Avril Lavigne’s choice of opponent for her next title defense sure has the pundits talking, with the Dollhouse champ not shying away from any dangerous foes, ex-champions, or girls who knocked her the f*ck out only recently.

Lavigne purses her lips at one such reporter’s question asking about her history with Ortega, before the champ scoffs and grabs the microphone to respond.

“Look...b*tch got lucky last time, OK?” Avril rolls her eyes, as if on cue. “I didn't take her seriously…like, at all! and she obviously was taking it way too seriously...like it was the biggest fight of her life or something. But whatever! Tonight will be totally different. I'm the champion now...and I'm going to prove she's totally not on my level.” Avril turns to Jenna, who's seated across the press table. “You've got a long way to go before you're good enough to be champ, b*tch. You're not catching me off guard again tonight...I'mma f*ck you up!"

Strong words from the Dollhouse Queen, who doesn’t want to lose her belt tonight and perhaps even more importantly doesn’t want a repeat, humiliating loss to Ortega. The challenger tonight took the FCBA by storm just months ago herself, with Miss Ortega not only soundly beating Lavigne but doing the same to the Dollhouse rising star Maddie Ziegler leading to the GBS superstar almost managing to clinch the Flyweight title but falling just short against ex-champ Millie Bobby Brown. Now, she’s back on the hunt for the gold and after knocking out Hall of Famer Michelle Williams in 6 Jenna seems poised to take out the Canadian singer once again and claim her spot at the top of the division. From her own opening remarks, she definitely thinks less of Lavigne than some of her previous foes in the ring.

"I guess knocking you out wasn't enough for you?” Jenna responds with a smirk. “I thought I'd get some respect after what happened last time...besides, this is my SECOND title fight after just 7 fights in the league...I mean, it must be some record. If that doesn’t clue her in that I'm really f*cking good, pretty much nothing will. But sure...it's cool. Av's cockiness is only going to make beating her again tonight even more satisfying. Did she see what I did to Michelle? I may not be a cruel psycho like Collins, but I got plenty planned for my championship celebration tonight,” Jenna ends off with a wink and smirk.

Just the mention of Collins’ name brings a dark cloud over Avril’s face, and she immediately starts spewing insults and taunts back from across the room, something about how dare that Ortega even try and test her, and something else about Lily Collins being a no-good skank.

The pre-fight stare down on stage is a brief affair, with an army of fight officials having already swarmed the space to keep both fighters from closing distance and starting the physical festivities a little too early. It’s all fair and good, because the Flyweight champ is already looking for any opportunity to lunge at her challenger, pacing about anxiously waiting on one end while Ortega simply smirks back, daring Lavigne to try something.

But both fighters are soon separated and herded to their respective corners of the press hall, with Carmen Electra and company doing their best to calm their prized fighter down before the actual start of this contest.

Hours later, we’re back in the ring and the arena is popping off, the crowds fired up to see this repeat clash of elite Flyweights, made even sweeter by Avril’s title being on the line tonight. In one corner of the ring, the Dollhouse Queen and flyweight champion is clad her usual black and pink sports bra and short tights, black boxing gloves, her blonde hair in a high ponytail and looking ready to go as she jumps up and down in place, smiling to the fans as the announcer calls her name.

In the other corner, Miss Ortega has her bright future laid out for her, and according to the pundits, with the Latina sensation coming in dressed to kill in a navy sports bra and white boxing trunks, midnight gloves bunched together and ready to bash into something (or someone) especially if it’s a blonde Canadian singer.

The referee gets the mutual nod from both parties, who get into their respective fighting stances! HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action! This here’s for the Flyweight Championship!

ROUND 1:
It’s an obvious must-win situation for the champ, with Avril getting humiliated the last time by her loss, and clearly wanting to KO Jenna out and early to regain her pride. The champ kicks things off highly aggressive, no hesitation here as she walks in and immediately jabs away at Ortega’s arms, stiff lefts and rights aimed high for the challenger’s face. Perhaps it’s going up against Ortega’s youthful energy, as well the fact that Avril doesn’t want to stick around all the way to Round 10 to find out which of them has the better stamina. She sticks another double hook combo - one into Jenna’s body, the other smack into the arms - to send Jenna reeling from her power, but still smirking, the challenger refusing to let herself get bullied back either. Avril wants to dominate the fight in the early rounds and get a fast decisive finish, but Jenna’s making things difficult, at times holding her own ground and bashing punches back into the Doll’s face, drawing several grunts. But at other times, it feels as though Ortega’s content to let the champ tire herself out in her constant chase for a flash KO, with the Latina brunette easily dodging and weaving, but not really landing much offensive power of her own. At the bell, Avril takes it wide, though it’s not clear how much longer she can sustain her momentum.

ROUND 2:
And here comes Jenna, back with a vengeance! Ortega’s showing off her own chops in the ring despite having a fraction of her opponent’s experience within it! Ortega’s dodging and evading Avril’s attacks, getting a much better sense of what the champ can offer (or can’t)! with Avril’s head getting snapped back by a constant barrage of straight hands sailing in, Jenna weaving to one side to avoid another big hook before slapping leather into her nose and lips, drawing another exasperated gasp from the Doll’s lips, as her offensive strategy goes to pieces. Middle minute and Lavigne is STILL not heeding the advice of her corner, the stubborn Canadian blonde keeping her head down and arms up but still choosing to barrel inwards, chugging leather at Ortega’s body and arms but then getting her head turned to one side by a return overhand or hook, the overall damage beginning to add up in a one-sided manner for just one fighter. Bell rings and Avril’s breathing hard and shaking her head, her dream of knocking Ortega out in the first five rounds growing ever more distant.

ROUND 3:
Boy, this gal doesn’t give up, does she?! That’s why she’s the champ, ladies and gents, Avril’s tenacity simply forcing her forwards once more, not caring about strategy or weaknesses as she roars into Jenna’s space and bangs an early, big hook right into her guard, putting her on notice. Ortega was expecting a more see-saw and measured advance from her older foe, but instead, she’s taking a bad shellacking instead, having trouble getting clear of Avril’s swings that are sailing in outta nowhere. Lavigne's attacking from multiple angles at once, her punches crashing into the arms and body over and over, not letting up one bit, despite Jenna also sticking leather back into her face in an effort to deter her aggression. This time, Ortega is one who feels the brunt of punishment, her head whipped to the side by another of Avril’s forceful step-ins and power hooks driven in the side of her jawline, which leavez her mouth hanging open and gaping, eyelids fluttering from the shock. At the sound of the bell, it's Ortega’s corner who's asking her to fight smarter, and not underestimate the champion!

ROUND 4:
Jenna's still young and adapting well, however, staying at arm's length in the first minute and then picking up small wins along the way, that lightning jab sunk into Avril's cheek and chin far too often for the Dollhouse corner's liking. Lavigne is still going to town with those big swings, but you know what they say about lightning striking thrice… Somehow, her hooks aren’t landing as often, but whether that's attributed to her own lack of focus or Ortega growing a little wiser is up for debate, with Jenna continuing to punish the champion's blatant aggression throughout the rest of the round. Middle minute and those cheeks of Lavigne's have turned a bright shade of pink, with yet another wild overhand smashing straight into her nose from high above, and threatening to bust her wide open if she keeps this up. By the bell, not sure if that pinkish glow is from the Doll's own embarrassment or mounting hurt. We'll see if the champ has the wisdom to turn things around…

ROUND 5:
Finally, we get a slower, proper start from both fighters, who probably are already feeling gassed at this halfway point of the fight. Lavigne's coming in more cautiously, using more light jab attacks than wild hooks or overhands, and seeing early success at Ortega's expense. Ortega's corner was expecting her to rush in once again to brawl, instead getting caught off guard when several bunches of punches come sailing in, tagging the challenger on the body and arms, with Lavigne left smirking when yet a couple more make impact with her face, snapping her head back. Middle mark of the round, however, and Ortega turns the tide with a sudden overhand of her own blasting straight between the arms and into Avril's forehead, from outta nowhere, the Canadian singer letting out a dull grunt before stumbling awkwardly backwards, covering desperately. She has to defend herself against a resurgent Ortega, who senses weakness in the champ and leaps forwards, bashing away at Avril's guard, those headhunting missiles going south to pummel the waistline when Avril locks her arms over her face instead. Avril's slow and steady strategy paid off at the start but by the time the bell rings, she has to contend with losing another round, though it's arguably by a closer margin.

ROUND 6:
But the champ still refuses to budge! Lavigne holds fast to her new strategy and refuses to go into panic mode. It's probably a good idea, because it's Ortega's turn to wade in strong, the challenger sensing a change in the pace and now the one who wants to put the title belt around her waist in record time! Here she comes, her fists slamming into Avril’s arms, trying to snag her chin for that KO blow. Avril defends herself well, however, back to protecting her head, keeping her guard fluid and moving. Some of Ortega's punches still catch her on the chin or straight to the tummy, but they are slowly losing power themselves, as the round wears on. Late minute and Avril responds with a calculated strike of her own: a right hook sailing in right after she blocks another from Jenna. ANd KABOOM!! Jenna looks shell-shocked as the glove lands flush on her cheek, swiveling her head and rest of her body to one side! Ouch!! And the champ's patience pays off!! There's a shout of victory from Lavigne's lips as she soars in to try and capitalize, more lefts and rights banging off Ortega's body and pushing her all the way to the other side of the ring! Ortega hangs on, however! The challenger digs deep, blocking those lunges and trying to weather even when Avril briefly traps her against the ropes and shoves more leather into her toned tummy. The sound of the bell and Ortega's still pushing and shoving helplessly at Avril's shoulders, with Avril herself spitting insults directly into her face, telling Jenna to go the f*ck down, or else! Referee has to pull the champ off and tell her off, but this fight is still heading into its last quarter, folks!

ROUND 7:
Ortega’s not looking as hot as before, her mouth hanging open and slightly wavering from side to side at the bell. Previous girls have found out and paid the hard price for underestimating the champion's resolve, and there's still plenty of grit and fury left in Avril's eyes as she marches forth when the bell rings. It’s a methodical takedown of the challenger, with Avril stepping on the gas and resuming her assault on Ortega's defenses. She’s putting some power behind her shots, leading with that left jab to the head to get Ortega all covering up and defensive, before a beautiful right cross crashes into the challenger’s arms or body, shocking her back a few steps at a time. Avril smells blood now and rips more hooks into the mixture, further forcing the challenger to drop her arms as her body takes the brunt of the beating… It's PRIME real estate now as Jenna leaves her chin wide open for just a second, allowing Avril to PLOW that hook clean into the side of her jawline! OUCH!! The challenger gets wobbled, her mouth agape and stumbling to the side, and the champ goes in once more, her fists solely targeting Jenna's pretty face with follow-up lefts and rights, each mighty hook snapping the poor girl’s head in one direction, then the next! Jenna's getting ragdolled against the ropes, her body slowly slumping downwards, her arms barely up and defending her faculties… but Lavigne continues to hammer away at the challenger's face, not stopping until Jenna’s shocked face hits the mat, her eyes rolling upwards as the rest of her limp form rolls over onto her back, completely OUT COLD! The referee should definitely have jumped in earlier for that one, but tell that to the exuberant crowd, who let out a roar on Avril Lavigne’s behalf! The referee quickly waves off the rest of the fight, fully concerned about Jenna's future and wellbeing after that brutal KO7 loss! This championship fight is OVER!

Official Result: Avril Lavigne defeats Jenna Ortega via KO7! Avril Lavigne is STILL the Unified Flyweight Champion!

AFTER:
The champion remains standing over her fallen foe for a few more seconds, panting heavily as she stares down at Jenna’s unconscious form before being pushed away by the ref who’s kneeling down to check on the fallen brunette and soon waves for the bell as Ortega is simply out cold.

A big sigh of relief from the Dollhouse corner as Lavigne avoids a second disaster and defeats the young superstar in convincing fashion, successfully defending her title for the 3rd time tonight.

The champion looking too exhausted to celebrate her win just yet, leaning slumped against the corner post and taking a much needed rest as her team rush into the ring to congratulate her.

There’s no one more relieved than Carmen Electra who’s first into the ring to hug her superstar champion – according to insiders, the Dollhouse CEO was vehemently opposed to the idea of Lavigne defending her title against Ortega tonight as she the rising youngster was deemed too dangerous, but the Champion wanted revenge and demanded the fight booked. Well, the fight is now over and she certainly delivered revenge tonight, much to big boss Electra’s delight.

Surrounded by her team and coaches, the blonde finally cracks a tired smirk, high fiving everyone in sight before turning to the fans and raising her arms in a victory pose.

“Hell yeah bitches!!! Still your motherf*cking champion!!!” Avril exclaims amidst very loud cheers.

Meanwhile at camp Ortega, the GBS team are busy attempting to revive their star fighter and get her off the mat asap. The 20 year old suffered the 2nd defeat of her career tonight, marking the second time she has failed to win the belt in her very short career of 8 fights in total.

Her fans shouldn’t be TOO disappointed though - the young starlet may have suffered another setback today but with the talent level she’s exhibiting after only 8 fights and at only 20 years of age, it seems like only a matter of time before Jenna will conquer the very top in the flyweight division.

“Give me that mic!” The champion demands as she grabs the microphone from one of the reporters inside the ring. “Hell yeah bitches!” Avril addresses her fans once again with her now trademark statement.

“Thanks to everyone who showed up to support me tonight, Hope you enjoyed the fight….I mean, you totally did who are we kidding, I fucked her UUUUPPPPP!” Lavigne exclaims garnering huge cheers from the fans.

“You put up a good fight Jen….but I still kicked your ass. I’m the motherf*cking champion b*tch, better not f*ck with me again!....Oh, never mind…she can’t hear anything….she’s still out!” The blonde bursts into giggles as she looks over her still very groggy opponent as Ortega’s being carried to her stool by her medical team for further examination.

When asked about her next title defense Lavigne is dismissive, refusing to give away any names.

“I have a bunch of bitches in mind, but nothing’s been decided yet…anyway who cares about that right now….I’m celebrating here, okay? You’ll find out who’s ass I’m gonna kick next sometime next month.”

Not interested in responding to any further questions, the champion dismisses all reporters with a wave of her hand, signaling to her team that she’s ready to go as she climbs out of the ring to loud cheers (and some loud boos too - plenty of Ortega fans in the building tonight!) and makes her victory march out of the arena.

Despite Lavigne refusing to give any information regarding her choice of challenger for her next defense, names like Hudgens, Winter, Stewart and even Ziegler have already began circulating among pundits, but no matter what her choice will be, we’re in for one hell of a title fight next month folks!
