Olivia Holt vs Lily Collins

Olivia:
(25, 5’2, 29:11 FCBA, Odds & Ends Fight Studio)

Lily:
(33, 5’5, 112, 62:15 FCBA, VIXENs)

BEFORE:
“Holt doesn’t know what’s coming her way,” Lily Collins says first, by ring-side, looking fit and ready in a black sports bra and long tights, as usual bearing her toned six-pack abs for the rest of the arena to admire. “She’s fighting a different fighter tonight. I’m not about to lose three times in a row to her. Not in a million years.”

“Oh, I know exactly what’s coming my way,” Holt responds from the other side of the ring, looking haughty herself in a baby blue bikini top and hot denim shorts. “Exactly what Collins brought to the ring the first two times we met: a lot of bravado, a lot of face-time with the canvas, and if she’s lucky, a little smooch of my bum by the time I’m through with her.”

Moments later, both competitors are squaring off at opposite ends of the ring. Olivia looks confident in this third meeting, already having defeated Collins back in 2020, and then literally claiming the title off her in 2021. Collins looks slightly red-faced in the other corner, having tasted first-hand Holt’s various body parts, and not too keen on her lips being reacquainted tonight.

Referee signals for the bell to kick-start these ten rounds of Flyweight action! HERE WE GO!!

ROUND 1:
Holt has always defied the odds, taking on girls three inches taller than her (or more). Recently falling to Cree Cicchino but before that, going through girls like Emma Watson and Jessica Lowndes leaves her in no worse of a spot. She strides in still full of confidence, immediately begins taking wide swings at Collins’ direction. Lily, on the other hand, plays it cautious, understandable given how her first two encounters with the younger blonde went. Collins keeps her distance, trying to jab at Holt’s head and also avoid her sudden swings. She can’t do both at the same time, at least successfully, gets caught by a few errant hits to her arms before she can get out of the way in time, and if she ain’t careful, this is gonna be another short encounter with her blonde rival. Middle of the round and Holt is still nailing leather off her body, the shorter blonde most effective at taking swings at what’s directly in front of her, ignoring Lily’s chin for now and wanting to light up those prized abs of hers. Lily wincing, taking the abuse well enough for now, ends the round with a couple of hands squeezed into Holt’s lips, but those don’t seem to bother the blonde, who’s fully focused on the real prize.

ROUND 2:
Holt continues to target the Vixen’s lean torso, packing in leather in the first minute when Lily doesn’t get out of the way fast enough, gets folded over her side as one of Holt’s hooks lands on her ribs. Lily looks to be in trouble all of a sudden, as Holt immediately swings another high, intending to knock her off her feet and call it an early night. But Collins manages to duck under in the nick of time, catching the blonde back with a swipe off her forehead, another fist landing off the tummy to heave her forward. Holt didn’t brace for that one, quickly covers up, scowls, and then marches right back in, trying to pay Lily back. But Collins manages to stay away for the rest of the round, keeping her arms locked overhead and not getting in close enough for Holt to sink her hooks in. Close round still goes to Holt on overall aggregate, though Holt is slowly starting to lose her grip on the situation.

ROUND 3:
Holt’s turn to hang back, covering up as Lily attempts to fill the gaps. Collins’ attacks are sailing in hard and fast, the Vixen using her reach advantage to devastating effect. Holt needs to be constantly moving or coming in to brawl if she wants to wreck havoc on her foes, and standing at a distance and trying to stand and trade with the taller girl is not working out for her. Lily lands jabs off her cheek, then ripples in a straight cross to the middle of her arms, trying to break through to smash the chin. Holt’s guard is at least made of sterner stuff, blocking the more powerful attacks and then returning with an overhand swing to chase Lily off whenever possible. Still, if those punches don’t actually land, they don’t count on the scorecards, and Lily continues to run up points all through to the third minute, even throwing several feints to Holt’s head to get her to raise her guard, then lunging her arms to bash at her body. Not the best round for Holt, who’s left breathing hard and her back almost on the ropes when the bell rings.

ROUND 4:
More of the same, as Holt shows surprising hesitancy at getting in close to brawl with someone she knows she can blast off her feet. Lily exploits the hesitancy, firing away high and low, slamming punches all over to not only push Holt backwards, but prevent the blonde from getting in close to do her damage. Holt does wake up her idea in the second half of the round, but by then, it’s a little too late, with Collins having anticipated that duck under and rush inwards, and the Vixen goes running backwards and across the other end of the ring, her jabs still firing and landing on Holt’s face as she comes inwards. Holt has to be content with several hits off the Vixen’s midsection for now, each time she swings at Lily’s head, Lily simply swerving to avoid the artillery blast.

ROUND 5:
But that all changes in the fifth, when Olivia’s corner has seen enough of the blonde’s uncertainty. Holt receives a talking to in between the rounds, and gets an earful that she KNOWS she can hang and bang with the greatest, and no amount of Lily’s slaps of leather to her face is going to hurt her. Olivia believes it, and CHARGES in like a completely different beast, ignoring several jabs off her forehead and eye before BLASTING Lily right to her body with a lunging hook, another and another packed into Lily’s waistline before the groaning Vixen manages to shove up and regroup, her arms still clutching at her body. That seems to have boosted Olivia’s confidence! Holt repeats the process for the rest of the round, blocking as many punches as she can as she barrels inwards, then swinging for the fences once she knows Lily’s body is within range. Collins almost always doesn’t get away in time, getting caught by another fist shoved into her tummy, which bends her over and makes her back away into the ropes, gasping for air. Holt bullying her way in yet, shoving away the Vixen’s arms and whacking her fists off those toned abs, then chopping upwards with short, snappy uppercuts to the arms, hoping to nail Collins on the chin and send her a sweet goodbye for the third and final time. But no dice, with Collins covering up her vulnerable chin and initiating the clinch more often than she should, which prevents Holt from employing the full extent of her power. Bell rings and it’s a shutout performance for the Odds and Ends blonde, who might have rediscovered the magic formula to bring Collins down!

ROUND 6:
True to their word, ladies get in close and personal, fists wrecking at each other’s bodies in tandem! Olivia is surprised at first by the Vixen’s willingness to get in her face, taking a swift hook to the cheek which sends her into a daze early. Lily follows her backwards, paying her back with leather gloves shot in and pounding away at her tummy, but then instantly regrets it when Holt blocks a low hook sent her way, chugs an uppercut right into the center of her gut to bend her over in half. Still, Collins not backing down, exchanging broadsides with the blonde as she focuses fire on knocking Holt senseless up top, and trusts that her abs can take the beating below. Holt is so fixated on mashing her gloves into Lily’s sides that she doesn’t realize the damage she’s taking up high is adding up, as another of Lily’s hooks makes contact with her ear, swiveling her off to the side with a groan. Lily’s turn to walk the blonde down, slowly but surely driving her into the ropes and scoring off her chest and body with a couple more final slaps of leather to skin. Holt isn’t looking too good by the time the bell rings, breathing hard and only saved by the referee’s intervention at the last moment.

ROUND 7:
Slower start now as Lily’s stunt pulled last round means Olivia is fully expecting another sudden charge in her direction. But that never comes, with Collins biding her time now and shocking Holt with punches thrown from afar. This mix and match of tactics is really screwing with Holt’s brain, and she can’t decide whether to scoot in and brawl or fall back to recoup her losses. Lily meanwhile is busy picking her off from afar, another one-two combo slapped into her nostrils to sting her badly, throwing her even further backwards towards the ropes. Collins is biding her time, slowly sinking more punches into every opening she sees, wary of how her first few fights went, with Holt capable of suddenly springing into action and mowing her down when she leasts expects it. But no, Holt has her mouth hanging open by the second minute, desperately trying to fend off another combo that slams into her head from multiple directions. Collins shoves another right hand straight in between her arms, snapping her head back, and HOLT GOES LIMP, letting out a grunt as her eyes roll up into their sockets, getting folded over a low hook from Collins to the body on her way down, until she HITS THE CANVAS, face-first and knocked out COLD!! It’s a FLASH KO from Lily Collins, who can’t believe it herself!! Referee takes a look at the snoozing blonde on the ground, arms and legs twitching slightly in the aftermath, and quickly signals for the medical team to get in there! There goes the final bell and it’s OVER!!

Official Decision: Lily Collins defeats Olivia Holt via KO7!

AFTER:
Collins lets a smile creep across her face in the immediate post-fight. It’s not just extending her winning record to be able to catch up with Emma Watson sooner rather than later - it’s also an important milestone for her tonight, at having finally beaten back a challenge from Holt, who was as eager to brag about being undefeated against ALL of the Vixen Flyweights.

“When she wakes up, perhaps she’ll remember the last thing that hit her,” Collins smirking to the reporters later ring-side, dangling one of her fists close to the cameras. “As I’ve said before, getting to 100 fights is at the top of my priority list right now. And ANY girl who gets in the way of that is going straight down.”

Holt later has to be revived via smelling salts, sheepishly asking her fight team ‘What happened?’, though she already has a nagging suspicion as to what the answer is. Later, she’s recovered enough of her wits to speak to reporters backstage as well: “2-1, Lily. Don’t ever forget that. You aren’t the better woman tonight, and neither will you be in the near future!”
