Intro:
An interesting clash for our second bout of tonight here in Turin's Pala Alpitour arena. Amy Willerton (4-1) currently sits second in the rankings. Elizabeth Turner (3-2) meanwhile is in an interesting position to make a late run for a top three ranking in this years Diamond Boxing Tournament. Which of these two gorgeous blondes will emerge victorious?

Before the bout both women gave their thoughts on camera about this bout and the tournament. Amy spoke at her stables gym as she sat on a bench wearing a white vest, white shorts and matching trainers. She shook her head as she admits "I blew it last month." That being losing in a very competitive fight to the number one ranked Hailey Clauson.

Amy says "I was riding such a high off winning the Queen of the Beach title that I thought I had Hailey. Instead I am now having to rely on other people's results for me to win this tournament. I let it slip and I feel guilty over that." Her head tilts down as she looks at her feet.

Over comes her coach Ali Landry. Who says "don't you dare feel guilty! You have been an amazing part of this stable and have worked your butt off. It simply wasn't your night, don't you ever look down on yourself or I will take you into that ring, lace up the gloves and teach you a lesson! Got it?" Smiling as she sees Amy look up at her, nodding in response as she smiles back. Showing the bond they have made since Amy signed for the League of Mighty Women.

Elizabeth meanwhile does her video outside her stables gym as she wears a long black jacket over blue jeans and black heels. She smiles as she says "I took out your English friend Iskra (Lawrence) just last month Amy. So I am ready to show I own fighters from there. I get it that Amy has reinvented herself and all that. Guess what! I am doing that now better then her, these guys and girls in this building have given me the confidence to be the best version of me, so bring it on Amy." Smiling as she turns and struts inside her gym.

Fight night! First through the curtain comes Elizabeth with her coach Natascha McElhone. They walk down the aisle side by side looking confident. Elizabeth steps into the ring wearing a stars and stripes pattern sports bra, a navy blue set of trunks with gold stars up the sides, navy blue shoes and red gloves, her hair is in a braid as she fist bumps Natascha.

Here comes Amy with Ali behind her. Amy waves to the crowd as she looks excited to be fighting in front of a new crowd. She soon steps through the ropes into the ring. Wearing a white sports bra with blue stripes, matching trunks and shoes, blue gloves, while her hair is in a ponytail ready for action.

The fighters step to the center of the ring. Where they listen to the final instructions by the referee as they look each other over. They swipe gloves more then really touch them. Walking back to their corners with their coaches giving them an embrace before they step out the ring. The fighters are ready as the bell rings to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
Both women hit their opponents left glove early on as they try to work their jab through to their opponents face. Elizabeth moving more side to side to create better angles, lancing her punches into the cheeks of Amy. Who just misses moments later with a right hook as Elizabeth steps back out of range in time, there certainly looked to be some power behind that shot!

Elizabeth is starting to get a rhythm going as she bangs in two punch combos; outworking her opponent as Amy is looking to land a big shot. Maybe Amy is still thinking of her loss to Hailey as she is swinging instead of setting up her bigger punches. Leading to her cheeks being marked up already as Turner is happy enough moving back and around Willerton, letting her open herself up to big punches.

A left cross late in the round smacks Amy to her cheek; making her back off, before Elizabeth can get too comfortable moving forwards, Amy lands a nice uppercut to put Liz on the back foot. On comes Amy as she slugs away on the inside with hooks. Elizabeth being forced to fight with Amy in tight, not something she looks to enjoy. The round ends with Liz nudging off Amy before walking to her corner looking the more relaxed of the pair. Amy getting told off by Ali as she has her legs and arms massaged.

Round 2:
Amy using her jab more begins to close the gap more early. Liz needing to exchange more with her feet planted to try to stop Amy rushing through her as they both let the leather fly. Crowd enjoying the show as they cheer the fighters on as they watch them pepper each others faces and even some sneaky jug punches.

A left cross catches Turner on her jaw to twist her head around. Amy smiling as she drives her opponent onto the ropes, digging her fists into the abs of Elizabeth to make her hiss before she is clinched up with. Referee breaking them up with Elizabeth giving Amy an extra shove with her left glove to create space between them. Amy wanting to get back at Elizabeth as they fight around the ring with the American on the back foot.

Again Amy makes a mistake charging forwards; Elizabeth leans out the way of a left cross, landing a stiff straight into the face of Willerton to knock her back a step. Turner turning the heat up on her foe with a few more slugging punches of her own as Amy covers up more tightly. The round ends with both blondes staring hard at each other before they pass by to return to their corners.

Round 3:
Boxing around the center of the ring again. Amy is able to move inside to work the torso of Elizabeth, take some spring out her step is clearly the plan for the English star. Elizabeth nudges her off and lands a short right hook to the cheek of Amy to make her back off. Turner doubling up her jab now to give Amy a new problem to deal with.

Another missed right hook by Amy leads to a jab on her cheek and a right cross to her face to knock her back a step. Elizabeth clearly wants to make her opponent respect her as she is stepping in more to drive back Willerton to the outside part of the ring. Amy swinging back but is being outworked.

Soon there's blood running from the bottom lip of Amy from a right hook. She clinches up with Elizabeth to slow her down. Referee splits them up with Amy quicker off the mark when they resume as clearly she has a point to prove. Forcing another slugging exchange on the inside in the final twenty five seconds of the round. Both are nudged apart at the bell as they exchange a few words. Returning to their stools to be cleaned up.

Round 4:
Pushing back out their corners to resume. Amy is getting clipped again around her forehead by the double jab of her opponent. Trying to drive her way to the inside as she lands some sweeping hooks to the torso of her foe. Elizabeth starting to push her back more when she does get in tighter, an annoyed look on her face as she does so.

A jab into the bloody lips of Amy looks to bug her. She misses with a straight and gets clipped around her ear by a counter left hook. Elizabeth then lands an uppercut to shove her onto her heels. UNBALANCED BY THE SHOT, AMY IS KNOCKED DOWN TO HER BACK BY A LEFT HOOK TO HER JAW!

The Turner fans erupt as she walks over to the neutral corner with a grin on her face. 1....2....3....4... Amy shakes her head as she sits up. Looking more embarrassed then really hurt judging by her red flushed cheeks. 5....6....7....8... Pushing back to her feet. Amy nods to the referee that she is ok as she raises her gloves, she is allowed to fight on.

Elizabeth understandably is throwing in more hooks as she comes forwards. Amy needing to dodge and strike, almost a complete role reversal now as Amy lands some crisp counters. Elizabeth slows down as she realises she can't mow down her foe as she hoped. Leading to the final twenty seconds both jabbing more and circling as they stare hard at their opponent. The bell dings to end proceedings with Elizabeth raising her right arm above her head to show who won this round. Amy tapping her cheeks as if to tell herself to wake up to the task in front of her.

Round 5:
Pushing off their stools to resume. Amy is changing levels more to get at Elizabeth. Who looks a little surprised by the extra movement shown by her opponent. Leading to an overhand left smacking her around her ear after she misses with a straight. Amy powers back Elizabeth into a neutral corner, pounding away at her body till Elizabeth can hold onto her and force the referee to break them up.

As they resume; Elizabeth doubling up her jab more again as she moves side to side. Both trying to adapt to each other. Amy slips a jab and lands a left hook under the ribs of Turner to make her hiss. Both now exchanging in close range as Willerton has the action where she wants it. Even appearing to bump her breasts into Elizabeth's to force her to take a backwards step.

Elizabeth seems thrown off her game. An uppercut lands into her solar plexus to make her gasp as she bends slightly. A left/right hook combo lands around the sides of her head before she grabs hold of Amy. The referee steps in to split them up again. Elizabeth boxing more defensively over the last thirty seconds. At the bell Amy gets a smile and a nod from her coach. Elizabeth meanwhile can be seen cursing herself before she sits on her stool.

Round 6:
Elizabeth doesn't seem to quite have that spring in her step to start this round. Amy looks on the rise as she lands a few stiff shots under the chin of Elizabeth, switching down to the body when Turner swings in hooks to try to ward her off. AN UPPERCUT STRAIGHTENS UP ELIZABETH BEFORE A LEFT/RIGHT HOOK COMBO ON HER CHIN SENDS HER DOWN TO HER BACK!

Amy walks to the neutral corner looking like a weight has been taken off her shoulders. 1....2....3... Elizabeth groans as she holds her chin with her right glove. 4....5....6....7... Elizabeth rolls to her front slowly and grabs for the ropes in front of herself. 8.... She is sluggish. 9....10 leaning her head on the middle rope as she is counted out on her knees!

Winner Amy Willerton KO Round 6

After:
Amy shows her grit to defeat Elizabeth after being down herself. The victor raising her arms into the air as she washes the sting of defeat in last month's tournament bout away. Even as Hailey winning earlier tonight means her title chase is over in this event.

While Elizabeth has to be helped up to her feet by Natascha. Slowly taken back to her stool with a look of disbelief that she lost this bout. She did get a taste of the full power of Amy there so shouldn't feel ashamed one bit she was stopped by the English fighter. Though she isn't pleased as she throws off her gloves when she gets her bearings back.

Both stare hard at each other from their stools as they are wiped down, patched up and gotten rehydrated. Showing that there is a little animosity hanging over from this one. Elizabeth not one bit happy at the result. Amy not so happy with Elizabeth showing disrespect by how she is acting about it.

Before Amy can go to the center of the ring. Elizabeth is helped out the ring and can be heard saying "I am not watching that lucky cow get her hand raised!" Making Amy shake her head as she stands in her corner, watching Elizabeth go with contempt.

Elizabeth still has a chance of course of finishing fourth if she wins her last bout. Not bad for someone who was written off by some, though some others had her as a top three contender. Elizabeth won't care what others think of her, now it's all about finishing the tournament strong and then seeing the year out in great form.

Inside the ring Amy has her right arm raised in victory. She poses hands on her hips with her charming smile even with a cut bottom lip. Ali tells her to ignore Elizabeth. They share an embrace as Amy thanks her for her support and help throughout this tournament.

They soon leave the ring together. Amy will at least be hoping she can sew up the number two spot in this tournament. She has certainly been one of the success stories, so can she finish her story the right way or is there a sting in the tail waiting for her?
