Elyse Levesque vs. Troian Bellisario

(Results: Lookout / Words: Queens)

Elyse:

(37, 5’10”, 126lbs, 0:1 FCBA, Queens of Absolution)

Troian:

(37, 5’7”, 120lbs , 40:31 FCBA, Pretty Little Punchers, Inc.)

BEFORE:

One of the two Queen of Absolution’s golden girls will be looking for her first win tonight in the FCBA. Where she went undefeated in the BBU, she got a rude awakening during the VIXENS vs Queens December 2022 event. Looking to bounce back from her first ever defeat, the Canadian auburn haired girl has her sights set on starting a winning campaign in 2023 and the first person in her way is Troian Bellisario.

Contrasting styles at the press conference as the virtually red haired Canadian wore a brown leather biker jacket accompanied by a tight brown top and high waisted jeans which hugged her body - not to mention the sunglasses she had on and the jewelry. On the other hand, Troian was wearing a black skirt, a buttoned red top which was partially unbuttoned revealing her toned stomach, and her black bra was partially exposed. Considering Elyse was wearing heeled boots, the height difference between the two girls was more than noticeable.

Levesque spoke first at the pre-fight press conference. Glossing over her December defeat as a one-off, the Canadian continued by playing some mind games. “Troian may have been good once, but she’s not good anymore. She’s just an obstacle in my way and I plan on removing her the way Halston took care of Ashley. My focus is on winning tonight for the Queens and I don’t hold any animosity against Troian - I don’t even know the girl,” Elyse stated. “But she will go down tonight!” Levesque added.

Next up was a calm and collected Troian. “Should one of the golden girls of the Queens be so nice? I know you have your part to play but I did not expect that. I don’t have anything bad to say about you either; this is our first time meeting and while you may look and act intimidating - don’t expect to win. The Queens have a reputation you know and it’s what brought you down in December: you all hit harder than your weight class but yet defensively, break through and you can take a Queen down. I intend to do that tonight,” Troian said.

Both girls stare each other down at the podium, the height difference between Troian Bellisario and Elyse Levesque very apparent that some pundits wonder if it was even going to be a fair fight but they are both participating in the lightweight division for this match.

Fight night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and the venue is filled to the brim with PLP and Queens fans. It’s clear that this card is going to be an exciting one. First out, her pale skin glistening in the lights and red hair loose and framed - accompanied by Krysten Ritter, the two golden queens make their way down the ramp towards the boxing ring. Elyse wearing a pink sports bra with white linings a long with black tights that had pink lining and matching boots, the woman hopped under the ropes and into the ring where her black gloves with “QUEENS” embroidered in gold was written on them were put on her hands.

Next out, from the Pretty Little Punchers, accompanied by Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario wearing a red bikini bra and panties with matching boots, her boxing gloves already put on by Shay with “Pretty Little Punchers” embroidered on them, she waved to her fans as she made her way down to the ring, hopped under the ropes, and entered to begin her warm up.

The referee signals for both girls to come to the center of the ring to receive final instructions. They tap gloves but their eyes tell another story. We are now ready for 10 rounds of lightweight action and HERE WE GO!

Round 01:

The bell sounds and both girls are out of their corner. In an unusual turn of events, Elyse circles Troian with no guard while Troian had her guard up, watching the Canadian circle carefully as she tried to intimidate the brunette. “So, are you going to make a move, Troi?” Levesque asked. Ringside pundits were now truly wondering if this was going to be fair at all. “Not going to take this seriously?” Troian asked Elyse. Levesque snapped back, “when I have a serious opponent in front of me, I will.”

At those words, Troian moved in towards a completely open Levesque and that’s when Elyse rose her guard to deflect Troian’s punch, parried, and SLAMMED her fist into Troian’s right ribs driving her near the ropes. Troian knowing she’s in trouble tries to go for a clinch but Elyse anticipating this stunned Troian with another BRUTAL punch - this time landing on her mid to upper stomach. Ringsiders could hear Troian’s breath escape her mouth.

Elyse getting ready to do damage to Troian against the ropes didn’t take into account how quickly the PLP fighter would actually recover and was shocked when Bellisario’s arms wrapped around her waist so quickly. Levesque tried to get Troian off of her but the ref stepped in to break it up and reset.

Now knowing that the rumors of the Queens hitting well above their weight class to be true, Troian knew she’d have to keep her guard up as she continued to face Elyse. Troian sent some jabs at Elyse, switching between upstairs and downstairs to confuse her before delivering a decisive DIGGING punch into Levesque’s long stomach that doubled the Canadian over followed by an uppercut to the chin that snapped the red haired Canadian back a few steps.

Dazed but not out, as Troian moved in, Elyse swung a CRUEL jab into Troian’s nose causing a red stream of warm blood to come out from both nostrils before she followed up with a haymaker to Troian’s right temple that turned the American 45 degrees. Somehow, Troian had fight in her still, and both girls ended up hitting each other’s sternum - causing both to back up as the stanza came to a close.

Elyse wins the grueling opening round on points, close.

Round 02:

As both girls come out for the second stanza, Troian is far more vigilant this time of the 5’10” Canadian knowing she can hit A LOT harder than her normal opponents. Or rather, that the Queens punching above their weight class wasn’t a myth. Elyse had reach but Troian had adaptability on her side. Every time Levesque would throw a jab, Troian backed up and pushed into the pocket giving an admonishing amount of punches to Elyse’s arms and taut tummy before escaping the pocket before Levesque could respond.

This went on through minute two but by the final minute, Troian miscalculated and Elyse twisted her hips and waist to give Bellisario a DEVISTATING haymaker to the left cheek which spun the brunette 180 degrees and dazed the brunette as her vision fogged almost completely up from just that one hit. Levesque on the other hand was hurting in the torso and arms and chose not to pursue and the round came to an end.

A fast paced and brutal round that went in Troian’s favor wide for racking up all the hits in the pocket.

Round 03:

The third round and both girls are in defensive mode. It seems that the Canadian wasn’t intent on continuing where she left off and the American got a reprieve as they seemed to be throwing jabs whenever and wherever they could in what was purely a stanza of recovery from aches and dazes. While both girls may have been grunting with each hit to whatever part of their body was exposed, neither forced the issue as the bell sounded.

Troian edges out the round on points for landing more hits, close.

Round 04:

After each corner worked on their girl the fourth stanza began. This time it was not a defensive game as both girls charged at each other and entered into a brawl knowing that if it came down to points, it would be close. The continuous pistons between Levesque and Bellisario’s abs and ribs got so intense that at one point their bodies were touching which finally forced the referee to break the two girls up.

After the reset, Troian came in with a defensive game trying to use the same tactic she used in round two but Elyse caught Bellisario in her attempts to get into the pocket and delivered BASHING jabs to the face and one which landed on one of Bellisario’s eyes - repeatedly. Levesque, not intent with the damage she already inflicted, sent another infamous haymaker into Troian’s ribcage before following up with an infamous uppercut that had enough force to put Bellisario on her toes. Mercifully, the bell rang before Levesque could inflict anymore damage.

A cruel round for Troian but at least she was still hanging on in the fight as the judges gave it to Elyse wide on points.

Round 05:

We’re at the halfway point and both Shay and Krysten are giving their stablemates pep talks. As they turned to face each other, Bellisario and Levesque clearly had daggers in their eyes - ready to end the match however they could. With the bell, round five began and both girls were out and eager to meet in the middle.

A war of attrition broke out as both girls started SLAMMING jabs at the other but Elyse’s greater strength was pushing Troian closer and closer to the ropes which Bellisario was keenly aware of. In a last ditch effort to back the red haired Canadian off of her, Troian struck at Levesque midriff and jugs which did work but it also spelled the beginning of the end for her as minute three ticked in.

Elyse SLAMMED punches right into Troian’s solar plexus with enough force to lift the poor girl off the canvas slightly - stunning and blurring the vision of Bellisario who was now not getting enough air. Levesque followed up with a BATTERING of what were infamous Queens jabs to the face that used the same techniques as some of the other infamous tactics. Elyse didn’t stop until Bellisario’s eyes were glazed over and blood was streaming from her nose at which point she delivered an uppercut that DROPPED Troian like rocks.

At this point, the ref should have probably ended the match but instead, Levesque went to a neutral corner and he started counting. 1, 2, 3… Troian was twitching her extremities; 4, 5, 6… remarkably the American started to curl up towards a sitting position; 7, 8, 9, 10… Troian had no chance of getting up and was out!

Official Decision: Winner by KO5, Elyse Levesque.

AFTER:

Grueling match, especially for Troian who seemed to face the wrath of Elyse Levesque in the final stanza but it wasn’t over yet. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and Elyse made sure of it by putting one foot on Troian’s stomach as she posed in victory. While the PLP fans booed, the Queens fan were cheering.

After Levesque felt enough photos were taken the unexpected happened. Impressed with Troian for taking such a beatdown, she offered her hand to help the extremely dazed PLP girl up. Since these two had no animosity against each other, Bellisario did take her hand cautiously but once she was standing up - supported by the 5’10” Canadian, both girls raised one arm up in solidarity before parting for their separate ways.

Mark Lopez from “Before the Bell: Inside Edition” was on the scene with the press to interview Levesque after the match. Elyse gave a brief statement: “I’m impressed with Troian, she was resilient where most women would falter and while she may be leaving here bruised and likely with a bruised ego, the fact she has impressed me is something that very few girls do when most drop like flies.”
