Intro:
Next up two social media stars duke it out as Andrea Botez looks to take the undefeated record of Rachell "Valkyrae" Hofstadter. This is the biggest Benue both women have been in as Madison Square Garden hosts this bout.

Both women took to their social accounts to give their thoughts on the bout. Andrea posted a video where she says "oh my gosh! To think last month me and Valkyrae were sitting together after our fights chatting and now it will be me and her face to face in the ring now. I love you Val but I have to win, I think people are thinking I am easy to beat. Well I ain't! I am going to prove I deserve to be acknowledged for more then my brains and looks." Her usual quirky way of talking to her fans.

Valkyrae meanwhile responds by saying on her own channel "I couldn't believe it when the FNL organisers rung me up again. Hell I thought fighting Bella (Poarch) was going to be my lone fight, nobody would want to see little me again. Here we are with me going to battle against Andrea. I respect her so much, to be smart as she is and the fact she has fought several times, I am nervous but I will do it for all you guys who believe in me."

Fight Night! Andrea comes out first with her sister Alexandra with her to the right. Andrea is wearing a black robe with purple trim. The robe comes off before she hugs her bigger sister and steps into the ring. Andrea is wearing a black sports bra, purple trunks and shoes, black gloves and her hair in a ponytail. Andrea blows kisses to the fans before listening to her coach.

Rachell heads out now with her coach following. Valkyrae is all smiles as she has a silver robe on with white wings on the back. She slips off the robe to reveal a silver sports bra, trunks, shoes and gloves, a white wing on each side of her trunks, hair tied into a braid. Rachell taps her gloves together as she nods to her opponent when she gets into the ring.

The fighters jog to the middle of the ring and share a hug. They then stare intensely at each other as the referee goes through their instructions. They tap gloves before they return to their corners. The bell rings to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out they come looking focused as both try to land single punches to see where any gaps in their opponents defence is. Andrea showing her slight experience advantage to feint before sidestepping to the left of Rachell as the Twitch star tries to land a straight. Instead Botez lands a jab/straight into her face to back her off.

The exchanges are starting to go the way of Andrea as she is putting together some crisp two punch combos. Andrea landing mostly single punches in reply as she looks tense. A left hook opens up Valkyrae to a straight to push her back towards the ropes. Dipping down just in time, Hofstadter gets to safety as the chess star swung a looping right hook that had some steam behind it.

That seems to have woken up Rachell as she starts to land her own combos. At times both are landing flurries against each other as they are fully in fight mode. At the bell they exchange a fist bump before turning back to head to their corners. Andrea gets told off her sister how wonderful she looked in the round, it's hard to argue against for the most part.

Round 2:
Both are up on their toes exchanging while they move around the middle of the ring. Andrea wanting to keep control as she uses a few feints again. Rachell this time dips down and lands a few piston like punches to the stomach of Andrea. Who grunts out before nudging back her opponent to create space between them.

While Andrea is having some good moments slamming her punches into the cheeks of Rachell, she is getting caught on her abs and with sneaky punches through to her chin when she leaves herself too open. A right hook catches her on the chin to make her back off.

Seeing her chance, Rachell steps inside to work, she lands a nice uppercut to force Andrea to cover up as she is driven back near the ropes. Alexandra yelling at her younger sister to fight back as Valkyrae works the body. The bell soon enough rings with both walking back to their corners looking excited by the test they are giving each other.

Round 3:
Touch of gloves before they return to fighting. Andrea is getting caught more through her mitts to her face, back she comes after a left hook to the cheek of Rachell. Both planting their feet a little more to trade at times, showing how much they want to win this.

Again another uppercut catches Andrea out, her coach shakes their head as they watch Andrea be bullied back to the ropes. Rachell is looking in great shape with her piston like body shots. Till Botez can get the clinch on tight. Referee steps in to break them up with a nod from Andrea to her opponent to show some respect.

Resuming with Rachell showing good head movement to dodge and strike. Andrea is looking a little scruffy with her punches, maybe getting nervous as her punches are not landing as flush as she'd hope. The round comes to a close with Andrea sitting on her stool with the smile gone. Rachell tapping her toes as she is grinning.

Round 4:
Rachell is the one growing in confidence as they trade. Soon enough she pops her opponent on the nose with a jab and lands a right hook to her ear that makes Andrea stumble to the ropes. Whacking away at Andrea in close range as it looks like Andrea is at least a little hurt. Needing to grab hold of Hofstadter to stop her assault.

They are pushed apart by the referee. Andrea isn't throwing much now as she is focused on protecting herself. Rachell showing some inexperience here not to switch her targets. Sticking mostly up top and hitting the gloves of her foe.

Andrea starts to open up a little more in the home stretch but soon the bell dings to end a dominant round for Valkyrae. Andrea is shouted at by her big sister before she can even sit down on her stool. Rachell looks over with a bit of a concerned look for her friend, her coach reminding her this is a real fight, not some glorified sparring session, so she has to take this deadly serious. Rachel nods in reply.

Round 5:
Both get back out to fight on. Andrea opening up more again as she is smacking her opponent through her mitts to her face again. Both exchanging flurries to get the crowd roaring. A straight snaps back the head of Rachell to the delight of Alexandra.

Andrea looks to be finding her rhthym again, putting two to three punches together now. Rachell is going to the body again to try to move her opponents hands down but she is getting caught with hooks when she does.

Both women are marked up but trying their hearts out. Sweat flying off them with both in tight soon to slug it out. The round soon ends with Andrea telling herself "come on!" As she walks back to her corner. Rachell meanwhile still looks cool enough as she listens to her coach.

Round 6:
There's a little more pep to their punches as they dig their toes into the canvas. Rachell gets caught with a jab on her forehead before a right cross lands flush on her face to knock her back two steps. Andrea putting some heat on her opponent. RACHELL TRIES TO LAND AN UPPERCUT BUT A RIGHT HOOK LANDS ON HER TEMPLE! DOWN GOES VALKYRAE TO HER FRONT!

Andrea looks at Rachell with wide eyes in shock. Needing to be told twice to go to the neutral corner as Alexandra is overjoyed. 1....2....3....4... Rachell is barely moving as her head moves to the right but her eyes are shut. 5....6....7... She is groaning as her arms are out to the sides and she looks out like a light! 8....9....10 goodnight nurse! Rachell is counted out!

Winner Andrea Botez KO Round 6

After:
Boy what a way to lose your undefeated record! Rachell needs the ringside doctor to check on her, smelling salts are brought in and Rachell stirs awake. Andrea looks concerned for her as she asks if Rachell will be ok. The coach for Hofstadter tells Andrea she will be but to give them space.

Andrea returns to her corner to be met with a hug from her sister. Alexandra knows it wasn't easy for her little sister to knockout Rachell, so doesn't celebrate too much. Andrea looking over at Rachell and is happy to see her on a stool looking awake and not buzzed.

With Rachell asking what happened. She nods once she finds out looking disappointed. Over comes Andrea and both share a hug as Rachell gingerly stands. Both telling the other they love them and not to do this again with a giggle.

Rachell is helped out the ring to go through more tests to check she is ok. She learned what the highs of boxing are last month, this time around she has learnt the lows. Still she doesn't look too downbeat as she nods to the fans and tells them she loves them.

In the ring Andrea gets her left arm raised in victory. Andrea is overjoyed after that defeat last month, she is back on the right side of a bout. She soon steps out the ring for selfies and to do a quick video with her sister holding a phone up to film her. Andrea says "oh my lord was that tough! Valkyrae you are really tough and I am lucky I won tonight. Whose next baby!" Flexing her arms to show she is ready for more.

The siblings walk to the back both grinning. It will be interesting to see what they have in store to celebrate but what a way to finish the year for Andrea. Can 2024 be a year she makes a big push forwards?
