Georgia Salpa vs Pia Miller

BEFORE: Irish model Georgia Salpa continues her comeback mission and vows to blow up a dangerous floater Pia Miller who might have lost the Sirens backing but should never be counted out from a hard-pounding boxing session that could well provide a major surprise or two. Georgia acknowledges the fact the Chilean model is anything but a proverbial punchbag but claims she's ready for prime time action after wasting few years while playing second fiddle to some of the more established names in the division. Well, the waiting time is over and Salpa wants to cash in on the big prize soon!

Georgia Salpa wears a black bikini set & red gloves. Long black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Pia Miller wears a black crop top, marching hip-huggers & black gloves. Long black hair loose & straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Georgia wants to make an early statement but her initial jabbing attack bounces off the fellow brunette's forearms and leaves her exposed to a quick overhand swing that follows suit and enables Pia to land some heavy punches before the Irish model can fully recover. In fact she struggles to recover once Pia adds more leather on target as she enforces the point blank range assault and makes Salpa look awfully hittable. She drives the cumbersome opponent back to the ropes and seemingly goes for the slam dunk finish merely two minutes into the fight alas that's an improbable idea in any circumstances. Georgia soaks up the pressure - not without a visible lump or two - but avoids the disaster and even fires back into Miller's face late in the round when the Chilean model runs out of gas.

Round 2:
Pia wants to double down on the early charge but meets a stubborn guard this time even though Georgia refuses to apply a proper slugging response teasing the older brunette into more attacks. Pia doesn't need a second invitation here and she goes down for the highlight show alas Salpa's guard holds up well and leaves the Chilean woman visibly frustrated down the stretch. A couple of body shots give Georgia something to think about but it's rather clear that Pia feels more confident working the aerial route yet her head-hunting pursuit slices tin air during a hectic final minute where Salpa mounts another late comeback that isn't enough to steal the round though. She gives the older model a lenghty bytch stare and then finally breaks through with a slugging galore in...

Round 3:
...the next round where she challenges Miller into that head-hunting exchange where she cuts her up below the left eye and bullies her onto the ropes come the one-minute mark. Ugh! Pia appears to be caught out by the slugging switch and struggles to match the Irish model's intensity which drops her behind a tight earmuff once majority of the punches begins to land square on Miller's face. Ugh! She bellows out on top of the ropes but can't escape Salpa's wrath so it's back to slugging plan but the precision goes away under pressure and Georgia duly cleans up the Chilean woman until the referee pulls her away at the bell.

Round 4:
More of the same in the fourth, Georgia has found her groove and she blitzes Pia up the middle to glue her to the spot before rolling out with another head-hunting charge. Pia tries to cover up for the attack but leaks many clean hits and begins to gurgle in discomfort which only fuels Georgia's efforts; she pounds the struggling Chilean back to the ropes and whacks her in the breasts before another uppercut double sinks the older brunette into loud spasms. Ugh! Pia tries to clinch Georgia into safety but gets bumped off and has to endure more punches that result in quick swelling around the lips before a booming right hook almost sends her down for the count seconds before the bell. Woof. Pia survived that last series but walks back to her stool on visibly soft legs and...

Round 5:
...still looks physically affected early in the fifth which allows Georgia to clobber her into a complete standstill in the center of the ring. Pia just can't escape the punishment anymore and gets battered up the middle until the younger brunette drills into her solar plexus and takes the last ounce of air out of her lungs. Arms go numb and Georgia has a free shot to smash one last hook on the exposed jaw finally sending the Chilean veteran flat on her back!!! Ref only gives it a quick look and he knows it's all over. KO5 Georgia Salpa!!!

AFTER: That looked impressive from Georgia there in the end despite a slow start and perhaps she's ready to make another run at various silverware both in regular rules or JMDD? Meanwhile Pia put on a brave effort but her aggressive style is prone to blow up in her face if she can't hurt her opponents fast enough. It's probably too late to teach her a new approach and the fans don't mind seeing her in action regardless of the results anyway!
