BEFORE: Some experts claimed Olivia Wilde's career is more or less finished after Bazz Fight Club closed its doors but then she got signed by the Empire Boxing so maybe there's still some juice left in the tank? It's been three years since Wilde last won a fight but the Empire crew has booked a fight against Olivia Culpo who lost to another Empire member Sienna Miller two months ago? Coincidence? Probably not.

Round 1:
Hectic start from both sides but it's Wilde who gets behind her shots in more efficient fashion and she clocks the model upstairs before trying to land more head shots in close range. Culpo fires back wide off the mark and eats a couple of nasty dingers on the nose which makes her think better off it. She displays impressive mobility to escape Wilde's jabbing heat but eventually runs out of real estate and the older brunette clobbers her onto the turnbuckle where she adds more slugging juice. Majority of her shots only bounce off the forearms but Culpo is lethargic enough the Empire brunette easily secures the round on points and even barks at the somewhat subdued foe after the bell.

Round 2:
Culpo wakes up after that poor showing in the opener and she lands several hard hits into Wilde's body before chucking an uppercut double on the chin to drop the actress on her heels. Wilde wants to cash in with some overhands but she's stuck on the back foot and has to embrace a hectic body assault as the Rhode Island native gets to work and pounds the veteran back to the ropes come the half-way mark. Culpo extends her advantage when she rips a left hook on the chin and exposes the fellow Olivia's poor guard. The slugging pressure does the trick and leaves Wilde taking more punches from point-blank range until she clinches the model into a desperate stalemate for lack of better options.

Round 3:
More of the same in the third, the slugging heat leaves Wilde exposed and Culpo enjoys a clear footwork advantage to rattle through the older brunette's defense. She clobbers Wilde back to the post and taunts her into a proper slugging exchange that raises the stakes on speed dial. Wilde accepts the challenger but comes off worst after a speedy slugfest along the ropes. One nasty cut below the left eye and a big shiner over the right eye leads into more desperate clinching come the final minute with Culpo smiling broadly even as the actress tries to stall the action. Add some harpoons on the liver and Wilde looks all out of sorts here already.

Round 4:
Big smack from Wilde to open the fourth and she delays the model's charge to bide her time in mid-distance safety. The younger Olivia eventually steps up her slugging antics but just can't land that desired haymaker while Wilde shows improved mobility to escape more trouble. She doesn't quite punish Culpo herself but stages a well-rounded recovery mission that makes FMF coach Christy Hemme lose her patience. Culpo cuts a surprised figure when the older brunette rips a late series into her face and almost trips over her own feet which earns her a vicious hook on the breasts. Ouch! Culpo stumbles against the turnbuckle and is fortunate enough Wilde was too slow to react to add to more heat when she had a chance! 38-38 after four.

Round 5:
Culpo steps in to fake a low approach before she slams a left/right combo into Wilde's face that opens one of the cuts again but the New York native then eats another hard shot on the solar plexus that cripples her into loud spasms upon impact. Woof. Culpo doesn't hesitate one second to deliver a speedy slugging drive up the middle and she nails the reeling foe on the breasts before a wild uppercut tags the chin and LIFTS the older brunette off her feet moments later! Uh-oh!!! DOWN GOES WILDE!!! The Empire veteran hits the deck flat on her back and vertigo quickly takes over when she tries to get up almost too fast for her own good. Gravity glues her to the canvas and the count is waves off at eight with Wilde mumbling into a complete demise. KO5 Olivia Culpo!!!

AFTER: That was a chaotic performance from the former Miss Universe but she avoids going 0-2 versus the Empire stable this season. She also vows to make a better impression at the Boiling Point beach boxing PPV and calls out Foxfire's Laura Vandervoort for a vintage blonde vs brunette bashing on the sand next month.
