Intro:
We kick off tonight's Fight Night Live card here in the Ice Hotel with two of the most physically impressive bantamweights to step foot in the FCBA ring battling it out for the first ever time. Michelle Rodriguez and Halle Berry will be looking to prove they are the superior fighter after all these long years they have stepped into the boxing ring.

Before the contest both were asked for a few words in their hotel room by the FCBA Networks Alicia Atout. Michelle comes to the door of her room wearing a black tank top and black shorts. She looks a little annoyed to be getting bugged by Alicia the night before the big fight.

Asked for her opinions on this bout. Michelle tells Alicia "this has always been a dream fight for me. Halle is a legend, she is in the running for the GOAT of the bantamweights but she never fought me in her prime. While she is still physically a goddess, that muscle doesn't hide that she is slow and ready to be hurt by me." She shuts the door as she gets back into her room as Alicia just meekly nods.

While Halle look more happier to see Alicia. Halle says "it's funny not doing being in front of the camera just chatting about FCBA fights." Waving Alicia in so they can chat in her room. Halle wearing a golden silk robe that hints at the muscles underneath.

Standing beside her bed; Halle says to the interviewer "boy I can't wait to feel the rush of the fight again. I wish the cougar division had been made years ago." She laughs as she shakes her head. Knowing that her best years are behind her but still wanting to test herself.

Alicia asks her about Michelle. Halle smiles as she replies "look Michelle has been a dominant fighter in her career and I saw what she did to Hayley Orrantia. She proved she can hang with these young stars and she hasn't gotten the respect that she deserves. Guess what? I ain't going to give her a victory to boost her reputation. I am here to prove I can have one last run. Tonight starts that retirement run, I will win the cougar title and prove still have it." She offers Alicia a hug, with Alicia wishing her luck.

Fighting time here in Alaska. There's a group of V.I.P guests getting to watch the fights from ringside behind a barrier. A few possible challengers for both at ringside, like Katie Sackhoff, along with the Cougar champion Jenny McCarthy watching closely for a potential challenger to come through.

First to walk to the ring comes Michelle with her coach behind her. Michelle is wearing her usual black sports bra, matching shorts, shoes and gloves, all of them lined with fake fur to help with warmth in the ice hotel, hair tied into a ponytail. She steps into the ring tapping her cheeks before giving out a primal roar to show she is ready for this.

Halle begins her walk to the ring with a visible deep breath. Fighting any nerves she has as she walks to the ring. She fist bumps her coach before she climbs into the ring. She is wearing a black sports bra with white stripes down the sides, matching trunks and boots, she has old style brown looking gloves, hair tied into a braid as she paces in her corner.

The fighters walk towards the center of the ring to face off with the referee going through their instructions. Both looking in phenomenal shape as they intensely stare at their opponent. Once the instructions are done, they nod to each other as the bump gloves to show each other respect. The bell rings to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Halle puts out her left fist to show respect, Michelle slaps it aside and waves Halle to bring it, making the older woman smirk. Both start lashing in jabs as they move around the center. Eyes locked behind their gloves as they show that famous intensity that has scared a lot of fighters in the past. Getting a feel for each other.

Michelle steps in more then Halle to land to the torso. Halle lands her own cross punches to force Michelle to take a step back. They are landing more punches in bunches as they are warmed up to the task. Michelle tries to rough up Halle on the inside, Halle is experienced enough to take the hits on her arm and strike back with a straight into the forehead of her opponent.

A short uppercut catches out Michelle as Halle comes roaring in. A jab/straight knocks back the head of Rodriguez. Who finds herself being herded back around the outside part of the ring in the final thirty seconds. Halle has Michelle covering up more tightly to protect herself. The round soon ending with Michelle tapping her gloves together before walking back to her stool. Halle smiling as she looks to be enjoying the test in front of her.

Round 2:
Michelle steps in more to work the abs of Halle, testing her body out as Halle dances back to create space with a double jab to the face of Michelle. Both women drilling in their punches through the others guard. Michelle steps in with a left forearm bumping into the chest of Halle to push her back. She follows with a right hook onto the jaw of Halle to turn her head.

Pushing back Halle onto the ropes; Michelle swinging in hooks around the guard of her opponent to her cheeks. Halle uses her left glove to push at the chest of Michelle to get off the ropes. Halle doubling up her jab to try to keep Michelle off her. Halle moving around the perimeter as both strike the other through their guard.

A straight catches Berry through her guard to her nose, opening her up to a left cross followed by a straight into the forehead of the black beauty. Michelle has Halle pinned back onto the ropes. With Halle covering up as Michelle looks to whack her down. The bell dings with Halle nodding to her coach as she knows she is in for a rough time to take down her opponent.

Round 3:
Both step out their corners exchanging stiff punches through the others guard. Planting their feet as they trade. Michelle gets caught with a straight on her nose as she steps in. Halle lands a follow up left/right cross combo as she backs up the "Fast & Furious" star. Halle pinning Michelle into a neutral corner, focusing more on the torso of her opponent to wear her down.

Pushing off Halle with both gloves before getting out the corner. Michelle scowls as she looks to come back at Halle, she misses with a straight, getting a right in her abs before a short left cross lands on the cheek. Michelle finding herself being kept around the perimeter as Halle is landing some crisp two to three punch combos.

But before Berry can feel too comfortable, a left cross catches her on her cheek. Michelle step inside to work as both women body up, digging their punches into each others bodies. Both have sweat forming on their brows as they grunt and groan. The bell rings to end the round. Halle stays standing on as she grips both top ropes either side of her. Michelle taps her cheeks to tell herself off.

Round 4:
More hooks coming from both women as Michelle tries to push forwards. Halle looking to keep landing combos but Michelle is moving her upper body more to dodge and strike. A jab lands on the nose of Halle to cause some blood to trickle from her nostrils. An uppercut follows to push Halle onto her heels.

Halle soon finds herself crowded back onto the ropes. Michelle digging in punches to the belly button of her foe to make her hiss out. Halle swinging back but soon needing to hold as another uppercut lands on her chin. Both women grinding their toned bodies together as Michelle looks to keep Halle pinned onto the ropes.

Broken apart by the referee. They resume with Halle getting caught around her nose to make her wince. Michelle gets hit with a few jabs back into her face as she tries to rush her opponent. The round ends with Halle getting her nose cleaned up. Michelle tapping her toes as her coach wipes her face down.

Round 5:
It looks like Michelle now bad her bullseye to target as she rams home several punches into the nose of Halle to make her wince. Halle starting to show her ring rust as her punches are not landing as flush and she isn't throwing as much.

Walking down the older fighter, Michelle drives home a double jab into the nose of Halle to make her cry out. THAT OPENS UP HALLE TO A POUNDING RIGHT HOOK ON HER CHIN TO MAKE HALLE CRUMBLING DOWN ONTO HER RIGHT SIDE!

Michelle walks over to the neutral corner. She bounces on her toes as the count begins. 1....2....3....4... Halle rolls to her back as blood trickles from her nose down her left cheek. 5....6....7... Halle groaning as she bends her right leg. 8....9....10 Halle is counted out!

Winner Michelle Rodriguez KO Round 5

After:
Halle's return certainly hasn't been a Cinderella story. Michelle raises her arms into the air as she stares out at the crowd of celebrities, especially staring hard at Jenny McCarthy to show she wants a shot at the title she holds. Michelle then jogs back to her corner to share a fist bump with her coach.

Meanwhile Halle has to be helped to sit up. Given a drink as she shakes her head to clear it. Halle gets her nose patched up as she says "well that didn't go to plan" with a little chuckle. Her coach tapping her on her back as they tell her she gave a good account of herself.

Over comes Michelle when Halle is on her feet, both proud women share a handshake. Halle thanking Michelle for giving her a chance to fight her, Michelle looks a little shocked by that, admitting that it's Halle whose the legend between them. Both showing the other a lot of respect.

Halle decides to leave the ring to give Michelle the spotlight, applauding the winner before she steps through the ropes. It will be interesting to see if Halle steps in the ring again or if this is the final curtain call on her career.

Someone certainly wanting to continue her career is Michelle. She gets her left arm raised in victory as she pounds her chest with her right glove, doing a quick pray of thanks. Michelle looks ready for another fight right now.

Out the ring heads the victor as she heads to the back. Waving her hands in front of her waist to signal that she wants a future title around that waist. It will be interesting to see how far she can go in this new era with the cougar division being around for her to tackle.
