Kylie Jenner versus Jennifer Lawrence

BEFORE:

Blonde/brunette battle sees a pair of hard-hitters square off with former welterweight champ Lawrence stepping between the ropes for only the second time this year and looking to build a little momentum with a win over a Top Twenty lightweight. "She can beat girls," the blonde admits. "But, she's MADE for me. I'm poison for her, and she's about to find that out."

Jenner, meanwhile, is looking to finish a solid 2023 on a high note. "The only thing I'M made for is knocking bytches out. And, that's just what's going to happen tonight."

ROUND ONE:

Lawrence's plan quickly becomes evident, and it's not surprising at all. The taller, rangier blonde uses her athleticism and length to work the jab at range and keep Kylie from closing and bringing her power to bear. And, it works, to a point. There are times when Jennifer's out on the gun platform, and, when she is, she's scoring well and controlling things. At other times, however, the brunette is able to work past those defenses and get inside. And, when Kylie's in Jennifer's grill, the blonde finds herself backing and covering as she takes lots of hard, accurate fire. Add it all up, and you've got a good, two-way round that's in doubt until the last. When the bell rings, however, it's Lawrence who grabs the points and the 10-9 lead.

ROUND TWO:

Even better for J-Law. She's getting the range down now, getting that jab off quickly and keeping it right in the brunette's face. Kylie's trying to get past it, but mostly failing, leaving her exactly where Lawrence wants her, out on the end of the blonde's punches. Result is a rough round for the brunette, who can't get much of anything going, all while getting thoroughly touched up by Jennifer. Lawrence gains more and more control as the round goes on, and, by the final thirty seconds, she's backing up Jenner with flurries of hard shot. At the bell, there's no doubt about it. It's Lawrence and wide and a scuffed Kylie is now down a pair, 20-18.

ROUND THREE:

More Lawrence as Jennifer works from range, putting punches together, keeping Kylie at bay while scor...BOOM! Right hand, JENNER and the blonde is HURT! Lawrence stumbles backward and the brunette lets the hands GO driving her rival back into the ropes and working her over to head and body. Crowd going nuts as Kylie looks to finish this thing while the ref looks on closely as Lawrence hangs on in a high guard. Brunette POURING on the fire, trying everything in her power to get the stoppage, but the blonde's doing just enough to stay alive. When the bell rings, Lawrence is still standing, but Jenner's turned the momentum and claimed the round wide to cut the blonde's lead to 29-28.

ROUND FOUR:

Jenner dominant early. J-Law's legs plenty iffy, and Kylie taking advantage, stepping to and driving her rival backward with hard flurries again and again. About halfway through the round, however, Lawrence's legs begin to come around and she's able to move off square, get the jab working, get back to range. Soon enough, we're back where we were earlier, with Jennifer's reach playing as she works the left hand, keeps the brunette off, follows on with hard right hands. Slowly, J-Law begins to make up the stagger, but, she doesn't quite have enough time to get there. When the bell rings, Kylie's early work gives her the round and evens things at 38.

ROUND FIVE:

Jennifer in control. Blonde's got it going now. She's doubling on that jab in spots, moving the feet laterally, staying off square, keeping the shorter woman at range. Kylie working hard to come forward, bring her power to bear, but she mostly can't get it done. Instead, it's J-Law on the gun platform, working with both hands, landing hard shot over and over again. Jenner's game, but she's being taken to the woodshed in a major way at times. It's not quite a shutout, mind. There are moments when Kylie can get to spots and get off, but those moments are few and far between. Thus, at the bell, there's no doubt about it. It's Lawrence wide and she's back on top 48-47.

ROUND SIX:

More Lawrence. The blonde has it working on all cylinders now. She's dictating pace, range, geometry, everything you can dictate in a fight...BOOM! Right hand, KYLIE AND DOWN GOES J-LAW! That quickly, Jenner slips forward, lands a lead left and DROPS Lawrence to her back with a right. Kylie to a neutral corner to watch and wait, but there's no love. J-Law gets to her feet at seven, takes the mandatory, and the referee WAVES ON JENNER! Kylie wading forward, winging away with both hands, driving the blonde to the ropes again. She hooks some body, brings a groan from Lawrence with a left hook to the rack, then STAGGERS the blonde with a right hook to the chin and IT'S OVER! The ref leaps in and it's OVER! And your winner by TKO6 is Kylie Jenner!

AFTER:

Kylie puffed up and scuffed up in a "you should see the OTHER guy" kind of way. No smile from the lovely brunette in the post-fight. Just I-told-you-so confidence. "Like I said," the hard-eyed brunette growls. "I was made for knocking bytches out. And tonight, I made Jennifer Lawrence my bytch,"
