BEFORE:
Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Chastain sit at opposite ends of the long table in front of the press, flanked by their respective trainers and stablemates.

The moderator welcomes everyone and introduces the two fighters. Kate and Jessica stand up and exchange cordial nods, but there is a hint of tension in the air, with this second fight of the stable war amping the stakes.

The moderator opens the floor for questions, and a reporter first asks Kate about her thoughts of Nell's earlier loss, especially as one of the higher-ups of the VIX structure.

"Nell's okay and recuperating backstage. I had a chance to speak to her and I'm sure she would have wanted to start this stable war with a win for the VIXENs," Kate says with a shake of the head. But then she nods to Chastain, seated across the room. "But all credit where it's due: Maddie's the real deal, and we're up against some stiff competition tonight."

The reporter then asks her about her strategy for her own fight with Jessica. Kate responds with a smile, "My strategy is always the same - a good defense wins fights. I'll use my Hall-of-fame experience and technique to make sure Jessica can't land any significant blows."

Jessica, however, responds with a laugh, “Well, Kate can try to defend all she wants, but I'm going to be throwing punches like a freight train. One big hit is all it takes."

Another reporter asks Jessica about her confidence going into the fight, given Kate's impressive record. Jessica shrugs nonchalantly, "Her record didn’t help her the last time we met, right? I'm not worried about Kate's experience. I've proven I’ve got the power to knock her out and I’m confident in my ability. I’ve beaten her once, and I can do it again tonight. I WILL do it again tonight.”

Kate and Jessica step forward to the front of the stage, their eyes locked in a tense stare-down. Kate wears a fitted black suit with a white blouse and black heels. Her dark brown hair is styled in loose waves that cascade down her back. Jessica wears a red dress with matching red pumps, and her curly red hair is pulled back in a sleek bun.

They stand only a few inches apart, both women towering over the host who introduces them. After a few seconds that feel like an eternity, Kate extends her hand for a handshake. Jessica looks at it for a moment before accepting, and the two fighters shake hands firmly, their eyes still locked on each other.

Hours later, Kate and Jessica make their way to the ring, accompanied by their trainers and entourage. The stadium erupts in cheers and applause as they enter, the lights shining down on them as they make their way through the crowds of people. Kate is dressed in black boxing shorts with matching gloves and a red sports bra, her dark brown hair pulled back into a tight ponytail. Jessica wears a red sports bra with matching long tights and gloves, her fiery red hair flowing down her back in loose waves.

As they step into their respective corners of the ring, Kate's trainer starts to wrap her hands while Jessica's coach gives her some final words of encouragement. Kate paces back and forth, her face a mask of concentration, while Jessica bounces on the balls of her feet, her eyes focused on the task at hand. The referee approaches them both, and they touch gloves, before returning to their corners for the final instructions.

There’s the sound of the bell and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Bantamweight action! Can Miss Beckinsale even the score in this stable war?!

ROUND 1:
Kate starts off cautiously, using her trademark defensive technique of weaving and blocking to avoid Jessica Chastain's powerful jabs. Jessica tries to land some combos of her own to the head, but Kate proves to be too elusive with that weave and dodge, with the British actress actively counter attacking with jabs of her own shoved back into Jessica’s lips. Despite Jessica's aggressive approach, Kate's ring experience allows her to stay in control, as she lands more punches and dodges effectively throughout the first minute. In the second, however, Kate and Jessica come out swinging, both looking to establish their dominance in a wild free-for-all. Kate, with her experience and poise, soon manages to keep Jessica at bay with quick jabs and well-timed blocks. Jessica, on the other hand, is looking to land a big punch to knock Kate off her game. But in the final moments of the round, Kate lands a series of quick jabs to Jessica's face, snapping her head back with each dinging hit. The bell rings, and the round ends with Kate winning decisively on points! Kate’s corner erupts in cheers as she heads back to her corner, while on the Dollhouse side of things, things look a bit tense.

ROUND 2:
Jessica wastes no time in launching a rapid-fire combination of hooks and jabs towards Kate's head and torso, having skirted in to impose her will. Kate manages to block a few of those punches, but a couple of jabs land on her nose and she recoils in pain, her eyes briefly closing as she staggers back to the ropes. Jessica senses her opportunity and presses forward, raining punches into Kate's guard until she's forced to cover up and wait for an opening to escape. Jessica continues to throw punches at her arms and body, forcing Kate to skirt the ropes and pray the redhead doesn't march into her all the way. Kate does her best to block and intercept, but some of the punches get squared away on her body and arms, Jessica's punches packing powerful each time they connect, forcing Kate's body to jolt and her breath to catch in her throat. Kate is determined not to let Jessica dominate the round, so she takes the opportunity to counterattack when she sees an opening in the last minute. She lands several solid jabs and crosses to the arms, but Jessica takes them in her stride and continues to press the attack forward. The round ends with both fighters breathing heavily, their faces flushed with exertion. In her corner, Kate's trainers work quickly to minimize the damage from Jessica's punches, applying an ice pack to her face and body to reduce swelling and help her recover. Jessica, on the other hand, is feeling confident after winning the round and takes a few moments to catch her breath.

ROUND 3:
Both fighters circle each other, trying to find an early opening. They feint and probe, testing each other's defenses, looking for a weakness to exploit. Kate throws a few jabs to the face, trying to keep Jessica at bay, but Jessica is undeterred. She presses forward, closing the distance between them in surprising time, and unleashes a series of rapid-fire punches aimed at Kate's midsection. Kate blocks most of them, but a few get through to the stomach and ribs, forcing her to take a step back. Kate quickly recovers and counterattacks with a flurry of jabs and hooks, aiming for Jessica's head and body in turn. Jessica manages to slip under and to the side of most of those punches, but one lands squarely on her nose, causing her to wince in pain. Later, however, Jessica responds with a brutal uppercut outta nowhere that catches Kate on the chin, momentarily stunning her! Kate wasn't paying attention back there, fully intent on marching the redhead down! Now, Jessica is the one following up with more shots to Kate's midsection, driving her back towards the ropes with every heavy step! Kate tries to fight back, throwing a few power swings of her own, but Jessica is too quick and too relentless this round, continuing to rain down blows on Kate's frame, alternating between headshots and bodyshots, wearing her opponent down. As the round nears its end, Kate is clearly on the defensive, struggling to fend off Jessica's relentless attacks. Jessica continues to press forward, throwing punch after punch into the arms, getting through to the body, trying to finish off her opponent. At the sound of the bell, the two fighters step back, breathing heavily, sweat pouring down their faces. It's clear to everyone in the arena that Jessica has won the round decisively.

ROUND 4:
Both fighters look equally determined as they step forward to meet each other in the center of the ring. Kate is aware that she's behind on points, and needs to land a decisive blow in order to win this match and secure her stable's honor! Jessica, on the other hand, seems confident in her abilities and ready to finish the fight strong. The two women circle each other for the first thirty seconds, measuring each other up. Kate throws a jab combo to the head, followed by an overhand hook, but Jessica manages to dodge both punches. Jessica responds with a quick combo of her own, but it barely grazes Kate's chin. Kate steps forward and throws a wicked combination - a jab, a hook, and then an uppercut in quick succession, all sent towards Jessica's head. Jessica manages to block the first two punches, but the uppercut connects to the base of her arms and then continues, snagging the chin! Kate shows off some of her own power, sending the redhead reeling backwards! Another swift left hook to the temple rocks Jessica's head back, followed by a sharp right cross to the jaw that nearly spins her around! Chastain's in trouble, staggering backwards, her arms flailing in the air, as Kate presses forward with a relentless assault! The VIX Head Honcho pounds away at Jessica's body with a series of vicious blows to the ribs and stomach, each one sounding like a gunshot as it lands. Jessica gasps for air, her eyes wide with pain, as Kate unleashes a similar barrage to her face. Another right hand SNAPS her head back, followed by a brutal uppercut that lifts her off her feet, before Chastain goes CRASHING to the canvas! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Kate Beckinsale!

The referee begins the count as Kate moves to a neutral corner, watching as Jessica struggles to get back up. But the Doll’s legs give out at the count of 8, causing her to fall back to the canvas! The referee's count grows slower and more deliberate, the seconds ticking by with excruciating slowness. Kate, her eyes fixed on her opponent, rests her back against the turnbuckle, her fists at either side, just waiting for the final count. Jessica tries to push herself up with one arm, but it buckles beneath her again, leaving her sprawled upon the mat, and desperate. Finally, the referee reaches 10, and the crowd erupts in a mixture of cheers and heartbreak! Kate lets out a roar of triumph, raising her arms in victory as the referee waves off the rest of this fight! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Kate Beckinsale defeats Jessica Chastain via KO4!

AFTER:
Kate raises her arms in victory as the crowd cheers her on, her face a mask of determination and sweat as she celebrates the first win of 2023.

Jessica's corner rushes into the ring to tend to her, but it's clear that she's in bad shape. As the medical team arrives to take her out on a stretcher, Kate approaches her fallen opponent, offering a hand to help her up.

Jessica, looking disappointed and weary, accepts the gesture, and the two women embrace in the center of the ring.

"Good fight," Kate says, a small smile on her face. “Now let’s see how the rest of our friends do.”

Jessica nods, trying for a weak smile of her own. Despite the intense rivalry and fierce competition between them, there's a mutual respect and admiration between the two fighters, as they head back to their respective corners of the world.
