with sweet jabs to her face, that left glove splatting into Leah’s features and sending her backwards, Joan sending a stunning right hook into the Brit’s cheek to stop her in her tracks when she tries to stand and trade, and now Joan really goes to work on Leah, rips the punches into her body, really hurting the blonde babe with those punches, before reverting to her attack on Leah’s face, her left jab reddening and bruising Leah’s cheek, and in goes another right hook to Leah’s cheek – and own goes the English champion!  Leah scrambles up at 4, but she looks a little desperate, and Joan’s making her look poor as she works her over in a neutral corner through to the bell.

Round 3

The right side of Leah’s face is beginning to swell from the constant pressure of Joan’s b, but the blonde isn’t by any means discouraged as she still drives herself forwards, the blonde still bristling with aggression, even though Joan’s keeping her at bay with that thudding jab of hers, Leah’s nose dribbling blood as she takes another couple of sharp punches, the beefy blonde now trying her luck at hitting the taller girl around her ribs, Joan backing off, but she doesn’t seem to be in too much discomfort, almost letting the Brit do all the work, expecting her to tire maybe, with those impressive tits to carry around, and as the round nears the end, it’s Joan taking control, working Leah backwards, getting her static and backed up to the ropes, where she can hit her and hurt her – but Leah’s a tough cookie and she takes some heavy hits, but returns as well, getting a couple of decent shots into Joan’s belly, before unloading a good right uppercut to the taller girl’s chin in the final seconds, Joan looking a little groggy as she staggers to her corner.
 
Round 4

Never one to hold back when she feels an advantage, Leah wades into Joan from the beginning of round 4, but finds the elegant Puerto Rican more than ready for her, Joan unloading some crunching blows to the blonde’s already bruised face, Leah reluctantly stepping back, but Joan takes her time, and doesn’t waste energy trading punches with the tough Brit, keeps her at bay with her prodding left jab, then waits for Leah to wade in, which she does, trying to work the taller girl around the ring, Joan just too good and too wary, keeps stepping back, draws Leah in, takes some punches around her ribs, but hits the blonde to her face, Joan beginning to enjoy herself, whilst Leah seems to think she’s getting the better of the former BBU champion, landing punches, but unable to get through with anything to hurt Joan, who lets Leah tire herself out, the lovely babe grinning as she watches Leah raise her gloves in some kind of triumph to end the round.

Round 5

It’s more of the same as the round starts, with Leah ignoring her corner’s instructions to stay out of range, just pressing forward relentlessly, even though Joan’s punches are wrecking her face, the brunette just thudding left and right jabs into Leah’s waiting features, the blonde’s cheeks bruised and swelling, the stupid girl not realising she’s playing into Joan’s hands, and now the taller girl hurts Leah with a crunching straight right to her gut, Leah gasping, and she hardly has time to take a breath before Joan repeats the dose, this time with her left hand, then swats Leah across the face with a right hook, and the English champion is down again, this time slower to rise, but still on her feet at 7, her legs beginning to shudder a little, and she tries to cover up when Joan steps up the pace, her gloves a blur as they land in Leah’s disfigured face, the poor woman taking some really nasty punishment as Joan makes a statement here to the rest of the BBU welterweights, Leah pretty much out on her feet as she stumbles back to her corner, who try to convince her to quit.

Round 6
 
The beating continues as Joan just picks off poor, stupid Leah, the blonde surely struggling to see the taller girl’s gloves as they smack into her swollen face, Joan showing no mercy, but she’s not really trying to finish the job, just being cruel now as she works the blonde bimbo backwards to the ropes, sinks some savage punches into Leah’s ample breasts, the laughs as the blonde drops to her knees, gasping and panting, still game, and up once more as the referee counts to 7, hardly a credible opponent now for Joan, who hits her again, really hurting Leah with crushing left hooks into her body, the Brit pretty much screaming as her half pickled liver takes the brunt of this hammering now, her gloves no longer upside her face as she sways, just about out on her feet, until Joan decides she’s had enough, knocking Leah out with a jaw breaking right hook to leave her on the canvas, eyes shut, blood drooling from her mouth, a sad and sorry victim tonight.

Joan Smalls is back!

Poor Leah was outpunched and outclassed, and she lays unconscious for a worrying time after that final knockdown, doctors later confirming the damage to her face as a cracked jaw, cracked cheekbone and broken nose, with four broken ribs and a punctured lung to add – and Joan?  Unmarked!
