BEFORE: Lily Aldridge fell to Polish lightweight #1 Sandra Kubicka last summer and since these two share the same gym she's been taunted to challenge the #2 Ela Kawalec who actually has some bold plans herself. Ela joined the Sirens team hoping for a proper breakthrough - dare we say maybe mirror Kubicka's rise up the rankings - but she only found the short end of the stick going 0-3 during the 2022 season. The only way is up and BLONDE! Magazine predictions claim this is where the "new Ela" roars into contention taking down the "overrated and aging" Aldridge as her first victim. Let's get it on!
Lily Aldridge wears a teal green bikini set & silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a custom ponytail. Ela Kawalec wears a red bikini set & black gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a custom ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.
Round 1:
Lily lands several quick hooks up the middle to force Ela into immediate response which triggers a hectic back & forth dispute in the center of the ring where the older model carries more genuine power to rattle the blonde off her stance. She drives more leather on target and knocks Ela's head back before looping a left hook on the ear that sends Kawalec into a proper retreat. The Polish model tries to mount a comeback down the stretch but she eats more vicious hooks as Lily rides a rare slugging wave to pound the stunned blonde back to the ropes. One last chance for Ela to find her groove goes nowhere and Aldridge whacks her from both flanks to silence the Sirens corner when she almost knocks the subdued blonde through the ropes outright.
Round 2:
Ela is happy to seek a swarming response and keeps Lily honest during another close range dispute. One has to say this fight goes all personal here and maybe Sandra Kubicka has pulled the right strings to make it happen. Lily catches Ela off guard and knocks her head back repeatedly until she eats an overhand stinger on the nose that leaves a small gash across the ridge. Ugh! Kawalec catches the counter-punching wave and pummels the American from both flanks until she wobbles her on her heels and proceeds to shut her down along the ropes. She adds a body assault factor and tears the exposed ribcage to the point Aldridge slumps into loud spasms and seeks a desperate clinch to avoid more trouble late in the going.
Round 3:
More blonde slugging on display and Lily just can't live with Ela's pace here. She gets whacked up the middle and is fortunate not to suffer another nasal damage as Kawalec pours on the heat where she thinks she can break the brunette's resilience. Lily does well to spin out of danger but the defensive retreat only gives Ela the additional artistic impression value and the crowd suddenly gets behind the Polish model to the point even Lioness coach Claudia Schiffer loses her patience. She urges Lily to dish out more slugging heat alas Ela drops the haymaker on the chin and rattles the older model behind a tight earmuff. Ugh! A couple of low hits on the stomach slump Aldridge into hugging the ropes and Kawalec duly cleans her up piling leather in mind over matter fashion. Bell.
Round 4:
Lily lands the initial left/right combo and drills a left hook on the nose to stagger Ela on her heels but the Polish blonde feels she can slam dunk the Sports Illustrated veteran on the spot anyway... but she didn't see a thunder left hook coming that SPILLS BLOOD from her nose upon impact and catches most of the audience by surprise as well. Uh-oh!!! Ela wipes the blood across her face just as Lily NAILS her with another left hook on the ear that FOLDS THE BLONDE ONTO HER KNEES!!! Ela sits down on her heels and there's nothing she can do about the blood spillage; she slumps on her side half-way during the count and just like that it's all over!!! Bloody KO4 Lily Aldridge!!!
AFTER: The Sirens entourage cannot believe what just happened! Ela is truly a much better fighter to nurse a losing streak like that and BLONDE! Magazine claims Lily was extremely fortunate to inflict so much damage on a clearly superior opponent! We need a frickin' rematch! Ela is too furious to stay focused enough and she storms out of the ring with a towel covering most of her face. It looks like her ego was hurt as bad as her nose but Lily couldn't care less for the time being: "I still got a mean punch. I know some folks think I'm a low-key gatekeeper at best but that's totally infair. I laid out more of these wannabe models than Brooklyn Decker and Bar Rafael combined! I can always fight Ela... or Sandra for that matter again!" (winks).
