BEFORE: "I'm disappointed that Alessandra Ambrosio retired but they tell me Kelly Gale is the next best thing that stable has to offer. Well, let's see if she's ready to face a Top 10 talent like ME!!!", Sandra Kubicka makes a small dig at her tonight's opponent as she looks to extend her winning streak to six fights. She has a high-profile clash with Emily DiDonato scheduled later this month so even BLONDE! Magazine reporters wonder if Gale could profit from this fact. The Girls Friday brings the aforementioned Alessandra Ambrosio into Kelly's corner tonight and there are some big expectations involved as the Brazilian supermodel dismisses Kubicka as "overhyped blonde who must be funding Tess Valmore's liquor bill for some time!"
Sandra Kubicka wears a red bikini set & black gloves. Long dyed blonde hair tied in a custom ponytail. Kelly Gale wears a light blue bikini set & yellow gloves. Long black hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.
Round 1:
Kelly makes the early jumps and tackles the blonde to the body helped by a stray elbow on the breasts that bumps the Polish model onto her heels. Sandra tries to swing over the top but she can't quite stretch her elbows in the phone booth and gets caught out by an uppercut barrage with Gale switching into a swarming gear all of the sudden. She thumps the stunned blonde back to the post and drives up more leather into her jugs before a left hook on the eye leaves Kubicka nursing an early shiner. Woof. Lioness coach Claudia Schiffer can't react fast enough here but Kelly packs in more punches on target and slumps the Polish foe into quiet spasms when she drills through her cleavage right before the bell. Ugh! Look at that smile on Alessandra Ambrosio's face. The understudy is doing more than enough for Sandra to regret her verbal digs already.
Round 2:
Sandra recovers to smack the brunette in the boobs but quickly picks up the uppercut drive to land several quick shots on the fellow model's jaw. She knocks Kelly back but the Swedish woman refuses to back off and has to be pummelled back again before she thinks better off it. Kubicka stalks her with more head-hunting ideas but fails to land a proper power punch and has to fend off a counter-punching swing come the final minute. She drills Gale to the body and cranks up the jabbing volume just in time to shut the brunette down along the ropes before thumping an uppercut double on the chin to wobble Kelly on the turnbuckle right at the bell.
Round 3:
Kelly goes for another slugging pounce and forces a genuine phone booth tangle where she knocks more leather into the blonde's face and leaves a visible lump under her left eye. Ugh! Sandra barks in anger and tries to power ahead into a commanding position but gets busted in the chest and wobbles into an uppercut follow up that drops her onto her heels upon impact. Woof. Kelly fires back immediately to connect with the Pole's face before she raises her mitts and she drives her onto the ropes where she lays it down to the body crippling Kubicka into more spasms. Ugh! Sandra can only clinch the aggressive Swede but still ends up headlocked upright as Kelly whacks her on the kidneys in a fit of anger that even catches Alessandra Ambrosio by surprise.
Round 4:
No love lost from the opening bell as Sandra seeks the head-hunting success and knocks several clean hits into the brunette's face but she also gets caught on the rebound as Kelly believes she can match the Top 10 prospect is a heads up war of attrition. If Kelly is set to take an upset scalp it might as well be Kubicka who fails to enforce her slugging presence until the second minute when she nails the brave but unlucky opponent on the nose and leaves a bloody gash across the ridge. Gale rallies around to open another cut on the blonde's face but gets outworked by the numbers and descends into whimpering struggle when Sandra whacks her on the liver area late in the round. Ugh! The switch downstairs came out of nowhere and Kelly wasn't ready for it which allows the Polish blonde to clean up the exposed midriff until the bell eventually halts her charge.
Round 5:
Kelly seeks immediate slugging payback but she shoots wide over the blonde's head and takes a quick one-two hit on the chin before Sandra loops a left hook on the ear that sinks the younger model on her heels. Gale tries to swing at her opponent from there but gets the timing all wrong and Sandra nails her on the nose with a vicious hook again freezing her in stand-by mode upon impact. Ugh! Add another bloody lump on Kelly's face and she gets stuck on her heels just as Kubicka fires a right hook on the jaw that lifts the stunned brunette off her feet and SENDS HER CRASHING DOWN on her back moments later. Uh-oh! That's a bad one for the Girls Friday team and even Alessandra Ambrosio can't keep her voice down alas it's too late to salvage anything as the merciless count passes the semi-conscious Swede by in due course. KO5 Sandra Kubicka!!!
AFTER: "We could give it a another try for a Baltic championship but I'll go anywhere to prove my case as Top 10 talent!", Sandra poses for the cameras with her left foot planted on the fallen brunette's belly and the look on Alessandra Ambrosio's face says it all. This was supposed to be Kelly's big upset night but apparently more work is required in the upcoming months while Sandra can focus on the otherwise superior Emily DiDonato crossing her path on the January PPV. If Kubicka is considered a Top 10 lightweight talent then DiDo raises those stakes by providing Top 10 pound-for-pound aspirations. Get ready for some true elite fireworks in a fortnight's time!
