Intro:
Two friends do battle now. History has linked Kendall Jenner and the new signing to the reborn Hour Glass Fitness stable Karlie Kloss together. From being Taylor Swift's friend, which went sour for them. While they both won their New Blood tournament titles in the same year, Madison Square Garden hosts this big time fight.

Both women's careers have certainly split off in different ways since the early days in the FCBA. Kendall has went on to be a multiple time world champion. She has had many rivalries that have caught the media's attention and she even has done a world tour with Alexis Ren this year.

Karlie on the other hand has been the bridesmaid of the welterweight division. At one time she was undefeated in seven straight fights to start her career. Nearly winning the welterweight title in only her eighth ever fight. She has struggled to recapture that moment but maybe with new backing we could see the rebirth of Kloss.

Both spoke together in the media area to the FCBA Networks Alicia Atout. Kendall wearing a red dress and Karlie in a black dress. Both looking relaxed even knowing that in a few hours time they will be battling it out. They are asked about their thoughts on this contest.

Karlie waves for Kendall to speak first. Kendall nods to her with a grin, with the raven haired stunner telling Alicia "I love Karlie, she is like a taller sister then I am used to." Both laugh at that as Karlie gives Kendall a playful pat her her head. Showing how at ease they are with each other.

"But this has been something we have thought about for years. I was there when she won her tournament and she was there for mine. I think we both need to find out which of us is better head to head and our schedules opened up so here we are" says Kendall as she continues smiling.

While Karlie says "I am glad Kendall was available for this fight. I want to add that this is a fight that could do so much for my career. The past few years have not been great as we all know. If I win this it will proof that the winds of change are in effect." Kendall grins hearing that.

"You know I won't let you win" says Kendall with a cheeky grin. Karlie replies "oh I know my little friend." Both show a little tenseness as they look each other in the eye. Shaking hands before they head off in separate directions to go off to their locker rooms to prepare for this clash.

Fight Night! At ringside sits Kerry Katona, one half of the new owners and managers of the Hour Glass Fitness stable. Of course cameras pick her up at ringside and she waves to them wearing a black dress. Of course tonight isn't about her, it is to do with Karlie and if she can prove to be an A+ signing out the gates.

First out comes Kendall with her coach Alessandra Ambrosio and walks side by side towards the ring. Kendall steps into the ring wearing a black sports bra with a white ace of spades badge on the left bra. Black trunks with white stripes down the sides, matching boots, white gloves and her hair tied into a ponytail. Kendall takes a breath before tapping her cheeks to psyche herself up to fight her friend.

Karlie steps onto the aisle with a smile. Her new coach and the other half of her stables managers Louise Redknapp follows behind her as she has her arms out at the side, wearing a violet robe, which is taken off before she jogs up the ring steps and climbs into the ring. Wearing a violet sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, her hair tied into a ponytail too. Karlie nods to herself as she hears from her coach that this is her time.

The fighters walks to the middle of the ring to listen to the final instructions from the referee. They hug when told to touch gloves with a wish of good luck. Returning back to their corners, the fighters bounce on their toes as the bell rings to start 10 rounds of 125lbs catchweight.

Round 1:
Both fighters bump their left fist with their opponent before they get down to business. They exchange stiff jabs to start off. Karlie doing well early on with several two punch combos landing on the forehead of Kendall to knock her head back. Kendall dipping down to land straight punches into the body of Karlie as both women set their stalls out.

A feint from Kendall allows her to dip under a straight to land a right into the belly button of Karlie, she then follows with an overhand left to the cheek. Kendall starts to box inside and out of range. Karlie tightening her guard up more as momentum switches around. Karlie taking some hooks across her face after taking jabs.

Double jabs allow Karlie to push back Kendall. The former lightweight champion lands a left hook on the jaw of her friend. Karlie takes a follow up straight into her face. Karlie gets worked to the body in the dying moments of the round as she hisses with each hit. The round comes to a close with Kendall looking good in the early going.

Round 2:
Using double jabs again as they did have some success at the end of the round. Karlie throws several of her punches on the chest of Kendall to keep her at range. Kendall trying to land over the top to catch out her opponent, a few glancing blows land but nothing serious bro dissuade Kloss of her pattern of attacks.

Both women opening up more now they are warmed up to the task. Kendall lands a few hooks to the body of Karlie as she gets in closer. Karlie nudges back Kendall before landing a straight into the forehead of Kendall. With Kendall soon being forced to live around the perimeter of the ring.

Karlie landing more solid shots as she switches up her targets. Kendall fire back as they exchange hard shots. The crowd hearing thuds of leather to prove these two are not here to spar but to win this bout. The round comes to an end with Kendall nodding to Karlie to show her respect.

Round 3:
They step out and resume with several heated exchanges between them. Eyes locked behind their gloves as they fight around the middle of the ring. Kendall again bangs in body shots before being nudged back. Karlie drilling her punches back into the face of her foe.

A jab catches Karlie on her chin to snap her head back. A follow up jab onto the nose of Karlie opens her up with an uppercut to push her back onto her heels. Karlie covering up as Karlie looks to hammer away at her, swinging in hooks before Karlie grabs hold of her in the first clinch of the contest.

They do break apart without much trouble. Karlie quick off the mark with a double jab to push back Kendall. Who dances back to range, both women exchanging again with punches marking up cheeks. The bell dings with both women walking back to their corners we the crowd chants both women's names to show how popular they are that the crowd seems spilt.

Round 4:
Karlie starts off quickly with straight punches into the face of Kendall to push her back. Kendall soon finds herself muscled to the ropes as Karlie looks to have stepped up a gear. Kendall swinging back at her opponents body but is getting hot back with short hooks around the side of her head, forcing Jenner to grab hold of Kloss.

Splitting apart from each other. Kendall lands several jabs as she looks to move around the outside part of the ring. Karlie though is starting to cut off the ring. Pinning her opponent with straight shots through the guard of Kendall to knock her back.

Pressed back into a corner; Kendall shelling up as Karlie looks to knock her head off. Kendall hangs onto Karlie to slow her down. The bell soon rings after they break apart. Kendall knowing they are in a serious fight here as she takes a breath on her stool. Karlie tapping her toes as she is looking keen to keep going.

Round 5:
Pushing off their stools to fight on. They slam in straight punches through the others guards as Karlie looks to keep pushing forwards. Kendall dips under a straight and bangs in an uppercut to knock back Karlie to her heels. Kendall drives Karlie to the ropes and pounds in more body shots, clearly hoping to wear down Kloss.

Nudging back Kendall to create space; Karlie comes back with hooks. Kendall dances back and around Karlie. Both trying to control the action. Kendall switches up where she is attacking, working the body one minute before going back over the top. Karlie hissing and grimacing each time she gets hit clean.

Karlie comes on strong late in the round when she catches Kendall with a left hook on the chin. A straight pushes Kendall her back onto her heels. Karlie pins back Kendall onto the ropes as the final seconds of the round. Karlie bangs her gloves together as she walks to her corner with a slight annoyed look as she can't seem to trap down Kendall. Louise telling Karlie to keep her cool and be patience. While Kendall sits on her stool nodding to Alessandra as she listens to her advice.

Round 6:
Both women step up early on to work away. Kendall trying to stick to the body but she eats a left hook around her ear before a right cross lands on her nose to cause blood to flow from the nostrils of the younger woman. Kendall steps back with Karlie keeping the heat on her.

Karlie landing around the sides of Kendall's head. Kendall needs to hold on when an uppercut lands through her mitts clean to her chin, that looked to rock her. The referee has to break them up with Kendall moving back to create space away from Karlie. Who stalks after her around the ring.

Last minute and Kendall can't really get any momentum going. Karlie keeping her under wraps as she keeps her aimed towards the ropes. The round soon comes to an end with Karlie definitely winning this round with ease. Kendall getting her nose cleaned up by her corner crew as Alessandra tells her to forget what happened this round after being checked over.

Round 7:
Karlie looking to keep the pressure on as Kendall finds herself having to back off. Kendall drilling in single punches but the better work rate coming from Kloss as the bigger woman is landing some crisp hooks around the guard of Jenner. Straight punches start to pound into the chest of Kendall to keep her aimed towards those rounds.

Holding the middle of the ring. Karlie presses the action as she catches Kendall on her bloody nose. That opens the former lightweight champion up for a left hook to the jaw. SOON IT IS FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT HOOK THAT PUTS KENDALL ONTO HER BACK!

Looking down at Kendall a little worried before steeling herself before she walks to the neutral corner, Karlie grabs the ropes either side of herself. 1....2....3... Kendall groans as she turns to her left side. 4....5....6... Soon getting to all fours as she shakes her head a moment. 7....8... Pushing to her feet, Kendall raises her fists and assures the referee she will be ok to fight on.

Needing a spark as they resume fight. Kendall crouches under a left hook and comes up with a right hook that lands right under the ribs of the aggressive Karlie, who hisses out and is open when an overhand left smacks onto her jaw to twist her head. More body shots come in as Kendall bodies up Karlie into a neutral corner. Hints of desperation from both as Karlie lands a few rabbit punches as Kendall goes to the kidneys. Referee pushed them apart with a warning.

The round comes to an end with both women pushing off each other. Karlie hisses out as her ribs are checked over. Kendall meanwhile looks looks like she knows she needs to get backside in gear. The friends give each other a hard look to show this win means so much.

Round 8:
Resuming with both women hurting as they grimace when getting hit flush. That rib shot definitely caught out Karlie in the last round as Kendall is landing around that hurt side to make Kloss back off. Karlie trying to drill in a straight that Kendall sees coming with relative ease as Karlie isn't moving as freely. Another right hook to the ribs makes the taller woman back off. ANOTHER RIGHT HOOK TO THE RIBS MAKES KARLIE TURN AWAY AND GO DOWN TO BOTH KNEES CRADLING HER BODY!

Kendall nods to herself with grim determination as she walks to the neutral corner. 1....2....3.... Karlie is fighting back tears as she looks out the ring at supporters trying to will her to stand. 4....5....6... Karlie hisses as she tries to move up stand. 7... Her right knee goes back down though as she is hurting too much. 8....9....10 that's all she wrote for this one!

Winner Kendall Jenner KO Round 8

After:
Shaking her head in slight disbelief that she won after the last two rounds didn't exactly go smoothly. Kendall walks over to Karlie to check on her, Louise comes in to place an ice pack around the hurt ribs as Karlie winces. She assures Kendall she will be ok as they chat. Kendall nodding as she is told it's best to give some space, returning to her corner.

Alessandra gives Kendall a hug, telling her how proud she is as she knows that wasn't easy for her to do. Not just that Karlie came with one of her best performances in recent memory, also because of the bond they both have. Kendall thanks Alessandra for her kind words as she smiles at her.

While Karlie takes a few moments to get up to her feet with a grimace. She thanks her fans for their support before going over to Kendall. They shake a fist bump before Karlie gingerly leaves the ring, wanting to let Kendall have her moment and to have time to recover.

At ringside Kerry looks disappointed that Karlie couldn't finish the job off as she stands up. Louise as they pass her assures her "trust me. Karlie is a good signing, she held her own against an elite pound for pound fighter." Karlie is slightly ahead of them. Most likely hearing when Kerry replies "ok I trust you but I hope Karlie can start winning when it matters for us." Showing the difference in personality between the two managers.

After getting wiped down and her gloves taken off. Kendall goes to the center of the ring, getting her left hand raised as she doesn't look her usual self, no big smile tonight as it clearly Karlie's wellbeing is on her mind. No posing either after she just steps out the ring. It's another tick on the box of people she has beaten though tonight.

Later on social media just before the main event; Karlie and Kendall post a picture of themselves sitting together in what looks the Girls Friday locker room. Both smiling as they look to the camera with the caption "still friends... Though with a few bruises 😜" showing the world that they have managed not to create a grudge in the ring as some friends and even family has done in the past.
