**Karlie Kloss (26-32, 26 KO) vs. Ashley Graham (3-6, 3 KO)

Before the fight:

This fight comes to PPV from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, the standard for all Carnation Creation fighters. Today, the fighters are both welterweights, featuring one of Carnation’s newest welters in Ashley Graham. She accepted the challenge from Karlie Kloss earlier this month for her debut fight with the stable.

During the weigh-in between both fighters, they had the following back-and-forth to say:

Karlie: I’m going to make an example out of you, Ashley. You’re nothing but a punching bag with a pretty face. You don’t belong in the ring with me.

Ashley: Keep talking, Karlie, because you’re the joke here! You’ve lost three fights in a row and think you can beat me? You’re delusional

Karlie: Girl, you couldn’t knock out a fly. I will run circles around you and make you look like an amateur. You’ll be begging for mercy by the end of the first round.

Ashley: We’ll see about that, Karlie. When I land my fists on your face, we’ll see who’s begging for mercy.

Ashley entered the ring wearing a red silk boxing robe with “Ashley Graham” embroidered on the back in white letters. Underneath, she wore a red sports bra and matching boxing shorts with white stripes down the sides. Her hair was pulled back in a tight ponytail, and she wore simple black boxing boots.

In her corner was Stephanie McMahon offering encouragement and last-minute advice.

Karlie wore a dark blue satin robe with “Karlie Kloss” stitched on the back in elegant cursive. Underneath, she wore a dark blue sports bra with black boxing shorts with her initials “KK” stitched in white on the sides. Her blonde hair flowed freely, and she wore blue boxing boots to match her top.

Gigi Hadid was in her corner, helping loosen her muscles and giving Karlie sips of water between rounds.

Both women looked fierce and ready for battle as they shed their robes and faced off in the center of the ring. Ashley’s bold red outfit contrasted Karlie’s cool blue look. They touched gloves and returned to their corners to await the opening bell.

**Round 1:** Karlie comes out confident and aggressive, using her long jab and straight right to keep Ashley at bay. Her more significant experience in fights serves her well here. She circles the ring with her gazelle legs, landing quick combinations and moving out of range. Ashley tries to close the distance, but she eats a lot of leather and can’t find her rhythm. Karlie taunts Ashley with her body language only. The taller woman dominates the round with her speed and reach, and after the bell rings, the judges score the round 10-8, Karlie.

**Round 2:** After a talking-to from Stephanie after the last round, Ashley adjusts her strategy and decides to take some risks. She knows she can’t outbox Karlie playing the long-range game, so she has to make it a brawl. When her opponent sticks to her game plan like the last round, Ashley bobs and weaves, slipping under Karlie’s punches. After half a minute of dodging, Ashley turns on the jets and fires back with hard hooks to the body and head. The taller woman feels off-kilter, shocked from head to toe by Ashley’s power, and backs up against the ropes. The Carnation woman sees blood in the water - and a few drops on the mat - unleashes a barrage of punches, making Karlie cover up and wince in pain. Ashley wins the round convincingly with her aggression, tying the cards 18-18.

**Round 3:** Karlie realizes she can’t afford to be careless, lest Ashley catches her again, wounds her, and regains composure. Like before, Karlie uses her swift footwork to create distance and starts to counter Ashley’s parrying jabs with sharp crosses. Slowly, she reverts the bout’s pace to what it was in the first round, a quick affair that Ashley feels winded by. Fighting Academy’s boxer also mixes some body shots with her jabs and crosses, slowing Ashley’s movement. Unlike the last round, she avoids getting trapped on the ropes and keeps Ashley at the end of her punches. The round ends like the first, with Karlie back up 28-26 and her opponent sucking air.

**Round 4:** To the veteran’s dismay, Ashley refuses to give up. She keeps coming forward, cutting the distance between them with strides, throwing haymakers after parking, and hoping to land a big shot. While Karlie retreats for space, Ash clips her body a few times, making her stagger and shake her head. Karlie was always a light welterweight, and her giving up weight for this fight starts to rear its ugly head. She also lands some solid shots to the upper body, making Karlie grunt and gasp for air, unable to jab her way out. She pushes Karlie to the corner and tries to finish her off with a flurry of punches. Karlie fights back, landing some counters of her own, including a sneaky elbow, but Ashley edges the round with her activity and power. Karlie still leads 37-36.

**Round 5:** After some probing punches early in the first minute, Ashley senses Karlie is fading and goes for the kill. She comes out swinging hard in her following combination, and Karlie chooses to stand and trade. The combo ends with Ashley landing a massive overhand right that drops Karlie to the canvas. Karlie scrambles to her butt and lifts herself by the count of 4, but she’s not all the way back compared to the start of the fight. Ashley smells blood more than before and rushes in to finish the job. She traps Karlie on the ropes and unleashes a vicious pair of hooks that snaps Karlie’s head back and forth, making the tall blonde into a breathing bobblehead.

**The referee jumps in and stops the fight, giving Ashley a stunning TKO victory over Karlie in the 5th round!**

Post-fight: Immediately after the referee signals that Ashley won and raises her arm, Stephanie enters the ring to hug her charge and congratulate her on a job well done. Ashley smiles when she receives the hug and reciprocates. Meanwhile, when Ashley coves over to gloat, Gigi Hadid picks Karlie up to a fully upright position.
“I told you, Karlie! I told you I would knock you out.” She starts to say. “How does it feel to be humiliated by me? How did it feel to be lying on the canvas, looking up at the lights?” Neither Karlie nor Gigi were in the mood to respond, but Ashley kept going.

“That’s right, Karlie. You have nothing to say. You were so cocky and arrogant before the fight, but now you’re silent. I showed you who’s the better fighter!” Ashley finishes saying, thrusting her hands in the air as the crowd cheers for her.
