SHAY MITCHELL VS BELLA THORNE III

Shay: 36 YO, 5’7 ½ (1.71 m), 38-35-0, 36 KO since 2011. Pretty Little Punchers

Bella: 25 YO, 5’8 (1.78 m), 59-21-0,59 KO since 2016. The Dollhouse

Before: “I have to say I was actually surprised to hear from Bella again. I mean, she has lost to me twice: once in 2018 and then again in 2021, but her she is trying again,” Shay Mitchell says to the press ahead of her coming beach fight with The Dollhouse’s Bella Thorne.” But if she wants to lose to me again, I am not about to deny her the opportunity.”

Bella Thorne not amused: “Shay Mitchell has been a f*cking annoying stain on my record for too long. I need to even up the score a bit. I just felt the time was right, No, it not because she’s lost her only 2 fights this year and I’ve won 6 including my last 3 in a row. It was just a convenient time for me, that’s all. If she's starting to feel her age, I can’t help that.”

“Thank you for reminding everyone this has been a disappointing year for me, but, let me tell you something, Bella” I am ready to break out and doing it one my favorite FCBA punching bags will make all the sweeter,” purrs Shay with poisonous sweetness

“I not your punching bag b*tch!” snapped Bella.

“Still in denial after all these years,”: said Shay in a tut-tutting voice. “Well, you eill just have to learn the hard way once again that I have your number, Bella Thorne and don’t you forget it.”

Bella Thorne’s cheeks burn red and she looks daggers at the sweetly smiling Shay Mitchell. “I will continue this in the ring! We’ll see just who is the punching bag around here!”

“I’m sure we will,” Shay says with an edge in her voice.

The site of the beach battle is a traditional one. Four posts pounded intoed the sand with three lines of ropes. Bleachers for the fans. Shay and Bella remove their beach robes to climb into ring to meet with the referee. Shay is in a white leopard print bikini with white gloves (black laces) and her hair in a battle braid. Bella in a tiny blue and silver bikini with silver gloves (Blue laces), Bella’s hair is also pulled back into a battle braid. Two ladies regard each warily during the instructions. That done, there is a snappish tap of the gloves and they quickly go to their corners. The timekeeper sounds the bell…

R1: Bella charging across the sand and fires away at Shay with a fast, but methodical attack. Shay banged hard to the chin aw and the side of the head, then as she is knocked back, Bella goes after her to the belly with deep hooks. Shay struggling to get counter going. Not esy. As every time she tries to set up, she gets whacked in the body or the head. Shay soon is all hunched up to the body with her gloves up a=protectively around her head. Bella looks to be trying to punch Shay into the ropes, but Shy digging into the sand, fighting back with the jab to prevent this. Round ends with this lively exchange, but it is not enough to keep Bella Thorne from winning the round wide.

R2: Action resumes quickly, but Shay Mitchell is counterattacking. Hot exchange of head shots in early going sends first Bella and then Shay staggering off to one side from the impacts. However they both are quick to return for more. Two circle and counter circle before plunging I again, but this time the blows are going to the body. Hot, sweat drenched bodies gleam in the sun as gloves tear into breasts, ribs and bellies. Harding, grinding action and Shay Mitchell begin to drive Bella Thorne back with repeated belly busters. Bella gurgling from the impacts, but defiantly resisting to the bell. It’s a close one but Shay Mitchell pulls it out.

R3: Bella Thorne goes right back to the body as the new round begins. Shay Mitchell accepting the challenge and, once more, the fans cheering from the bleachers are rewarded with exciting action in close. Bella seems determined to take control of this round, but Shay bitterly resisting as the body blows smack home: eather against sweaty flesh. Bella starts working Shay’s ribs over and over. As the impacts mount, Shay starts to gasp and shudder. She’s trying to pay Bella back, but she seems to wilt and fall back just as the round ends. Again, a close round, but this time it is Bella Thorne who pulls out the win on the judges’ cards.

R4: Shay and Bella trot forward at the bell. Shay looks to be going back to the body, but this proves a feint and a big right hand crashes into Bella jaw. Bella knocked sideways, but turns back only to get a straight right to the mouth and a left to the chin. Bella staggering backwards on the sand and now Shay pounds Bella’s breasts. Bella fighting back, trying to keep away from the ropes she knows are behind her, Then Shay stuffs a hook into Bellas midsection and her bottom is thrust against the ropes. Shay closes in as Bella huddles there, protecting her head, and trying to ride out the storm. Bell sounds. Shay steps back. Bella leaves the ropes looking more a little shell shocked. Shay Mitchell has won this round wide.

R5: The Dollhouse corner team working to revive Bella Thorne, but she looks slow and defensive coming out for the new round. Shay goes right in with shots to the head, but Bella is blocking these for the most part. Then Shay starts in on Bella’s breasts and after hammering them for a while, works her way down to ribs and abs. Bella is eating a lot of leather and she is only showing brief flurries of counter punches. However, Shay is having trouble moving Bella Thorne back into the ropes. For all the punches she is taking, Bella only moving a few reluctant steps at a time. Bella not doing much countering, seeming to let Shay do most of the work round, and the stanza ends in another wide win the PLP fighter.

R6: Bella Thorne again looks slow coming off her stool and moving towards Shay Mitchell. Shay moving with eager confidence to wards Bella. Bella has her gloves up, but looks weary. Shay lunges forward swinging a right uppercut hoping to get behind Bella’s loose defenses. BOOM! SHAY MITCHELL SUDDENLY CRASHING TO HER FACE! WHAT TH---!? Takes a moment to realize Shay walked into a Bella Thorne trap. Bella dodged the right uppercut but then unloaded her own right against Shay’s jaw and sent her down to the sand! Hokey smoke! Bella raising both arms in triumphant and jumping up and down over her fallen nemesis. Referee has to remind Bella that this is not over and she needs to get to the neutral corner. Bella hurries to the corner while the referee begins his count. Shay is now on all fours, but manages to reach a crouching position. As the count rises and the crowd holds its collective breath, she struggles to rise.

“SEVEN!....EIGHT!...NINE!...{

SHAY MAKES IT ERECT AND BREAKS THE COUNT! Wave of sweeps the PLP fan sections while groans can be heard from Dollhouse supporters. Referee checks Shay carefully and then signals Bella to come back in. Bella slaps the turnbuckle top rope in frustration , but the shrugs and heads back in. Shay Mitchell no longer reckless, now adopts a very conservative face-in-gloves defensive look and gives Bella Thorne little to work with in landing a finisher. Bella tries her best, pounding away at Shay to the sides, shoulders and hips, but Shay is steadying behind her defenses and is even pushing out a few quick counters to keep from being shutout. Nevertheless round was an easy win for Bella Thorne even if she couldnlt get the 10-count she so badly wants on Shay Mitchell.

R7: Now it is the PLP corner crew put to the test to get their fighter out after a bad round. Bell rings and Shay Mitchell moves out at a good pace. Bella Thorne trotting out with determination. They clash first at the middle of the ring Bella going for Shay’s head, but Shay now bobbing and weaving as well as using her shoulders to blunt incoming punches. Bella keeps coming, trying to batter her way in, but Shay holding her off. Frustrated, Shay falls bac and starts to circle, but then Shay suddenly attacks. She jolts Bella with one hook after another into Bella;s breadbasket until she’s got her tilting forward. At this point, Shay unleashes a barrage of rising punches into Bella’s chin. Repeated chin shots send Bella falls back on quivering legs and her gloves are only loosely held chest high. Lightning strike rights and lefts hit Bella between the eyes and then a right cross/left hook to the chin to finish. BELLA THORNE GOES LIMPS AND TOPPLES ONTO HER SIDE! Shay Mitchell takes a quick look and then departs for the neutral corner. Referee moves in as Bella starts to stir. Bella’s fans cheer for her to rise and she tries desperately to do it, but just as she reaches a sitting position, she loses her balance and falls backwards. She is sitting with her knees up, and stunned look on her face as referee calls out:

“NINE!”…TEN!...YER OUT!”

THE WINNER SHAY MITCHELL DEFEATS BELLA THORNE KO7!

After: Bella Thorne seemed so close to victory in R6, but it all went south in R7 when Shay Mitchell knocked her down and she couldn’t beat the count. Doesn’t get any better for her when a gloating Shay Mitchell drags Bella on a walk of shame holding She poses holding 3 fingers over Bella’s head to show she;s now 3-0 against the younger woman.

“I admit I got really reckless in the 6th round and fell for Bella’s trap. I am lucky I made it back to my feet, but once my head stopped ringing I was determined to win. That is just wat I did,” Shay later sums it up to the press. “So now I am 3-0 against her. It’s not all that common to be able to dominate another fighter like that. I have no idea of she’ll ever want to try again. If I were her I’d quit while I was behind.”

“No comment,” is Bella Thorne’s response to a reporter asking about a 4th fight with Shay. “I will say I could have done some things better in this fight. She is just not that good. But here I am 0-3 against her. She is just too darned lucky,”

Bella Thorne came mighty close to snapping her personal Shay Mitchell Jinx, but close wasn’t enough. She managed to nail Shay in the 6th, but Mitchell was able to get back up in town. Then, in the very next round, it was Bella going down, but she couldn’t make it. A heartbreaker for Bella, but a much needed when for Shay. What happens next for these two should be interesting to watch.
