Romee Strijd vs Lorena Rae

BEFORE: One might argue Romee Strijd enjoys the boxing career Lorena Rae was looking for herself but there's every chance the German steals her opponent's thunder if she can beat her in this high-profile European clash tonight. No love lost between the two girls as Lorena triggers a hairpulling catfight during the press conference and even catches Lioness coach Claudia Schiffer with a stray hook before ending on top of Romee for a brief moment. The security crew eventually pulls her away but the shocking meltdown indicates Lorena feels the pressure to deliver the result in front of the Vegas audience. Welterweight isn't exactly the most crowded division and Rae doesn't want to get stuck in no man's land where she's gonna beat up on majority of the free agents but will come up short against the managed gentry of the boxing class.
Romee Strijd wears a pink bikini set & silver gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Lorena Rae wears a black bikini set & red gloves. Long light brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.
Round 1:
Romee settles in the jabbing pursuit and tries to lure the German into some ill-advised move early on but Lorena relies on her punching power and sticks to her head-hunting plan that knocks the blonde ponytail around until coach Claudia Schiffer urges the Dutch model to react in more aggressive fashion. Lorena can't hide the smile on her face as she hears her compatriot sound off in the Lioness corner but Strijd finds the supreme punch and smacks the German on the mouth several times before a quick switch to the body drops Rae into coverage. Romee cuts a much mobile presence in the ring and waltzes around Lorena until she backs her onto the ropes outright; she rips more body checks around the elbows and leaves the German power puncher fuming in anger at the bell.
Round 2:
Lorena hammers the one-two combo on the blonde's rack and stuffs her in the center of the ring which allows her to finally assume control of the slugging delivery. She mauls the Dutch foe to the body but still rips an overhand series before Romee can regain her poise. It's notoriously dangerous to have a freezing moment like that versus a genuine power puncher but Rae misses out on the big prize and has to settle for artistic impression when she closes the younger model down along the ropes. She pummels her to the body again but Romee shows exceptional resistance for someone allegedly so slender build. Lorena works her to the boobs but suddenly eats a wide overhand on the nose and staggers to the side moments before the bell. That's not enough to cost her the round but enough to keep the Lioness spark alive.
Round 3:
More of the same in the third, Lorena secures the dominant execution by the numbers but struggles to punish the Dutch opponent and has to settle for more back & forth pounding in the classic phone booth stance. These lanky models could really use some wind-up so it's perhaps no surprise they can't carry enough power behind their shots before Lorena loses her patience and shoves the blonde woman onto the ropes and jumps into a gung-ho leather spray can. She misses on the put away several times and usually lands single licks on the Dutch face while Strijd still finds the overhand response during a hectic exchange that gains plenty of loud support from the Vegas patrons anyway. Lorena earns the last laugh when she cuts Romee across the nasal ridge right at the bell however this wound only sparks a furious payback in the next round...
Round 4:
Romee engages the swarming drill and clobbers the German brunette in the breasts to cause a moment of shock in the Eagles corner and before coach Gina Wild can properly react there's a genuine war of attrition going on and Lorena keeps taking the worst hits! She eats a nasty hook on the nose and slumps on the heels while the blonde's quicker work rate allows her to beat the allegedly stronger woman to the punch... and there's only as much leather Rae can embrace given the welterweight reality... she eats a vicious combo on the mouth that spills some blood from the damaged lips but she still tries to follow through only for Strijd to catch her cold with a left hook on the ear that DROPS THE GERMAN FLAT ON HER BACK!!! Uh-oh!!! They fall a little harder in this division and Lorena's desperate effort to beat the count still leaves her slumping into the referee's arms when he askes her if she's good to go. She obviously is not and the fight is duly stopped! TKO4 Romee Strijd!!!
AFTER: Lorena claims she's ready to continue but her inner ear clearly indicates otherwise and the lanky brunette can barely walk straight to her corner where she needs a lenghty sit down while the crowd applauds the victorious Dutch opponent instead. Lioness Club is always open for more challenges and Romee vows to accept anyone brave enough to fight her as she refuses to step down to BBU where she could probably win that elusive championship silverware: "I'm more than qualified to mix it with the best on this side of the Atlantic. I've had over 30 fights here and there are still people who question whether I'm good enough? Jealousy is a powerful thing!" (laughs).
