Before:

Lightweight action sees two of the top fighting models meet for the first time in another addition to the blonde vs brunette rivalry in the FCBA. Lioness Sandra Kubicka meets Emily DiDonato of Fates in the ring for a battle of model supremacy. Kubicka has emerged as a rising star in the lightweight division and after a banner year of 8-3, the Lioness looks to one of the biggest fights of her career against former champion Emily DiDonato. The Goshen Goddess lost two title shots in 2022 and was eliminated in both the Queen of the Ice Hotel and Queen of the Beach tournaments in the final four by Bonzo fighters, and she has earned herself the unfortunate reputation of not being able to win “the big one”. Emily is still bearing down on 60 wins and entry to the hall of fame but her legacy could be different with only a couple extra wins.

DiDonato is the first girl to speak at the press conference. “Let what I do to Sandra be a lesson for Taylor. I will win and she will lose. I’ve been at the top of my game since I joined Fates and built the stable. I am not stopping now.”

Sandra responds. “Emily is more concerned about Taylor right now and the internal stable war catfight at Fates. She is going to regret looking over me when I prove I am the next big model at lightweight.”

Fight night and DiDonato is the first girl out from the back and accompanied by her stablemate Karen Gillan. The Goshen Goddess removes her robe to reveal a navy sports bra and matching trunks with black gloves. Sandra Kubicka steps out moments later and makes her way to the ring. The blonde removes her robe to reveal white floral print bikini with white gloves. The two women stare each other down and only thump gloves when the ref tells them to. The bell rings and off we go for ten rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:

The two models exit their corners and start circling each other. DiDonato the more experienced girl and bigger and she uses her reach early to work back the smaller girl and tagging her body with follow ups. Kubicka giving up ground and letting the bigger girl put in work. DiDo feints right and drives a hard left into Kubicka’s cheek and the blonde is forced to clinch. The ref pulls the two girls apart and the fight continues. The two women start circling and Emily again is the aggressor but Sandra blocks her blows and finds a left into the brunette’s chest. DiDonato pounds Kubicka back with a left and the two girls scrap in close quarter until the bell rings. Emily takes the first round on points, close.

Round 2:

The two women start the same as the first and Emily shoots out another left at Sandra. Kubicka blocks the blow and chops DiDonato in her mouth with a right in response. Blonde girl with a short left into the brunette’s midriff from close range and the former champion clinches to force a break. The ref steps in and the two girls continue to circle. The Lioness girl closes distance and drives a left around the Fates girl’s guard and again goes body, working in close to the bigger girl and robbing her of her reach advantage. Kubicka works body as DiDonato backpedals and tries to get more distance. Sandra keeps it close and Emily starts working short blows back into her foe’s body. The two women get tangled and the bell rings and Sandra evens up the fight on points, wide.

Round 3:

Both women settle into their rhythms to start the third as Emily bombs away from range while Sandra works for the counter. Kubicka lands a left straight early on and she goes for a follow up at DiDonato’s face. DiDo bobs her head out of the way and clinches with the smaller girl. The ref steps in and pulls the two girls apart. Sandra feints left and goes right but her strike bounces into Emily’s gloves and the brunette drives a left into Sandra’s midriff. Kubicka blocks a follow up from DiDonato but the Fates girl connects with another body blow that knocks the smaller girl back. Emily chases after her prey but Sandra hammers the older girl back tit for tat but she keeps on losing ground. The bell rings and it is another close round in the fight between the models.

Round 4:

Emily looks to press her power advantage and swings with a big right to start the fourth but Sandra ducks out of the way and hammers a left into Emily’s breadbasket. DiDonato groans and Kubicka tags her face with a right and now the brunette is the girl giving up ground. Sandra working in close, tagging body but not able to get to her foe’s head. Emily with a slight shove back for some distance and she finds a short right into Sandra’s body and now the blonde backs off. The two women begin circling again and Sandra is hitting her stride as she darts in and out of Emily’s range and tags her foe’s ribs. DiDo steadily worked back into the ropes and the brunette has to clinch again for the break. The two girls get separated and the round comes to an end with Sandra taking the fourth on points.

Round 5:

Kubicka picks up where she left off in the fourth and bullies the bigger girl back into the ropes as the blonde shows off her power. The Polish girl chops at the American’s chest and the older girl gives up ground as Sandra moves forward. Kubicka tags DiDo’s midriff and she works in close again and DiDonato has to clinch again. The two girls get separated and Sandra feints left as she skirts right and her head snaps back as Emily connects with a haymaker! Kubicka stunned and DiDonato follows up with a blow to her body. Sandra grunts and the blonde girl now clinches and the ref steps in again. Kubicka gets her break and the two girls stare each other down. Emily feints right and goes left but Sandra is faster and tags the brunette with a right as the bell rings.

Round 6:

The second half of the fight starts and DiDonato gets a scolding between rounds. Kubicka as light on her feet as ever as she darts in and out of DiDonato’s range. Blonde girl lands a right to the brunette’s ribs and darts back to evade a right response from Emily. Sandra comes back in and Emily connects with a right to her jaw! Blonde girl staggered but somehow pulls her guard up to block an uppercut from the brunette as Emily shows off her power. DiDonato quick to shift her focus to Kubicka’s body and hammers two rights into her midriff that makes the younger model wince. Emily follows up with a left that slips through Sandra’s guard and drives the blonde into the ropes. Kubicka covers up and the ref watches closely as DiDonato hammers blows into the smaller girl’s body. Sandra nudges Emily back with her shoulder to clinch as the bell rings and the brunette wins the sixth on points.

Round 7:

DiDonato hitting her stride as the seventh starts and the brunette shows off her power as she shells Kubicka’s body with punches. The Lioness knows she can’t win a shootout with the Fates girl and she clinches to force a break. The ref separates the two women and Sandra starts circling out of the break. Kubicka feints left and tags DiDo with a right and the blonde drops back only for the brunette to plunge leather into her midriff. Sandra grimaces in surprise and Emily follows up with a left through her gloves to knock the blonde backward. Sandra covering up but Emily just tears through her guard with what has to be a message for Taylor Swift. Kubicka’s guard droops and DiDonato connects with a one-two to her chin and down goes the blonde! Sandra grabs for the ropes and gets herself to all fours but she makes it no further. Your winner by KO7, Emily DiDonato!

After:

DiDonato with another win as she edges closer to hall of fame qualifications while Kubicka has to regroup on her ascent. Emily poses for the crowd, the brunette with a fierce look in her eyes as she’s made herself an enemy of powerhouse lightweights like Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner and has made her mark on the division. Sandra is on her stool and the Lioness staff stares at the Fates girl as she turns and faces the smaller model. DiDo glares at the blonde and leaves the ring without talking to the Lioness unlike most fights where she hugs the girl she defeated.

“I know Sandra’s made a name for herself but I am a woman on a mission.” Emily says. “Taylor, know that what Sandra got is what you will get and if your lapdog Blake gets involved she will get it too.” DiDonato storms off, the brunette clearly focused on the eventual deciding match in the best of seven series with her stablemate Taylor Swift.

Sandra talks to the press later. “I am not done with her. There will be a rematch and I will come out on top then.”
