Pre-match: Queenie stands confidently in her corner, despite her recent straight losses. Tonight, she goes up against newcomer, Xenia. Truth to be told, Queenie is looking rather annoyed that she’s being booked against a rookie. Queenie wears a black sports bra and tights complete with red gloves. Xenia wears a red sports bra and blue tights complete with black gloves.

R1: The newcomer, Xenia, with one win on record , moves in with confidence and takes the first shot at Queenie. Queenie bobs and weaves from the punches but Xenia’s speed matches up to Queenie forcing her to put up her guard! Xenia lands a few shots in, surprising Queenie and the crowd before the bell clangs. Xenia walks away with more confidence while Queenie returns to her corner looking peeved.

R2: Queenie briskly makes her way out her corner, determined to make a comeback after an embarrassing start. She takes control of the match quickly with a barrage of punches that sends Xenia into the ropes. Using her quick thinking, Xenia slips from the ropes to avoid being sandwiched between the ropes and her opponent. Xenia slips two jabs on her way out but it didn’t do much to slow Queenie down. Queenie lunges in and belts Xenia on the midsection but Xenia powers through and hooks Queenie in the cheek. As Xenia attempts to follow up with a cross, Queenie ducks under and rocks her opponent with an uppercut! Xenia keeps her feet under her ready to fight back but the bell summons the girls back to their corner!

R3: Xenia makes adjustments to her strategy in the third round, electing to fight more conservatively even as Queenie goes all out on her. Xenia manages to guard well against Queenie’s attacks and throw in a few counter punches even, but the quick feints and fast jabs cause Xenia to slip up occasionally. The round ends in Queenie advantage but Queenie seems to have expanded a little too much energy this round.

R4: The bell calls Queenie back into the fight before she can fully recover. Xenia, on the other hand, is looking recharged from her break. Queenie tries to fend her opponent off with jabs but Xenia goes low and lunges in, landing two strikes in the mid-section. Queenie retreats and fights Xenia off with two jabs and a straight! The straight misses and Xenia continues digging in at her tummy before moving up to her head. Queenie keeps her temple protected and survives to the end of the round!

R5: Xenia goes in for the kill! However, it seems like Queenie managed to rest up in the past few minutes and is far more reactive to her attacks! Queenie dodges and ducks the incoming combos before hitting back with her own combinations. Xenia remains steady and manages to swipe Queenie a couple of times on the cheek, staggering her. Xenia pressures her into the ropes and puts several bodyshots in but Queenie stops her attack with a body clinch. Queenie moves Xenia back to the center of the ring before the ref orders a break. Thereafter, Xenia manages to hit Queenie with a jab-jab-uppercut combination before the round ends.

R6: Xenia starts off strong, hitting Queenie with a few clean swipes but misses the potential KO shot as Queenie side steps and lands a body shot that paralyzes Xenia temporarily. Queenie capitalizes on this opportunity and clocks her opponent with hooks and jabs. Xenia recovers and cowers into a guard as Queenie tries to punch through with uppercuts. The round ends and both ladies return to their corners equally exhausted.

R7: Bruises are starting to show on both girls’ faces as their match goes into the seventh round. Xenia initiates the offense but gasses out within the first minute! Queenie pours out all her energy into punishing Xenia, trapping her in the ropes and corners several times before an uppercut in the third minute sends her crashing face down into the canvas! DOWN!

The ref counts to 10! And it’s over!

Post match: Queenie cockily celebrates her win, claiming herself to be best in Asia despite being caught in trouble several times against Xenia. The crowd applaud Xenia’s performance after the show and expect great things from her.
