Intro:
Second bout of tonight. Cardi B and Nicki Minaj resume hostiles. Two women who simply cannot seem to coexist. After famously fighting in a night club several years ago. They fought in an FCBA ring October 2019. Cardi beat Nicki with a sixth round knockout to kick off her career on the right foot.
Since then both have had slightly more downs then ups. While continuing their own war of words in interviews and such. Then a story broke of the pair being held apart at the star studded FCBA end of year gala. The magazine's reported that Cardi seeing Nicki had said aloud "shocked they let a fat has been like that in here." Making Nicki of course react with venomous insults. Security holding them apart from going at it.
Afterwards Nicki posted on her social media "that f**king bytch Cardi... You got something to say then say it to my face. I have had enough of you!" Ignoring the irony of saying this over her social media account. It fired both women's fans up again to hurl insults at their rivals.
Cardi replying "you dumb hoe. I already whooped you in the ring and would have torn you apart outside it. I am sick that you keep using my name to keep yourself relevant. We all know you are done." Not holding back any verbal punches.
While the reply quickly came "oh bytch you are testing me. I wanna fight you again and this time let's lose the gloves. Unless of course you are all talk?" Nicki making the challenge to Cardi to a bare knuckle fight.
Which Cardi answered by posting "oh I have wanted to hear you say that for awhile. F**k send me a contract and we can settle this once and for all." Along with a picture of them facing off to build up to the showdown.
Fight night in New York's Barclays Center. Cardi is out first to a loud roar from the crowd. The hometown girl walks down the aisle wearing a New York Yankees jersey. Blowing kisses to the fans as she has the spotlight firmly on her. Soon getting the jersey taken off after she steps into the ring by her coach. Revealing she is wearing a black bra, black denim shorts that show a little of her booty. Black hand wraps as she is barefoot. Shadowboxing in her corner as she awaits this rematch to begin.
Out comes Nicki; who doesn't look bothered to be in hostile territory. Giving the crowd an earful of what she thinks of them. She is wearing a red bra. Blue denim shorts that show her own booty off, red hand wraps as she is bare foot too. Stepping into the ring giving a two middle finger salute to Cardi. Who scowls right back at her.
The referee brings both women to the center. Keeping between them as they throw insults to each other. Wanting at each other now if not for their coaches keeping them apart. The referee nudges them back to their corners. With both marching as "f**k her up Cardi!" Rings out around the arena. Once the fighters are in their corners. The bell rings to start 10 rounds of bare knuckle bantamweight action.
Round 1:
Out come the fighters with their eyes firmly locked. Exchanging jabs from range as they feel each other out. While it's clear they hate one another, neither wants to give the other a free shot by walking into one. Cardi gets cheered each time she lands a punch. While Nicki's are ignored by the crowd.
Spurred on by her fans. Cardi steps in with a straight into the lips of her opponent. Cardi lands a left hook into the cheek of Nicki. Who backs off with her fists up. Trying to protect herself as Cardi snarls "come on bytch" as Nicki fires back with a jab. Trying to hold off her bitter rival.
A right cross then smacks Nicki as she is being bullied around the outside part of the ring. Cardi fired up by her supporters as she is drilling her punches into the face of Minaj. Busting her bottom lip already. At the bell it's a strong start for the local girl. Nicki getting her bottom lip cleaned up as she is understandably pissed off.
Round 2:
Nicki coming out quicker this time, catching Cardi to the face with a straight. Cardi groaning out as she backs up. Both swinging away at each. It's Nicki landing on the front foot. Slamming in a right cross to open a cut under the left eye of Cardi.
Boos ringing out as Cardi is forced back. She has to clinch up with Nicki. They land a few rabbit punches behind each others head. The referee pushes them apart and warns them not to hit each other behind the head. They starefully at each other before resuming.
Both stepping in close late in the round. Digging away at the others body. Hissing and grunting into their rivals ears. Clinching up and wrestling around the center of the ring. The referee is quick to get between them to break them up. The round ends moments later with both women exchanging a few insults as the referee has to hold them apart. Returning to their stools when they realise that they are wasting their energy.
Round 3:
Things are definitely heating up as both spitefully landing on each others cuts. Cardi dips under a straight to whack in two fights to the belly button of her foe. Making Nicki groan with she pushes off Cardi with both hands on her shoulders. Cardi won't be denied for much longer as she lands a right hook to the cheek of Nicki to knock her backwards.
Nicki driven against the ropes. The crowd back behind Cardi as she swings at the body of her rival. Enjoying seeing her grunt and grimace with each clean hit. Nicki striking out her guard with single punches. Trying to ward off the younger woman. Before both end up clinched up again. Referee stepping in when this time kidneys take the brunt of their sneaky attacks.
Both women's knuckles have blood on as they strike. Things getting scruffy late in the round. Nicki desperately going for the hair of Cardi to yank her hair back. The referee pushes them apart with some effort. Warning them to box not catfight. Both hurling insults before they go at each other. Not all the punches land flush but some smack onto cheeks.
At the bell both are pushed apart by the referee. Ordered sternly to their corners as the referee tries to gain some semblance of control here. They return to their corners with both needing to be cleaned up. Knuckles are sore on them as they shake their fingers to keep their fists loose. Nicki fuming as she looks around at the crowd backing their girl.
Round 4:
They resume with both landing single punches as they circle. Cardi looking to keep the pressure on her rival lands a jab/straight combo to her face. But Nicki catches her with a left hook onto that swollen right eye as she steps after her. Cardi crying out as she feels her eye swelling shut.
Nicki sees that Cardi isn't as keen to exchange. Stepping inside to whack in body punches when she dips down. Cardi grabbing her hair to try to push Nicki off her. Referee giving her a final warning after splitting them up. With Cardi nodding as her fans boo the referee. Both women smack each other with hooks on the restart. Crying out as they end up clinched up. Hurting as this is as brutal as was expected.
After they are split up once again. Nicki lands a straight onto the nose of Cardi to add to her woes. Blood coming from a cut on the bridge of her nose as Cardi is trying to swing off her back foot. Nicki pushing her onto the ropes with both hands. Swinging in hooks that make Cardi whine out. The round comes to an end with the referee risking their health to break them up as they keep swinging away in close. The hate between them clear as day to see. Even if Cardi is struggling to see clearly out her right eye.
Round 5:
Both are slower to step out their corners to fight. Cardi trying to catch Nicki with a left hook. It falls short as she clearly has problems with her range. Nicki doesn't as she slams a jab into the lips of Cardi. THEN LANDS A RIGHT HOOK ON THE TEMPLE OF CARDI! WHOSE LEGS GIVE WAY AS SHE STUMBLES DOWN ONTO HER RIGHT SIDE!
Boos rain out as Nicki walks to the neutral corner with her arms in air above her head. 1...2...3... Cardi looks a mess as she is sobbing. 4...5....6.. Blood dripping onto the canvas from her cuts. Blinking as she turns to all fours. 7...8... Nicki waving Cardi to get up. 9....10 clearly knowing she won't as Cardi is counted out!
Winner Nicki Minaj KO Round 5:
After:
Big win for Minaj as she storms over to her rival. Pushing her down with her right foot onto the back of her head. Telling Cardi "you f**ked with the wrong girl! I told you if the gloves were off I would hurt you badly!" Gloating till some in the crowd start to throw in trash.
A paper cup with half a beer hits Nicki across her chest, splashing its contents across her. Nicki screaming out in fury. Her coach doing their best to shield her as they lead her to the ropes. Suggesting maybe best to celebrate in the back. Nicki at first is stubborn, not wanting to back down from this crowd but once a beer hits here in the back, she is done. Leaving the ring to head off up the aisle with security around her. Not the way she hoped to end this night.
While Cardi is checked over with the smell of beer inadvertently over her. The ringside doctor and her coach check her over. Wiping her face down to see her cheeks are puffy. The two cuts on her face and that swollen right eye. She certainly risked it all tonight and ended up losing on this gamble to end the feud with her undisputed too dog between them.
Instead she is soon needing help our the ring. Head down as she looks humiliated that she didn't win on her home turf. Especially against someone she hates more then anyone else on God's green earth. Shaking her head as where do these two go next in this feud?
All that Nicki cares about is doing a video for her social media in her locker room just as she gets to the back. Telling the camera "real classy New York. I smell of your cheap beer and your cheap women. I mean look at the blood of our one your heroes." She raises her blood stained wrapped fists to the camera to show them.
"Cardi is a punk ass hoe that learned tonight that when you go to the streets with me... There's only one f**king winner there! It ain't you bytch! Run on home little girl and don't scream my name out again unless you want me to whoop you again!" Yells Nicki. Her eyes full of fury as the footage ends. With her firmly making her point that she is the top fighter here between them in her eyes. |
