Intro:
This is the third time that Hilary Rhoda and "The Queen" Kate Upton have met inside the squared circle. Hilary won their first clash back in August 2017 when she defeated Kate by referee stoppage in the ninth round to win her lone welterweight title. Kate would get revenge a year later by knockout in the eighth round. For years after they have verbal sparred but now they might very well decide which of them is the better fighter when going head to head.

The build up to the bout saw both women interviewed by the FCBA Networks Alicia Atout. Who first stopped off at the Girls Friday gym to speak to Hilary in their media room. Hilary sat in her seat wearing a black dress to go with her heels, a beaming smile on her gorgeous face.

Asked about her feelings towards Kate; Hilary answers "I do respect Kate. You can't win as much as she has if you can't fight. The thing is... Well she is a bytch. Look at how she has acted with me and people within my stable, she is a bully that thinks the world revolves around her and her boobs." Alicia stifles a laugh about the boobs comment.

Hilary then is asked about how much confidence she has after losing another welterweight title bout. Hilary sighs before she says "look Blake (Lively) defeated me in a good bout. I know I could have done more on the night but I've learned the hard way to not look in the past. I do hope you ask Kate about losing her beach boxing title last month." An annoyed tone showing that she isn't hiding her frustration at losing again.

She is finally given a chance to give Kate a message. Hilary stares intensely into the camera before she says "Kate I am going to enjoy dismantling you. The world is sick of you and this sh*tty attitude you have." Nodding to Alicia that she is done.

Kate meanwhile does her interview after doing a public workout. Trying to show the world why she is such a dominant force in the FCBA as she pounds a punch bag, does weights and spars Yvonne Strahovski in a competitive session between the two friends, ending with them embracing with a warm smile.

Stepping out the ring with her gold coloured gloves on. Kate is wearing a red sports bra with white trim, matching shorts and trainers. She waves Alicia over to her, telling her "that's what makes a champion. Working your butt off to get into shape, having friends who push you and coaches that give you the tools. It also helps when you are flawless like me." Bragging as she flexes for the cameras.

She is asked about Hilary. Kate scoffs and tells Alicia "I have been asking to fight her for years. She has hidden from me in that dump of a gym she trains out of with those losers. I have also been winning titles, unlike dear Hilary there." Laughing to herself as she takes off her gloves under her armpits.

"Hilary is at best a solid boxer. I am the f**king Queen of the ring, modelling and damn well anything I put my mind too. There's nowhere for Hilary to hide if she wants to be back in the title picture, she has to go through me and sorry to tell her lone fan, she is getting knocked out." She finishes up as her coach Nicole Kidman waves her over to discuss the sparring session with Yvonne.

Fight night. First through the curtain comes Hilary with her coach Rebecca Romijn. Who is another known Kate Upton hater. They walk to the ring with purpose as a win here will be a major boost after the upset of losing last month. Hilary climbs into the ring wearing a white sports bra with black trim, matching trunks and shoes, black gloves and her hair tied into a braid finish her look off. Hilary stretches to keep loose as she awaits her opponent.

Kate takes a little time to emerge, making Hilary wait for her. Out comes Kate with Nicole behind her, a big smile on the face of Kate as she looks relaxed and confident. Wearing her now traditional gold sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, her hair is tied into a ponytail as she climbs into the ring. Tapping her gloves together as she bounces on her toes, making her jugs jiggle around to the delight of those ringside.

The referee waves the fighters to the middle of the ring where they lock eyes. Kate gets the louder response from the crowd, making her grin at Hilary. When told to touch gloves they crack theirs into their opponents set. Not much love lost here as they walk back to their corners, ready to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
Both women exchanging single punches to start as they look for an angle to strike with their power punches. Landing as much on each others lead gloves as they are on target. Kate steps inside but gets clipped around her ear with a short right as she does so. Both exchanging hard shots on the inside till Hilary nudges back Kate to create space.

After a hard fought opening minute they are opening up more. Hilary landing some nice crisp straight punches as she mixes up her targets. Kate though again gets inside with a short right across the jugs of her opponent. Once inside the blonde is working the torso of Rhoda to make her grunt out as she backs her up.

Hilary trying to push off Kate but gets caught over the top with a left to her cheek. Kate muscles back Hilary onto the ropes, testing the abs of the brunette till she is held onto. The referee stepping in to split them up as a few insults are exchanged between the beautiful rivals. Going toe to toe in the final fifteen seconds to the delight of the fans. At the bell they walk back to their corners looking determined to overcome their rival and prove dominance over them.

Round 2:
Hilary kicks off the round doubling up her jab more, striking Kate more through her mitts to her face. After thirty seconds Kate crouches under a jab to move inside with two short right hooks into the ribs of her opponent. Both striking in close range till Hilary uses her left hand behind Kate's head and steps to the left side of the blonde, pushing her around like a matador with a bull.

Stabbing in a left/right straight into the face of Kate to snap back her head. Hilary is looking more relaxed now she holds the middle of the ring. Kate is fighting off the ropes but getting caught through her guard to snap back her head. Hilary even pays Kate back at times for the shot across her tits with a few of her own to her rivals set.

Less then a minute to go. Kate deflects a jab to step inside with a left hook to the body, Hilary holds her right away to stop any rhythm for Upton, making Kate cry out in frustration. They are split up with Hilary enforcing the range with straight punches, forcing Kate to fight where she wants up until the round ends. Kate nods to herself as she walks back to her corner, knowing she let that round go.

Round 3:
Again Hilary is up on her toes doubling up her jab. Kate looking annoyed when she is getting caught flush by her foe. Hilary switching up her targets as she looks in full flow. Forcing Kate to be patient, the former Queen of the Beach feinting with an attack to bait Hilary before she steps to her left side and lands a counter right to her cheek.

Kate now forces back Hilary towards the ropes. Digging her toes in as she sends in power shots till Hilary grabs her right arm, the brunette landing several short digging rights into Kate's ear as Kate digs into her kidneys. The referee breaks them apart with a warning to them to keep it clean. Back at it they go with several cracking shots heard.

Stepping back when a left cross flashes past her face. Hilary comes back in with a counter straight into the nose of Kate to make her cry out. A left hook follows to turn her head as Kate moves backwards. Hilary forces her into a neutral corner as Kate covers up more tightly. Sending in hooks around Kate's guard now as she lets her hands go till the bell rings. Hilary looks fired up as she storms back to her corner. Kate not impressed by herself as she is cursing herself for being caught out there.

Round 4:
Stepping back out to resume with Hilary looking to keep on the move and keep moving Kate around. Kate dipping down more to jab around the chest of the brunette to push her back. An overhand right catches Hilary around her jaw. Kate using the opening to crowd back her foe into a neutral corner. Whacking in short hooks over the top till Hilary grabs onto her.

Broken up with both landing with straights when they resume. Kate looking to keep the pressure on Hilary. Who steps back exchanging with Kate, stepping to the right of Kate to land a stinging jab to her cheek before landing a right hook on Upton's face.

Hilary looking to use her momentum but she walks into a left cross on her cheek. Kate puts her head down, nearly headbutting Hilary on her chin as she pounds away at the ribs of the Girls Friday fighter. Kate driving back Rhoda to the neutral corner. The round ends with Kate jogging back to her corner looking to have the bit between her teeth. Hilary walks back to her corner with Rebecca telling her not to worry about Kate. Clearly believing they have the game plan to win this bout.

Round 5:
Things start to get more heavy handed as Hilary plants her feet more. Both landing some crunching hooks till Hilary dances back out of range. A double jab catching Kate on her forehead as she looks to chase after Hilary, maybe Hilary baiting in her rival as she starts to back up Kate towards the ropes.

Kate holds onto Hilary when her back touches the ropes, both landing rabbit punches around the back of the their opponents head. The referee breaks them up and warns them to keep to the rules. Resuming with Kate pushing to the inside quickly, using her left forearm into the chest of Hilary to push her back onto her heels before pounding in short hooks over the top.

Pushing off Kate; Hilary moving away from the ropes. Both exchanging as they are wanting to desperately to win this round. Cheeks are reddening up after getting hit more cleanly. The round ends with a loud roar from the crowd. Both women squaring up with a few choice words. The referee pushes them apart and orders them to their corners as this is becoming a heated bout.

Round 6:
Resuming with both digging their toes into the canvas as they exchange. Kate steps inside to land a few hooks around the body of her foe. Hilary uses her left forearm under the chin of Upton to push her off, referee giving Hilary a firm warning as they are broken up. Kate looking furious as she swings in more looking to hurt her rival.

A missed right cross from Kate leaves her open to a counter left onto her chin to twist her head. AN UPPERCUT LANDS ON THE CHIN OF KATE TO SEND HER STUMBLING DOWN TO HER BACKSIDE!

Hilary walks to the neutral corner with arms in the air as she gets her fans cheering. 1....2....3... Kate shakes her head to clear any fog. 4....5....6... Kate pushes up to her right knee, left foot planted as she stares hard at the referee. 7....8... She pushes up to her feet, fists raised as she nods she can fight on.

They are told to fight on with Kate needing to box off the back foot as Hilary looks to steamroller her. Problem for Hilary is that Kate doesn't seem badly hurt, Kate landing some crisp punches off her back foot as the crowd cheers them both.

The round soon ends with both staring hard at each other. Kate tapping her cheeks as she returns to her corner, Nicole checking her over and looks happy enough with how she looks. Hilary meanwhile takes a sip of water as Rebecca tells her what she needs to do to end this bout as they discuss tactics.

Round 7:
Hilary is trying to land more punches in bunches to overwhelm Kate; landing several good clean shots to push the blonde back. Moving around near the ropes now, Kate stabbing in punches back to the chest of Hilary to push her back at times.

After the opening minute Kate dips under a straight to land a left hook under the ribs of Hilary to make her hiss as she winces. An overhand right lands around the ear of the Girls Friday fighter to send some sweat flying out. Suddenly Kate is on top as she hammers back Hilary to the ropes. Her supporters on their feet roaring her on till Hilary pulls her into a front headlock to stop her.

Broken up Kate is quick to step in with a straight under the chin of Hilary to knock her to her heels, left/right hook combo follows to shake up Hilary as her legs give a wobble. The Upton fans smelling blood in the water as Rhoda backs up. A MISSED LEFT CROSS BY HILARY LEAVES HER OPEN TO A COUNTER RIGHT HOOK FLUSH ON HER CHIN! DOWN GOES HILARY TO HER BACK!

Kate raises her arms in the air as she stares down at Hilary. Walking to the neutral corner with her eyes firmly locked on Rebecca in the Girls Friday corner. 1....2....3....4... Hilary groans as she bends her right knee as her arms are spread out. 5....6....7... Eyes shut as she isn't moving any more. 8....9...10 Hilary couldn't beat the count!

Winner Kate Upton KO Round 7

After:
The power and poise of Kate Upton firmly on show tonight. She marches over to Hilary to press her right foot on her chest as she flexes her arms. Yelling over to the Girls Friday corner "you need to train these bytches better, I just keep knocking them out!" To make Rebecca step into the ring to push her off Hilary.

Before there's any fists flying between the bitter rivals. The referee steps between Rebecca and Kate. Nicole comes into the ring to herd Kate back to their corner. She tells Kate "that should have them pissed off all weekend." Both laughing as Kate sits down to get cleaned up and a drink of water.

While Hilary is soon helped to sit up by her coach. Rebecca gets a bottle of water for her as she shakes the cobwebs loose. Hilary admits she stupidly got caught flush. Rebecca telling her not to get worked up as they remind her that Kate has knocked her out twice herself. Both embracing moments later.

Up gets Hilary to a respectful round of applause. She nods to the crowd before walking over to her stool with help from Rebecca. She looks lost in her thoughts, maybe wondering if she can ever find the level that got her the world title. The division might be evolving around her faster then she is adapting to it.

Someone certainly not afraid of that is Kate in her corner. She marches out to the center of the ring, getting her right arm raised in victory as she grins over to her rivals corner. Hilary shaking her head as she is helped out the ring. Kate heard yelling "you'll always be in my shadow!" To her beaten opponent.

The winner then points to the camera as she tells the world "I am the damn queen of the FCBA. I don't need a crown or a title to prove them." Maybe getting all her frustration out after losing her title last month. Kate goes on a lap of honour inside the ring to make sure everyone in the arena knows that.

Then she leaves the ring with Nicole. It will be interesting to see where Kate goes next as she is never going to stop being ambitious. Most likely she will have her eyes on the welterweight title fight between the Queen of the Beach Amy Willerton and the world champion Blake Lively, certainly she has a score to settle with both women.
