Intro:
We are here on Muscle Beach to see a first time meeting between Sophia Bush and Paige VanZant. Both have agreed to a bare knuckle fight on the beach. With both having experience in this type of bout, it is clear both want to prove they are the queen of bare knuckle fighting in the FCBA.

It was Sophia who threw out the challenge on her socials. She said "you know guys I am not exactly getting any younger. Hell they'll be getting me into cougar fights before I know it but there's something I wanna do on my bucket list. See you all know I have fought bare knuckle in the FCBA. I have fought Danielle Harris and Eliza Dushku with the gloves off. Well the past few years I have eyed up Paige VanZant. You think you are the best bare knuckle fighter in the FCBA huh, well I dare you to meet me in the ring with our fists taped." Along with a picture to prove she was serious.

Paige soon replied, she posted "oh Sophia you think you're a real bare knuckle fighter? Honey you should think twice about that, especially stepping up to me. Sure your cougar boxing career has begun already? Anyway if you are so desperate for an ass kicking, send me the contract and let's get it on!" With her own picture to prove she is ready for this bout to come.

Fighting time! The ring posts have been directly into the sand itself. The crowd is kept behind metal fencing. A judge's table is near the ring with a large cover over them to protect them from the sun.

First to walk towards the ring is Sophia. She has her coach Hilary Swank with her and cut woman Eva Carneiro. Sophia steps through the ropes wearing a black bikini with white hand wraps, hair tied into a braid. Sophia raises her arms into the air as she looks out to the crowd.

Paige now begins her walk to the ring with her coach Anne Hathaway to her right. Paige has a grin as she walks purposely around the side of the ring Sophia is on, both women staring daggers at each other as their eyes meet. Paige gets around to where her corner is, stepping through the ropes, she is wearing a pink bikini with black trim, white taped fists and her hair is braided too.

The referee waves the fighters together. Where both press foreheads together as they exchange a few words, letting the other know they are in for a war. The referee gives them some leeway but nudges them apart when the instructions are done. Both bump fists before jogging to their corners. Fists raised as they are ready, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of bare knuckle flyweight action.

Round 1:
Both feel each other out as they know from experience not to rush in these type of fights, there's a few sweeping hooks attempted to get the range, none landing as it is purely jabs into cheeks. Paige soon lands the first meaningful punch as she slips a straight and lands a left cross onto the cheek of Sophia. A straight follows as Sophia backpedals and gets a glancing blow around her nose.

Paige moves in and out of reach now she feels confident she is quicker then Sophia. Working the body at times with her head down. Sophia isn't a standing target though, she fires back with a few cross punches and body shots to keep Paige honest here.

Late in the round Paige gets caught with a left cross followed by a straight to her lips. Paige backs off behind her guard as Sophia comes in with straight shots. Most land on hands or on arms but some punches land around them to the cheeks of the beautiful blonde. The bell rings with both eyeing up what damage they have done so far. Some marks on their gorgeous faces, nothing too much to worry about so far.

Round 2:
More exchanges on the inside to start the round off. Paige looking to move in and out of range up on her toes. This is far from Bush's first rodeo as they say. A left cross on the cheek of Paige as she steps in is soon followed by a straight into her nose. A trickle of blood flows from the left nostril of VanZant as she moves back.

Stepping in close as she keeps Paige's back towards the ropes; Sophia is forcing the issue, even sneakily slamming some of her punches around the tits of Paige to make her snarl. Paige firing back around the body of the stunning brunette to try to ward her off.

An uppercut late in the round smacks back Paige onto the ropes. Sophia looks to charge her but is held onto. Paige showing good strength to turn them around, with Sophia pressed to the ropes. The referee breaks them up with a few quick flurries coming after. The bell dings to end the round with Sophia having a few red marks forming around her body. Paige of course has some blood trickling from her nose onto her breasts.

Round 3:
They start circling around the center of the ring. Paige not wanting to rush inside too quickly. Sophia slinging out straights to try to land on that nose. Instead a straight gets knocked aside by Paige, who lands a counter right across the face of Sophia to make her swear.

Using the opening; Paige presses Sophia back into a neutral corner. Swinging in hard hooks till she is held onto. Both fighters pressing their bodies tightly together as a few insults are exchanged. When they are split apart it is clear there's a mouse forming under the left eye of Bush.

Back at it they go with Paige landing several crisp counters through into the face of her foe. Sophia is trying to match her work but is getting hit with the more cleaner punches. The round soon ends with Paige sitting on her stool with a grin. Sophia staring daggers at her in reply as their coaches work to patch them up.

Round 4:
Bouncing on their toes as they box around each other. Sophia feinting more now to not get countered as easily. Both adapting to each other as they land through the others hands to their faces. More claret starts to run from Paige's nose as she takes a jab/straight onto it to make her cry out and back off.

Sophia drills a jab into the chest of Paige; annoying her enough to swing back with a wild left that finds air, Sophia then landing a straight into the face of the blonde to back her off again. Sophia looking to control the action more with Paige looking a little hot under the collar, the younger fighter making a few mistakes to try to get at her opponent with power punches.

In the final forty five seconds; Paige lands a right cross as Sophia tries to step in closer. A cut opens under the left eye of Sophia as she takes a step back. Paige muscles her to the ropes, landing short rights just above the waistband of Sophia's bikini bottoms to make the veteran hiss as she grimaces. Referee warns Paige to watch her punches as Sophia grabs onto her.

They are broken up just as the bell rings. Sophia saying "cheating bytch" to Paige. Who takes exception as she says "it's a fight you dumb TV wh*re!" The referee keeping them apart. Forcing their coaches to herd their fighters to their corners. Both fighters hand wraps are stained in blood now.

Round 5:
Digging their toes in more as they swing in their punches. The crack of knuckles on flesh rings out more clearly. Paige gets her bottom lip busted open, but manages to slice open a cut above Sophia's right eyebrow with a left hook. Showing how much both want this as the crowd roar them on.

Paige uses her left behind the back of Sophia's head to move her in closer. Digging in two short rights to the body before the referee warns her not to hold and hit. They nearly trip up to the sand as Sophia angrily grabs Paige around her arms to clinch, standing on her rivals toes to make her curse Sophia's name. The referee splits them apart with a warning to both to keep this a clean fight. There's a tentative fist bump but both look more keen to get fighting again.

Sophia landing a double jab late in the round makes Paige back off. A right cross just misses by Bush as VanZant leans back before landing a counter straight back into the face of Bush to make her take a step back. Both fighting hard at range up until the bell rings. Sitting on their stools with marks of battle. Their coaches working to clean them up. Sophia spits a little blood from her mouth as her left cheek seems to be cut from what she says to her coach.

Round 6:
Out they come but soon enough Sophia takes a harpoon like jab into her stomach to make her gasp out. A left/right hook combo slams around her temples to make Sophia retreat with a wince. Paige senses she has hurt Sophia as she turns on the jets to charge her. A right cross from Sophia doesn't land as her head is snapped back by a straight. LEFT HOOK TO THE CHIN IS FOLLOWED BY AN UPPERCUT THAT SENDS SOPHIA DOWN ONTO HER BACK WITH HER EYES SHUT!

The referee nudges a gloating Paige to a neutral corner. Paige flexes her arms in the neutral corner for her adorning fans. 1....2....3....4.... Sophia groans but beyond bending her right leg. 5....6....7... Sophia ain't moving any more then that. 8....9....10 she is knocked out!

Winner Paige VanZant KO Round 6

After:
Paige walks over to Sophia to push her face with her right foot till it's facing her corner. Paige grinding her foot on the cheek of the beaten fighter as she flexes her arms. Hilary isn't happy as she steps into the ring to push off Paige. Leading to the referee needing to keep them apart for the safety of the knocked out Sophia.

Anne herds Paige back to her corner. Telling her "let's get you cleaned up champ" with a proud look on her face. Paige sits on her stool glad to be getting her face wiped down, even if she doesn't look so keen about the tissue paper being put up her left nostril to stem the blood from it. Paige looking proud staring at the blood stained handwraps.

All while Sophia has to be brought around by smelling salts. The ringside doctor checks her over with Sophia groaning. They ask for help getting her out the ring and to the medical tent. Sophia looks glassy eyed as she is helped through the ropes and up the beach. Once she comes back fully to reality, she might realise this wasn't the smartest challenge to throw out. She should still be proud she took on someone who does this style for a living now and kept Paige honest for six rounds.

The winner of course doesn't seem that interested in her fallen opponent. Paige getting her right hand raised by the referee. She makes it clear to the cameras "anyone else dumb enough to wrap their hands and wanna fight me! My door is open girls!" Throwing a few punches towards the camera before she winks when she is done.

Leaving the ring with Anne. Paige has certainly proven that with her fists she is as dangerous a fighter as they come. Even if she will definitely want a break after this bout. Paige nodding to her fans with a beaming smile as they chant her name shows how popular she is. What's next for Paige?
