Camila Mendes vs Emma Watson

BEFORE:
“Emma thinks I’m chump change, does she?” Camila says with a haughty shrug earlier on. “Might I remind Hermione that I knocked out the current champion, Dove Cameron, back in April. And she still refuses to give me another title shot. Let me ask you, dear Watson, what have you done recently besides getting knocked out by Emma Roberts?”

Emma Watson turns a shade of pink at the other end of the table, not the biggest fan of getting her previous losses brought up and rubbed into her nose. “I took this fight out of respect for Camila, but if she wants to be such a wanker about it, then two can play at that game. I’m several inches taller, a former champion, and someone about to cross over into the Hall-of-Fame. I doubt Mendes can say the same.”

Ladies square off at the podium, and Emma indeed towers over the shorter Mendes by about three inches, though Camila’s stockier figure means she’s still brimming with confidence in her punching power. Ladies both separate, backing away whilst continuing to set each other with hard glares.

Hours later, Camila enters the arena first, a simple but sensual dress sense, striding down the ramp in a dark purple bikini with a black shawl over her shoulders, her assets bouncing about loose in their sockets, her toned body showing off time in the gym. For this contest, she’s donning white gloves. Emma Watson is out of the curtains next, brandishing a smile for all the Potterheads out there in force. The Vixen is wearing her signature black bralette and white short tights. Later, she pulls and straps on red gloves.

Referee gets the nod of approval from both corners to start, and with a wave of his hand, HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Good, pumpin' action to begin as Emma tries to control Camila with jabs, whereas Camila is content with striding in suddenly and rocking shots to the British girl’s body. Contrast in styles has both ladies scoring punches off each other’s frames early, with Emma landing several punches to the face before she eats a leathered swing to her midsection or sides, getting bowled over in pain, and forced to back away. It’s hard to tell who’s winning on aggregate, but Mendes’ relentless tummy-hunting lunges are hard to ignore, meaning Watson is forced to cover up if she wants to avoid getting the sh*t kicked out of her lungs this early in the fight, and the rest of her stamina sapped for the remainder. Round ends and Watson did deliver more damage to her opponent’s face, but she’s the one hugging her body as she stumbles back to the corner, conceding the opening by a wide margin!

ROUND 2:
Camila tries to repeat the same success, barreling in hard and fast, arms already pulled back to lunge under the arms or around Emma’s guard. Emma, however, is more ready for her this time, shocking Camila to her face before she can get spool an attack backwards, and by the time one of her uppercuts shoots in, aimed at the Brit’s tummy, it’s already out of aim or off-target, with Emma’s right hand to the chin or lips doing wonders to disrupt her receptacle. Emma uses her speed and agility to disrupt, sure, takes some stiff shots off her body but delivers swift punishment this time round, even sending Camila staggering backwards towards the end of the round when a left-right quick combo is pushed through her arms and snaps her head back. Wide round for Miss Watson, who proves why she’s the former Flyweight champ here.

ROUND 3:
Camila’s forced to pay more attention to her defenses, though it’s harder when your opponent has a considerable reach advantage. Emma is fully utilizing it, stomping in and firing combos away at Camila’s head, occasionally dipping low to send a tummy-pounding fist off that bronzed waistline, drawing a loud gasp from Mendes’ lips. Camila, however, not taking those shots lying down, during the third minute stomping in and delivering a hook across Emma’s face like she means to hurt and hammer her point home, with Emma’s punches getting shrugged off like bullets off an armored vest. Emma gets a taste of her foe’s power, as Mendes continues to hound her backwards with more heavy swings to her arms and under, Emma’s height proving to have more surface area and vulnerable spots for Camila to land her leather on. By the bell, Watson can be glad that she still took it by a close margin, though Mendes is slowly pulling her lead apart.

ROUND 4:
Watson’s turn to face difficulty here, getting chased back by Mendes’ sudden swings at her head, the Vixen not inclined to stay in one place and get knocked off her feet by the power in each attack. Camila relentless, arms and hips shimmying forward, ignoring stings to her forehead and nostrils, before getting close enough to BLAST Watson to the body, drawing painful gasps from the Vixen’s lips. Emma’s getting WALKED back into the ropes, arms wavering all of a sudden, not able to decide whether she should wade in to brawl with her opponent or turn tail and run! Mendes decides for her, storming in and sending a wrecking ball to the side of her ribs, chopping her in half with a grunt, before another BLAST to her chest packs enough power to rock Emma’s head and torso backwards! AND THERE SHE GOES, Watson reeling into the ropes and then collapsing forwards, falling to all fours right at the feet of Mendes!! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for the Odds & Ends starlet! Redemption in the air as Mendes comes a step closer to securing that Flyweight title shot she’s dreamed of. She gives the fallen Brit a cocky nod before strutting back to her corner, hands in the air and rounded bum shaking with excitement.

Watson, however, is slowly pushing herself back up, breathing hard at each step. If she wants to prove her worth as a former champion, she’ll need to dig deep and see this fight through!

ROUND 5:
Camila is already cocked and ready to rush back in to finish the job, and at the bell, she CHARGES straight for Waton, intending to mop up! Emma winces, covers up, as the first uppercuts rock into her arms and body, the Vixen barely possessing any time to get off the ropes before the shorter Mendes is upon her, wrecking havoc. But Watson is surprisingly holding her ground here, bending low to protect her chin and body, as Mendes reaches around to slam shots off her flanks and ribs. But Emma’s fists are kept within and close to her chest, and just as early, Emma’s sneakily shocking Camila back with inner uppercuts into her chest and base of her chin, disorienting her bit by devastating bit! By the time the third such uppercut cuts into her jawline, Mendes is stumbling back, already seeing stars!! IT’S EMMA’S TURN TO WALK HER DOWN, slow, methodical hooks catching her across her chin and face, eliciting loud and louder gasps!! Mendes looks positively STUNNED as it’s her turn to eat a clean uppercut to the chin, rocking her head skywards!! AND DOWN SHE GOES, stumbling backwards and then losing her balance! The poor brunette seems to be completely out of sorts, collapsing onto her bum, and shaking her head!! It’s a return KNOCKDOWN for Miss Watson!

Emma pumps a tired arm into the air, a weak but tired smile on her lips, as she circles back to the neutral corner, hoping that that effort was enough to force the result. But NO! Miss Mendes is already on the recovery climb, shaking the cobwebs from her head and slowly testing the strength of each of her limbs, finally getting back up to her feet by the count of 8! This fight is continuing into its second half, folks!

ROUND 6:
Both ladies want the win here, and it shows! Each lady has won a knockdown a piece, and wants to surge ahead for the rest of this fight! Camila and Emma circle in the first minute, catching their breaths. Mendes has gained a newfound respect for the British starlet at having knocked her down in the previous round, whereas Watson is no doubt wary of her opponent’s punching power, not too keen on kissing the canvas again soon. Watson’s jabs are seeing results, however, as the Vixen uses her reach to tag Mendes on off the chin and top of her forehead repeatedly. Soon, however, Camila has had enough, shrugging off another flurry to her face and instead powering through, and burying a right hand into Miss Watson’s body! OUCH!! Emma didn’t see THAT coming! Mendes hammers away at her in close quarters, scoring more blows off her toned tummy, side of her chest, before dinging a parting shot off the side of her head, and THERE THE VIXEN GOES AGAIN, stumbling towards the ropes, looking punch-drunk and wincing!! Watson has her lips parted, eyelids fluttering as she flails about desperately, trying to fend off the eventual assault! AND HERE MENDES COMES indeed, spearing the taller girl over with a straight cross to the gut, before a swift hook across the face packs the necessary power to ROCK her off her feet and DOWN to her knees!! One more for the road, it seems, as Watson is left sputtering and breathing hard on all fours for the second time! SURELY this has to be it?!

Mendes out of breath herself, chest heaving as she watches from the neutral corner, as the referee’s count slowly ticks its way upwards. Watson showing off her fighting spirit, however, slowly pushing her way back up with the help of the ropes, shaky feet managing to steady herself against the turnbuckle, then nodding to the referee that she’s ready to continue! Good lord!! Do these girls not know the meaning of ‘QUIT’??

Mendes almost has a look of begrudging respect on her face as the bell resumes for the round, and with almost two more minutes left on the clock, it’s a question of whether Emma can hold her salt long enough to survive?! Mendes not taking any chances, wading in as fast as her tired legs can carry her, ignoring the pleasantries and immediately lunging and swinging at Emma’s body once the Vixen is in range! Emma honestly not putting up too much of a fight, entirely focused on surviving to the next round, and thus turtling up as the first few hooks catch her firmly on her stomach, making her lurch forward with a groan. Mendes getting in close and personal, driving the Brit girl up against the ropes and burying glove after glove off her waistline, and up into her arms, seeking that elusive chin. Emma keeping her chin hidden amidst the groans, till a firm hand shoved into her tummy bowls her over and into Mendes’ arms, and just as her own arms fall listlessly to the side, barely trying to wrap up with her brunette’s thick form, the referee decides to step in to END THIS! And none too soon, with Watson immediately collapsing back down to her knees once Mendes is PULLED off of her and herded back to her own corner, meaning the ref was right to end this fight via TKO6!!

AFTER:
Camila looks absolutely elated in the post-fight, swinging a fist in the air to demonstrate the power of her punches. If she can send a former Flyweight champ blubbering to her knees, she can definitely do the same for a certain Dove Cameron.

“Watson found out the hard way - I’m not to be messed with. Just because a girl’s taller than me doesn’t mean I won’t find some way to humble her, starting with another glove shoved into her paunch,” Mendes says with a cocky smile.

Meanwhile, Emma has to be helped back to her feet, and escorted to her own corner, her body wracked in pain and her cheeks coloured pink from all the abuse. Not the best nights, or months even, for the decorated Vixen, and if she wants to truly enter the Hall one day, she’ll need to dig deep and cross over the finish line with both a victory, and confidence.
