BEFORE: Both these models fell to a common opponent - Eden Cohen - earlier this year and remain winless in official FCBA competition but this is a rare chance to finally break through on the big stage and the Ibiza beach setting is more than suitable to raise their profile as well. Stephanie admits she waited for the right opportunity too long and she can't waste any more time while Ann-Kathrin still keeps her eye on the BBU lightweight title but the FCBA appearance fee is not to be rejected under any circumstances!

Stephanie Rayner wears a red bikini set & white gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose waves. Ann-Kathrin Brommel wears a white bikini set & black gloves. Long dyed blonde hair tied in a custom ponytail. Both women are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Stephanie wants to make an early statement and drops several hard shots up the middle but she's unable to shake off the blonde's response so both women lock horns in a crowd-pleasing slugfest that still results with the younger model on top when she crashes a nifty double into the German's jaw. Ann-K stumbles to her heels and makes a futile attempt to swing from the back foot while Stephanie rallies around the exposed midriff to score easy damage points and back the German foe onto the ropes. Brommel struggles to match the brunette's intensity and leaks more body punches when she's locked in the hole before a rather desperate clinch runs out the clock late.

Round 2:
Ann-Kathrin finds the quick response when she beats Stephanie to the initial punch and takes off from there targeting the Australian foe upstairs during the opening minute. Rayner refuses to back off even when she stops several of the blonde's punches with her face but the sheer volume of Ann-K's attacks finally proves superior and sends the dark-haired model into a steady retreat come the second minute. Brommel keeps tracking the fellow model down and sends more aerial bombs on target but Rayner escapes the heat and fires back a meaningful response to rock the German's head if only a little too late to steal the round on points.

Round 3:
Early clash of heads puts a real damper on the action in the third before Stephanie realizes she's been handed a nasty swollen patch under the left eye and tries to smash superior leather into the blonde's face. Ann-Kathrin kicks up plenty of sand as she navigates the jabbing rush and locks the brunette in awkward standing headlock before she almost trips her down on the sand as well. Ugh! Things are getting spicy here but Brommel drops the best punch of the round and drills right through Stephanie's solar plexus to leave her gasping for air come the bell.

Round 4:
Stephanie resumes the slugging pursuit and catches Ann-Kathrin with a nasty belter around the elbows before she rocks the older model with a quick uppercut double. Brommel sinks on her heels but refuses to back off now that she's arguably hurt the Aussie rival in the previous round. However Rayner finds the supreme connection and SMOKES the reeling blonde on the nose to leave a nasty cut before another hard bomb tags Brommel on the rack and SENDS HER CRASHING DOWN on the sand!!! Huh! A bit of a shocking knockdown here but Steph pulled a genuine power combo to floor the blonde. Ann-Kathrin takes the count all the way to eight and dusts off her knees to delay the action... Rayner barks in anger but her subsequent push to dismantle Brommel once and for all comes up short and there is more verbal commotion after the bell.

Round 5:
Rayner seeks more success and squares up to the seemingly hurting blonde but it's Brommel who delivers the naughty punch and catches the brunette on the navel before carrying an uppercut double on the jaw to slump Stephanie into loud spasms. Ugh! Another wild hook tags the ear and RAYNER HITS THE SAND crashing on her backside amid a loud roar from the Ibiza audience. Uh-oh! She barks in more anger once she shakes off the initial daze but beating the count at six is ill-advised as Ann-Kathrin almost shoves the referee away and piles on immediate head-hunting barrage to slump Rayner into more spasms! That's how it's done and the German pummels the ailing opponent into stupor before a left hook tears another gash across Stephanie's nose. She cries out in pain and goes numb on the spot while the ref JUMPS IN to stop the contest! Slightly premature but maybe not... TKO5 Ann-Kathrin Brommel in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: Huge victory for the German model who challenges the dazed & bleeding Stephanie into a topless beach wrestling session whenever she recovers from this boxing result but there is no response from the brunette and she's clearly too affected by what just happened in first place. The Ibiza crowd is ready to start a proper party and Ann-Kathrin carries on with the flow to become a headline fixture in the VIP drink bar for hours to come. Even Tess Valmore must feel jealous right now!
