BEFORE: It's time for another Netflix vs HBO flyweight battle and this is the one that Mimi Keene really wanted to happen sooner rather than later. She believes that taking Maisie Williams down will bring her into elite conversation even though the former 'Game of Thrones' starlet's career has somewhat derailed ever since she was dropped from the Girls Friday roster.

Most pundits believe Maisie won't accept the role of benchmark for other prospects, she's almost too young to take a step back like that however she's also forced to prove her slump can be stopped in more conventional way compared to some allegedly washed-up veterans and there are no easy outs in the otherwise crowded flyweight division anyway.

Maisie Williams wears a black bikni top, jeans shorts & white gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a braid. Mimi Keene wears a red bikini top, jeans shorts & black gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a custom ponytail with bangs. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Maisie fires the first series on target and moves into a steady head-hunting attack which stuffs Mimi onto her heels but the younger brunette eventually manages to escape the heat and respond over the top to trigger a hectic back & forth exchange in the center of the ring. Maisie realizes she has to break Mimi's fighting spirit rather than seek any fancy ideas so she jumps on the slugging route to find out how much damage can she inflict in the heads up battle. Mimi gets blasted from both flanks but holds her ground until she gets cut across the nasal ridge and wobbles to her heels again. That's exactly what Williams wanted to see so she duly clobbers the stunned opponent back to the ropes where she adds more leather to the body as Keene disappears behind a tight earmuff. HBO takes round one!

Round 2:
More success for Maisie early in the second as she keeps drilling Mimi between the mitts and the high-octane pursuit manages to make the Netflix actress look awfully hittable and Williams knows it too. She tries to add more damage to Mimi's face and keeps her dancing around in avoidance as the imminient response plan is nowhere to be found so perhaps Keene realized this won't be a stroll in the park against a slumping foe after all. Maisie carves up Mimi from both flanks and drops her into coverage along the ropes before another gut-checking switch bends the younger brunette into loud spasms during the final stretch. Maisie wants to keep going but obviously gets pulled away at the bell so she only gives the hurting Mimi a proper bytch stare instead.

Round 3:
Maisie goes for another slugging charge but meets a stubborn high guard for a change and drifts low to seek the gut-checking glory again only for Mimi to crash a rare right hook on the jaw that triggers a hectic back & forth exchange in the center of the ring. Both girls channel a vintage flyweight bashing and while Maisie had the early upper hand she still didn't quite hurt the fellow brunette enough to avoid a quick comeback. Mimi glues her mitts into Maisie's face and leaves a couple of visible lumps during the second minute but she misses with the put away drive and has to shake off Maisie's clinch that drops both women into a stalemate on the ropes to close out the round.

Round 4:
Mimi slams the early pressure right into Maisie's face and suddenly the former Girls Friday prospect just can't provide the required skills on defense which is what has really undone her career rather than the alleged creampuff power. Mimi pummels her from point-blank range and doesn't really hold back the drive until she makes the Bristol girl scowl in discomfort. Another left/right hook and Maisie's lips burst into a swelling disarray while the HBO actress stumbles forward to meet a rare uppercut double. She aches her her pain and floats a quick response over the top but only finds thin air while Keene NAILS her with a vicious right hook square on the mouth instead.... DOWN GOES MAISIE amid a wild cheer from the audience! Ugh! She drops on her backside and takes several seconds to make a hurried attempt to get back onto her feet. The count is slow which annoys the Maulers' entourage and Williams does get saved by the frickin' bell at the last moment. Woof! Mimi is fuming during the interval but then...

Round 5:
...she picks up the slugging pace early in the fifth and blows it straight into Maisie's face again. The high-guard collapses upon impact and Maisie's reaction time is too slow at this stage so she remains glued to the spot. Mimi tacks on more hits but can't quite break the earmuff cover until a quick switch downstairs finds the liver and breaks Williams' resistance once and for all. She spits out her gumshield once the pain factor takes over but Mimi still smacks her with one last hook on the jaw just to make sure it's all over. MAISIE DROPS TO HER KNEES and bursts into tears of defeat so the count is promptly waved off this time. KO5 Mimi Keene!!!

AFTER: The verdict is still out whether Mimi can become a serious player but she's doing things the right way and she might be on the verge of breaking into flyweight Top 10 - if the league had official rankings. BBU TV's Denise van Outen would like to see her beat one of these soap opera vets in the foreseeable future but even she acknowledges the 'Sex Education' starlet might strike iron while it's still hot and go straight after current champion Jorgie Porter instead. Meanwhile Maisie Williams' slump remains in full swing and it's anyone's guess if or when she recovers from the worst period of her boxing career.
