BEFORE:
Up next, newly minted Maddie Ziegler makes her debut as an official member of the Dollhouse, and boy does she look excited to be a part of the stable. She enters the hall earlier, smiling and waving excitedly to the press and fans alike.

“So this is my first fight as a full time member of the Dollhouse,” Maddie grins for the cameras. “Pretty excited. I guess I'm just looking forward to continuing my winning streak tonight. I watched Natalia fight and she's pretty decent, but no offense - I don't think she's at my level. I'm looking forward to seeing what she'll bring tonight. I think what I bring will just be better.”

Natalia of course is coming off the recent, massive success of yet another season of the television show, Stranger Things, and since the beginning of this year has remained undefeated in boxing action. Dyer gives the audience a little smirk of her own, and a cocky pose for the cameras, before taking her own seat at the table.

“All due respect to Maddie, but she’s way overestimating herself…” Dyer says. “She’s only had six FCBA fights, and already thinks she’s better than most of the division? Well, I’ve been kicking ass since 2019, and the one thing I’ve learned is that most girls in the league can knock you out on any given night, and it’s important not to underestimate your opponents. Maybe I’ll end up teaching Maddie this very important lesson tonight.”

“Actually….I’m not underestimating you Natalia….maybe YOU’RE underestimating ME.” Maddie snickers back from across the table, which draws laughter and some applause from around the room.

An interesting match-up tonight as Maddie’s lean and toned figure almost overshadows Dyer’s thinner and shorter one, as both ladies pose with raised fists and steeped glares.

Hours later, the dance music is pumping as Maddie “Mad Dog” Ziegler makes her entrance into the arena. The gorgeous young blonde has hair in a royal looking bun and is wearing a lime-yellow sports bra and shiny dark blue knee-length tights, with a pair of matching blue gloves on either hand to boot. That dancer-actress energy is infectious, as Maddie strikes a pose and proceeds to strut down the ramp, grinning every step of the way, accompanied by the Dollhouse team and CEO Electra, as well as head coach Loken. Everyone is here to support Ziegler on her first fight as an official Dollhouse roster member including fellow stablemates Lauren Mayberry and Ginny Gardner who can be seen cheering in the front row. Up next is Natalia Dyer, who enters with a confident smile of her own, giving the fans a short wave before making her way to the ring with her team following behind her. She’s dressed in a light gray sports singlet and long white tights, shadow boxing in a pair of yellow gloves.

Referee calls this match to order, and gets the nod from both corners, as both fighters settle into their familiar fighting stances. There’s the wave of the hand and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Maddie is fully excited to roar into action, skipping over the canvas and immediately meeting Dyer in the middle of the ring. Ziegler attacks with short, snappy bursts of punches, lefts and rights slammed into the arms with the grand plan to overwhelm Dyer early on. But Natalia is keeping her cool, her guard locked firm and taking those shots like a champ. Dyer’s time spent in the ring has also taught her a solid defense, and she’s fluidly blocking most of Ziegler’s combos, no matter how much power or effort Maddie is putting into her punches. Instead, Dyer’s the one who’s scoring off the Doll’s face, counterpunching with snappy jabs of her own right after blocking a rapid series from Maddie, sinking a right hand into her cheek, another into her lips to shock and stun the youngster. Not the most auspicious start to the Doll’s career, as she walks away at the bell rubbing her cheek and looking a little disappointed in herself for not having dominated the action.

ROUND 2:
Natalia continues to surprise, her lanky figure proving most agile at deflecting Maddie’s incoming attacks before slipping to the side of her lunges towards her head. Maddie’s power is something to behold if the Doll can actually land one of her bigger shots, but her hooks are sailing harmlessly overhead or inches away from Natalia’s face, before the Emilia’s Empresses girl plants a return hook off the chin or body. To be fair, Natalia’s punches are doing much more damage, as Maddie simply shakes the punch off each time and tries yet again, but in this early game, all that’s needed is for those leather gloves to make contact with your opponent’s frame to earn you points, and Dyer is doing plenty of that. Close to the third minute and Maddie finally resets and tries a different strategy, keeping her distance and only responding to Natalia’s attacks instead of being so gung-ho like before. She sees a little more success for herself, torching Dyer with an overhand between the eyes for some late round payback. But Dyer still walks away with the wide round, frustrating the Doll’s fortunes further. If this keeps up, Ziegler’s first foray as an official stablemate might possibly end in disaster!

ROUND 3:
Dyer’s strategy of counter-punching ain’t working as well, however, with Maddie refusing to take the bait this time. Ladies dance back and forth in the first minute, each fighter peppering the other’s arms in the hunt for the head before retreating backwards with rapid movement, absorbing her opponent’s attacks in turn. Dyer’s taking more punishment here, with Maddie’s reach and punching power shocking her to the face with another jab-cross combo, before Dyer attempts to counterattack but the combo lands on the Doll’s arms instead. Ziegler’s strength is in her dexterity and patience, unlike some of her newer stablemates, as she blasts Dyer again with a right cross to the body, which folds her over in half, before another straight hand lands clean to the mouth down the line. Dyer’s taking as much damage as she dished out in the first two rounds, but the difference is that she looks a whole lot more hurt, shaking her head at the bell and doing her best not to stumble back to her corner.

ROUND 4:
Things might be looking back up for Ziegler in the fourth, as she continues to land her fair share of counter-blows to Dyer’s face and body, as both ladies take turns landing punches but it’s Maddie who’s inflicting more pain. Dyer lets out another yelp as a right hand screams in between her arms to catch her clean on the lips, which tosses her head back, and Dyer is suddenly in full retreat, desperate to cover her face up from further attack. Maddie’s still being patient, dipping her head from side-to-side just in case Dyer attempts a sudden counterattack, but then continues hounding her foe backwards with more punches landing into her being. Dyer just needs to survive another minute or so before the bell rings to save her, but the alternative punches to her face and body means she’s struggling to intercept them all, and Ziegler shocks her with another lunging uppercut to the stomach before Dyer’s defenses fall apart completely… Another overhand slams into the top of her head, sending the Hollywood actress reeling backwards in shock! She’s sent flying off her feet, then collapsing near the ropes on all fours, looking stunned! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for the newest member of the Dollhouse, and Ziegler looks triumphant, pumping her hands in the air and roaring to the crowd. Meanwhile, Dyer attempts a slow crawl towards the ropes, with the referee already starting the count. But it ain’t no use, as poor Natalia’s still left clinging onto the middle rope, trying to pull herself up from her knees, to no avail! He hits the end of the 10-count and has no choice but to wave it off as Dyer collapses back to the mat with a vacant look in her eyes! This fight is OVER!!

Official Decision: Maddie Ziegler defeats Natalia Dyer via KO4!

AFTER:
Another quick win for Ziegler here tonight and Maddie is all smiles as she lifts her arms in the air, taking in the loud cheers from the crowd who certainly got their money’s worth tonight with the blonde making short work of her opponent and celebrating her 6th straight win with another impressive performance.

Natalia spends a few moments down on the mat surrounded by her team while Maddie continues her celebration with her own team in the corner, but Dyer’s team is able to help their girl make it back to her feet shortly after, helping her to her corner for some more medical attention. Right before leaving the ring, Ziegler approaches Dyer’s corner, and two girls exchange some words and a fist bump to show mutual respect despite their earlier spur of words. Always nice to see!

The new Dollhouse star continues her climb up the flyweight division ranks tonight with another impressive showing, and as Maddie is making her way backstage she’s stopped and asked about tonight’s fight and what’s coming next for her.

“I feel great about tonight’s win…I had a plan and I stuck to it and it worked. I can go the distance no problem if I need to, but I’ve been able to finish fights much earlier, it keeps me more fresh for the next one..so It's defintely good for me. I thought maybe Natalia underestimated me but if she did I hope she knows I’m the real deal now.” Maddie asserts, eliciting plenty of loud cheers from the fans. “Umm, what’s next for me? …I want to take that next step. I’ve got a bunch of names in mind that are ranked quite high….but my management wants me to take it slow and steady….get some more ring experience before I go fight girls at the top…and I think that’s good advice. No need to rush it. So who am I fighting next...? I’m not sure yet…Isabela Merced is one name that came up recently….and I know Millie (Bobbie Brown) is doing pretty good - we both debuted around the same time this year and she is still undefeated….maybe it’s time somebody defeated her?” Ziegler chuckles, waking up the fans once again. “Somebody like...me? Pretty sure I'd beat her.” The sassy blonde smirks, nodding confidently as the fans roar. “I guess we’ll see…it’s not entirely up to me. But I hope that gives you guys some things to maybe look forward to. Thanks everyone who came to support me tonight!”

The victorious Doll then waves to the fans as she resumes her march out of the arena with the Dollhouse team in tow, leaving us all eagerly looking forward to an official word about Maddie’s next in-ring appearance.
