Before the fight: After Melissa Barrera vs. Milana Vayntrub, this flyweight bout is in the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, in front of 7,000 cheering fans. The stable wanted this showcase to scout new talents and potentially sign one or both fighters to contracts.

Both fighters are making their debuts tonight. Auli'i is 21 years old and obtained fame voicing the main character in Moana. She is still an actress and voice actress while attending Columbia University. Roxanne is 20 years old, and she is a wrestling prodigy. She worked her way up training in Texas as a teenager, won the ROH Women's World Championship, and is now a rising star within the WWE.

Because this fight is a trial, both boxers are dressed in essential sports bras and boxing shorts; Auli'i in a khaki beige and Milana in neon pink. They have Carnation Creations staff in their corners.

This fight is set for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1: This debut round for both fighters was pretty sloppy. Neither Auli'i nor Roxanne could contain their excitement to box a live opponent for the first time, and they spent more time punching the air on accident than beating each other. Towards the last minute, however, Auli'i gets into a punching rhythm and lands several clean blows on her opponent. For this effort, the judges score the card in her favor 10-9.

Round 2: Roxanne comes out of her corner, still friendly but annoyed, and wants to take back the advantage in the scorecards because of her corner's advice. She does so skillfully, using her jab to poke through Auli'i's defenses. However, Roxanne can't follow up with a potent cross or other heavy blow; neither can Auli'i. So, while this round didn't feature any shattering attacks, Roxanne won off volume alone and tied the scorecards 19-19.

Round 3: Auli'i and Roxanne start this round on fire, eager to attack after getting accustomed to the physicality of the fight. Each of them forgoes defense in favor of a swarming, unending glove assault, in which neither fighter takes advantage for the first two minutes. However, Auli'i catches Roxanne on her chin with a spare uppercut and staggers the younger rookie to a corner. Once there, Auli'i continues her advance and tags Roxanne several times on her unblemished face. After a few strikes, Roxanne collapses to all fours. The count goes by with her trying to get up, and while she gets on one knee at 9, she can't make it upright by 10. Auli'i wins via KO in the 3rd round!

After the fight: Auli'i and Roxanne hug each other after the Carnation employees clean them up and ensure they're hydrated. Each fighter leaves their separate ways, proud of their efforts in their respective FCBA debuts, and awaits a hopeful return to Carnation Creations.
