Bantamweight action sees two of the top bantamweights in the FCBA meeting for the first time as IBB’s Elettra Lamborghini squares off against Fates’s Elizabeth Olsen. Elettra fought a staggering 23 times in 2021 and won 19 of those fights on her quick rise to superstardom. Olsen was busy in 2021 as well, fighting 15 times and only dropping a pair of those, and the Avenger is 9-3 in 2022, including a stint as the bantamweight champion after 10 years in the FCBA.

“Olsen has fought hard to get where she is,” Lamborghini says, “But it took her ten years to get here. It took me a year. There is no question that my career is going to be better than hers is.”

Lizzie sighs as she picks up her mic, “Yes, Elettra has taken the FCBA by storm. But I know a few things she doesn’t. She will have a better career than I will have, but I’ll still end up as one of the best to ever fight, and I will prove it again tonight.”

Olsen is the first girl to make her way to the ring, the Fates girl wearing a green sports bra with matching trunks and gloves. Lamborghini steps out soon after, the IBB girl wearing a blue sports bra with white trunks and blue gloves with white trim. The two girls touch gloves and the ref calls for the bell and here we go for ten rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:

Elettra and Elizabeth both charge out of their corners to start the fight in an unexpected fashion and Elettra quickly connects with a haymaker left that knocks Elizabeth back. Olsen quick to get her guard up but Lamborghini is already pounding her body, the IBB superstar showing how she’s climbed the ranks so quickly. Elettra with a right into Elizabeth’s midriff that draws a shout of the brunette early, and Olsen may be in trouble as she struggles to clinch for the break. The Italian TV personality connects with a left into the American actress’s chest before Olsen clinches, getting herself a few desperately needed seconds. The Italian girl chases after the American, but this time Lizzie changes tactics and is ready for the blows, letting the more aggressive younger fighter get into range before striking her with a right. Lamborghini covers her head but Olsen tags her twice to her body before the bell. Elettra takes the first round on points, wide.

Round 2:

Lamborghini quickly exits her corner and goes for Olsen’s body, but the older fighter is ready and she shifts out of the way. Elettra ends up lunging after Elizabeth and the American girl drives a hard left into the Italian’s face, snapping her opponent’s head backward. Lamborghini gets her gloves up to protect her face and she blocks Olsen’s follow ups and is able to clinch. Lizzie smart out of the break, waiting for Elettra to make a mistake and the IBB girl gets too aggressive, chasing after Liz with a right that nearly has her off balance. Olsen sidesteps the blow and connects with a right, plunging leather into the younger girl’s midriff. Lizzie follows up with a left into her ribs, but Elettra takes the blow and connects with a haymaker back, catching the actress by surprise. The bell rings before Elettra can follow up, and the second round goes to Olsen on points, wide.

Round 3:

The IBB corner gives Elettra pointers and the Italian girl comes out of her corner ready. Olsen again keeping up the tempo and fighting smart, but Lamborghini is fighter smarter than before. The younger girl lets the older actress tire herself out to start the round and the TV personality starts to show off her strength that led her to 19 victories in 2021. The Italian girl splits the American’s gloves with a right and knocks Olsen back. Lamborghini with a follow up left into Olsen’s ribs and the former champion lets out a groan as the younger girl works in close to her. Lizzie changing strategy, the Scarlet Witch fighting back from close range with short and precise blows as the two girls trade in close range. The bell rings and the two girls go back to their corners and Elettra wins the third on points.

Round 4:

Olsen told to get her head in the fight between rounds and it works as the brunette looks like a completely different fighter to start the fourth. Lamborghini comes out of her corner ready to unload on Olsen, but the American girl goes back to her famous counterattacks, taking a blows to her guard and responding with pinpoint counters to the Italian girl’s face. Elettra not giving up on offense and she changes her strategy, closing distance and digging her blows into Elizabeth’s body. Elettra finds a right into Liz’s ribs that makes the older fighter wince, and the younger girl focuses on her foe’s ribs from close range. Olsen caught between trying to clinch and fighting back and the former champ decides to fight, working Lamborghini’s body over as the two girls trade body blows, the Fates girl getting the better end of the trades. The bell rings and the two girls are sent to their corners after a close round.

Round 5:

Lamborghini and Olsen both with plenty of energy still as the fight nears its halfway mark. Elettra with a quick right at Elizabeth but the Scarlet Witch dodges and connects with a left into Elettra’s face. Lamborghini stands her ground and drills Olsen back with a right of her own and this looks like the two girls are going to turn it into a slugfest! Elettra with follow up left but her knees buckle as Elizabeth gets her right in her chin and the Italian girl is wobbly! The IBB corner yells at Elettra to bring her gloves up but the younger fighter is too busy getting her balance for her gloves to protect her from a haymaker left-right combo from Lizzie. Elettra staggers backward and plants her feet as she swings with a clearly communicated desperation left that Liz sidesteps and connects with another strike to her foe’s chin, this one dropping the Italian girl. Elettra weakly moves her limbs as she tries to roll herself onto her stomach, but the television star watches the ref’s count from her back and the bell rings after the count of ten. Your winner by KO5, Elizabeth Olsen!

After:

Olsen continues with her push for the hall of fame with yet another win, and IBB continues to struggle against Fates girls. Elizabeth goes over to Elettra after the Italian girl is helped to her stool. The two girls embrace and Olsen does her standard of holding the other girl’s hand up, drawing cheers from the crowd in a showing of sportswomanship as the rest of her stable falls into the drama of the Taylor-Emily feud. Lizzie lets go of Elettra’s hand and applauds her before leaving the ring.

“Elettra will win the bantamweight title one day,” Elizabeth tells the press, “She’s one of the best fighters and she keeps herself busy. The chance will come, she’s already won the JMD title and her stable is the premier JMDD stable in the FCBA.”

Lamborghini walks into the press conference later, a sour look on her face, “Losing is not easy, but Elizabeth has told me some great things and that I will be great. I will prove her right.”
