Before:

The final four of the Queen of the Ice Hotel tournament sees a stable rematch from the final four of the Queen of the Beach Tournament. Bonzo’s Gym and Fates fighters met when Bonzo’s Amanda Righetti knocked out Fates’s Emily DiDonato to punch her ticket to the finals. Tonight Emily has a chance at redemption as she takes on Amanda’s stablemate Camille Kostek in another final four bout that some say is the finals in the semifinals.

Camille speaks to the press first and the blonde does not pull any punches, “Emily as had opportunity after opportunity after opportunity to win a title this year. She had two lightweight title chances and a final four bout on the beach and she came up short in all of those fights. Emily has another chance to pave her way to a title shot tonight but I am sick of her getting all these chances when she has always come up short. I will make sure that after tonight, everyone knows that Emily is a great fighter who just can’t win the matches that count.”

Emily fires right back, “Unlike Camille I have actually won titles and am elite to always be in the mix for a championship opportunity. Tonight she will see what a champion truly is when I punch my ticket to the finals and the chance to win in the Ice Hotel where I had my first match.”

DiDonato the first girl to make her way to the ring, the brunette wearing her trademark purple bikini set with matching gloves for the fight. Kostek follows her out wearing a yellow bikini set and white gloves, and the two girls thunk their gloves together for ten rounds of action to decide who goes to the finals.

Round 1:

Emily eager to get revenge in a final four round against a Bonzo girl and the brunette pounces on the smaller blonde with her reach. Emily working her jab and tags Camille in her mouth to force the blonde back. Kostek used to fighting girls with a longer reach but DiDo keeps on landing her jabs and Koster can’t find a response. Emily turning up the pressure and pounds a left into Camille’s chest as the older model closes the distance and the blonde finds her chance. Kostek now close enough to strike Emily and the blonde lands a right into Emily’s chest. DiDonato stands her ground against the welter and slams a right of her own into Kostek’s chest and the blonde drops back a half foot. Emily with a follow up to the torso and Camille more than happy to scrap in close quarters. Blonde girl lands a punch into brunette torso as the bell rings and the two go back to their corners as Emily takes the first round on points.

Round 2:

The second rounds starts with the two girls circling each other and Emily again goes to her jab but Camille is ready and blocks the blow. Kostek steps forward and tags DiDo in her face and now it is the brunette dropping back. Kostek keeps herself close to DiDonato and thumps the older girl into the ropes with short but strong rights and lefts. Emily not as used to fighting welterweights and the brunette wincing as each blow connects but she gets her clinch for the break. DiDo with a quick left out of the break and she tags Kostek with a right to her chest but the younger girl shifts right and sticks the older girl with a left to her mouth. Emily protecting her head and Camille goes body and the bell rings to end the second.

Round 3:

DiDonato and Kostek settle into their rhythm as Emily jabs and Camille goes for the counterpunch. Blonde girl getting the better of the blows early in the third and she clips a left into the brunette’s chin. Emily drops back and Camille shoots out a left that lands into the older girl’s chest. Camille lines up a right at Emily’s head but the former champion dodges the blow and connects with a right across Camille’s jaw. Kostek staggers backwards and she pulls up her guard and on comes DiDonato. Emily thumps Camille’s torso with a pair of rights and she powers the Bonzo’s Gym girl into the ropes. DiDonato with a left into Kostek’s midriff and she draws a grunt out of her opponent. Emily lands another strike into Camille’s torso and nearly doubles the blonde over but Camille does not go down and the round ends.

Round 4:

Kostek keeping her distance from DiDonato but the brunette is determined. Emily feinting left and right and sticking the shorter girl with blows to her body. Camille backs into the ropes and finds a right into Emily’s chest to force her back. DiDonato takes a step back and Kostek shoots out a left follow up but Emily bobs her head out of the way at the last second and scores a haymaker into Camille’s face! Kostek’s legs buckle and it’s a one-two follow up and down goes Kostek! DiDonato with the first knockdown of the fight and the ref starts counting. Camille moving her arms around and finds the bottom rope to drag herself to her feet. The ref waves Emily back in and the brunette works on Camille’s body from close range as she keeps her in the ropes, but Kostek’s able to punch back and tags DiDo’s body. The bell rings with both girls still standing and the fourth round goes to Emily on points, wide.

Round 5:

DiDonato surges out of her corner, the brunette sensing her chance to win the title she could have won in her first FCBA fight. All Emily in the first minute as the model pounds her jabs from range into Camille’s guard and into her ribs when she can, beating a tattoo into the blonde’s body but nothing more. Kostek plants her feet and feints left before she connects with a right into DiDo’s midriff and the brunette lets out a gasp. Camille with a short right into DiDo’s nose after and knocks her backwards and follows up to her chest, forcing the brunette back with half steps. Emily protecting her head well as Camille goes body and now the blonde shows off some of her power as she drives Ems back into the ropes. The bell rings before Camille can land more punches.

Round 6:

Neither top fighter seems to be slowing down as they enter the back half of the fight and the sixth starts with Camille working Emily’s body. Kostek works in close and just picks the red spot on DiDonato’s ribs and works it. Emily’s face hides a grimace but the brunette didn’t win the lightweight title or the JMDD title without taking punches. DiDonato may fight best with her long reach but she has fought from close range too and buries leather into Kostek’s torso. “Oof” grunts the blonde and the brunette slams a left into her foe’s chest to knock her back. Camille now at Emily’s preferred distance and the former champ lands a jab into Camille’s jaw. Kostek covering up and DiDonato unleashes a blitz of blows into her foe’s body and guard. Camille’s ribs now reddening like Emily’s ribs but the brunette can’t break down the blonde’s guard. The bell rings and the two girls return to their corners as this fight requires more rounds as both women are breathing heavily.

Round 7:

DiDonato showing signs of tiring after the prior round but the Goshen Goddess still shoots out jabs as the aggressor. Kostek’s guard staying strong and blocking the blows as the brunette’s strikes bounce harmlessly off of her gloves. Emily and Camille working in closer to each other and Camille buries leather into Emily’s toned midriff. Emily lets out a grunt as Camille finds her body and Ems finds a short right in response and the two girls get tangled up in the close range fight. The referee separates the two girls and now it is Kostek who chases after her foe and sends the former champion staggering with a right hook! Emily stays on her feet but she’s giving up her body and on comes Camille! Kostek pounds a right into DiDonato’s jugs before digging a blow into the brunette’s solar plexus. Emily goes for the clinch but Camille slips away and connects with a hook that sends Emily spinning! The ref’s watching carefully as Emily covers up again and the bell saves her as she’s butt in ropes.

Round 8:

A tale of two corners as the bell rings. Kostek quick off of her feet, the blonde looking determined while DiDonato winces as she steps up, tenderly touching her midriff. DiDonato starts circling Kostek but the blonde has other ideas. Camille darts forward with lightning speed and connects with a right into Emily’s chest. DiDo comes back with a weak left into Kostek’s chest and the brunette takes a right to her chin in response and Emily is staggered again! DiDonato backpedaling awkwardly and Kostek shoots a right into her ribs. Emily protecting her head but Camille does not care and on comes the pounding! Camille shifting her focus back and forth between brunette guard and body and Emily is fading. Camille splits Emily’s gloves with a right and opens up the model’s cheek with a left. DiDonato with a right into Kostek’s face but she leaves herself open and Camille doubles over the brunette with a right to her solar plexus and she drives the air out of the model’s lungs. DiDonato’s arms out by her side for a brief second before she is snapped back up by an uppercut and hits the canvas on her back as Camille looks down at Emily in dominant fashion. The ref takes a look at Emily and calls for the bell! Your winner by a brutal KO8, Camille Kostek!

After:

Camille breathing heavily as she towers over the vanquished Emily, the rise and fall of the brunette’s chest the only indication of life after the pounding she took in the eighth. Kostek circles DiDonato before leaving the ring, letting the Fates medical staff pour into the ring to take care of their decimated crown jewel fighter after yet another devastating final four loss in a tournament.

“Emily cannot beat the big girls at Bonzo,” Camille says. “She thought she would finish the job from when she debuted at the Ice Hotel but she just can’t compete with girls like me or Amanda Righetti. Amanda lost the final on the beach but I won’t make that mistake.”

DiDonato sobbing as Elizabeth Olsen steps into the ring to console her. Two lightweight title opportunities and two tournament semifinal matches for DiDonato in the last eight months and no titles to show for her work. Most women would kill for any one of those opportunities but the elite Goshen Goddess seemingly will end her year without a title reign.
